Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

Went in to get an alignment done for my truck and it took 2 hours to get it done with basically no…read moreother vehicles being worked on. And learned that they had drained the battery on my truck. When I got my truck, I found that the tech that was working on my truck had broken off one of the cigarette chargers covers. Just a terrible experience. I will never be returning.

He said pretty much 12- 12:10. I told him I was leaving and inquired about how long. He said about an hour and he would call. Oil change Tire rotation Brake check is why I came. When I came back I sat in the waiting area and watched a movie they had playing. They told me that my brakes are fine but I needed 2 tires, which I knew I needed. I also needed a front alignment. Grrr. lol. But yeah, overall a good experience. Ended up leaving at 2:15. Not too bad. Roughly spent about $550 for everything. I didnt get the feeling they were trying to get over or anything. If it's an emergency, they've always squeezed me in. They are up front about costs and let me know what repairs or maintenance is urgent versus what can wait. The repairs have always fixed the problem. I know virtually nothing about cars and can't compare pricing to other places, but I've never felt taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

They have been (and still are) great and my go to whenever it involves our cars. I trust them completely and both my husband and I will only come here whenever we need an oil change, tire replacement, or need a reading when the service lights turn on. haha. Freaking love these guys and I would always recommend them to anyone who ask me who my car go-to peeps are. They are honest, hardworking, and VERY good at their job. Even I understand when they explain the car situations to me. Aside from praising them, let me tell you one of my experience with them: I had a flat tire one morning before work and had a freakout moment. I called them and told them about my situation and if they were able to help me out in the AM. Luckily, my husband didn't leave to drop off our son at daycare before work yet so he was able to put in our temporary tire in. I drove over to them to check out my tire (this was probably around 7:30ish AM). Within 30 mins they were able to tell me that there was no way to revive my flat tire (damn random road nail). But they told me that the temporary tire was good to drive me to work and home (As long as I don't race - I should be in the clear) and that they would order the tire(s) I needed to replace my car within a day or two - depending when the tires would arrive. I was able to even make it to my work on time too! They kept me up to date on everything and let me know once the tires came. I scheduled to have the tires replace and their price was sooooooo reasonable - especially for my situation and having a baby. Did I tell you guys how awesome these guys are yet? haha These guys are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for all that they've done for me and (obviously) my cars. Trustworthy, responsible, funny, and reasonable guys/company/service. 100% will always be a loyal and returning customer!

They had my car for almost 11 hours and never touched it. They never called me with an update. I called several times and the technician was short tempered and unhelpful. In the end, I had to pick up my car without the service being completed or the car being touched at all. We will not return.
