I asked them specifically what price oil changes they had. They said a $50 one and a $80 one. I asked what the $50 one was and they said 0W 20 full synthetic. I said let's do it knowing full well that's what my car takes and that's what I have been changing my own oil with for the last three years. As soon as I got around to the bay, they looked at my car and said we can only do the $80 one because blah blah blah blah. Well you just lied and just lost a customer . I've experienced other horror stories from jiffy lube first hand. This is the last time I will ever consider using them.

He called me and I could hear the screaching noise - it was awful! I told him to help his grandmother, then get home. At that point, he was ~25 miles from home so he had to drive ~30 mph on the interstate with hazards on to get home safely from her house. It was late and Valvoline was closed. We called one mechanic who said take it back to Valvoline. That wasn't an option at that point. My house is across town from that location. I had to rent a car for an out of town trip (cost my ~$275) so my son could use my car to get to/from work. We needed to get his car drivable, so we called another mechanic who said it was too damaged to secure it with a screw/bolt that was missing. He was gracious enough to zip-tie it so the scraping would stop. I recently got back from my trip. I called Valvoline this morning and I opened a claim. Waiting on a call back from Customer Service. I'll persist until they make it right. Paying $150 for oil change and filter, to then incur rental car and mechanic costs, is frustrating. My son tried to take care of his car and needless to say, he was pretty scared when he was driving on the interstate to get home at such a slow speed. He was trying to be safe, but it put him in a bad predicament.

Wonderful customer service over the phone, a noticeable smile in her voice scheduling my oil change was in contrast to the 1st place I called (the "not Firestone" one) and it actually just got better from there. All told, they had me in and out in under an hour. Walking in, I noted a clean, cheery, comfortable lobby and desks. Front staff, Trinity & Emily, are courteous, delightful, professional and knowledgeable. They made the wait less of a drudgery with sprinkles of friendly conversation. I overheard them greet a handful of other customers during my wait and these great qualities were consistent throughout each interaction with the public. My work truck got the oil change and tire rotation it needed. It's a fleet vehicle so I can't speak to value per se (company pays) but everything else is 10/10. Of significance, the employees were actively removing the "six foot social distancing" stickers from the floor while I was there: That marks the end of an era perhaps, but the start of this being my go-to for my fleet vehicle service.

I believe they took advantage of my situation due to having to have the car towed there. They charged me $923 to fix two lines of my brakes. They did not replace them. Just cut it in four places and put unions. They charged me over $700 alone in labor for this. They then threw on a "shop supply" fee of $70 at the end. I had to call them and get it off. To quote someone then add another $70 to that quote for a "shop supply" fee is unethical. I've taken my car to several dealerships and mechanics and have never had this happen. If you want fast service this is the place. Just be prepared to put down a decent amount of money for fast and easy work.
