8602 Brodie Lane…read more Jiffy Lube responded to this message asking me to contact them. The contact address they gave me is not good. They only want you to know how concerned they are. I told Jiffy Lube attendants my truck needed a divert device or oil from the oil filter would get inside the frame. They did not listen. Then the following happened. 1. Confirmed oil level 2 times but it actually did not measure on dip stick. 2. I told them oil filter removal needed diverter hose to drain oil. They proceeded to let much oil collect on the frame that ended up on my driveway. 3. Upon return they put in 1 quart too much oil and I had to have another company suck oil out of engine. 4. They removed the under cover panel again and overtightened the bolts with an improper impact wrench. Wrong tool for the job. 5. After using my supplied oil they kept my remaining oil instead of putting the container back in the truck bed. 6. They measure oil in engine by wiping finger on dip stick. If they see oil on their finger the oil level is good. 7. I give them 2 stars due to hot weather. 8. I saved money for 40 years to buy my dream truck and this is a good place to damage it. I will never allow them to touch my vehicles again.

had a great experience at this jiffy lube on william cannon…read more every year one of my headlights burns out. and this location took amazing care of me. clayton , juan and another team member whose name i unfortunately can't remember were all very kind, professional and easy to talk to. they got everything taken care of super quickly. they answered my questions without making me feel like a dumb girl, and made the experience stress free. i actually have another jiffy lube way closer to me where i always took my car for headlights. and when i showed up there they were kinda rude saying they don't do headlights at that location. when i've been going there for 5 years specifically for my headlights. but after the customer service i received at this location, i'd gladly drive an extra few minutes to come back to this location instead. friendly and personable staff make all the difference. and this team really went above and beyond. also they let me know you can get a $2 off car wash at the nice car wash across from them with a jiffy lube receipt. little things like that just add to a great experience. and i immediately took advantage of that offer. thanks again clayton, jaun and the rest of the team. you definitely earned a repeat customer

I've been coming to this jiffy lube for a couple of years since its close to my home but unfortunately I will never return here again.There sign now is "faster than ever" probably because they don't really do anything, they'll short you oil. I had received an oil change in late February, the sticker they placed on my windshield said I had a little ways to go until the next, no service light was on but there was a scary rattle under the hood. I checked the dipstick and it was bone dry. There was no evidence of any leaks coming from my vehicle on my driveway, I just wanted to know why there wasn't any oil left in my car if I had 5000 miles to go. The answer I received from their "mechanic" was my vehicle had some sort of leak OR the oil must be burning while I drive and thats why there wasn't a drop of oil left. Again, no evidence of smoke or anything burning when I drive. He even suggested I take my vehicle and get it worked on ANY of the jiffy lubes and they'll "take care of it". Either this man lied to my face or has no idea what he is talking about because I took my car to a real mechanic and he said " what leak are you talking about?". It's infuriating because you're going to charge almost a 100 bucks for a synthetic oil change, at MOST give me the adequate amount of oil and don't lie to patrons but that is what I get for being too trusting of jiffy lube. They said they needed to keep the car overnight and it should be fixed Friday. However Friday afternoon around 4:30 they said they couldn't get the part until Monday morning between 8-9am. I said l cannot be without a car all weekend please come get me. I also said l have to work Monday can you be done by 12 or 12:30? He said yes. At about 8:00 Monday they texted to say the part was there and to be there by 9. I arrived about 8:45. Then he said it would be 2:00-2:30 before it would be ready. I said that won't work for me, I have to be at work by 1:00 and you told me Friday that it would be finished around noon. I cannot be 2 to 2.5 hours late to work. He said he would do what he could but it would be 2:00. I was not happy and said so. I said please make it 1:00, l don't want to get fired. I don't appreciate being lied to Friday. Had l known he was going to bait and switch, I would have had the work done at my regular shop. They were supposed to fix AC and replace a leaky gasket. He texted me at 12:24 to say the AC was fixed. I said please pick me up so l can go to work. He said no it won't be ready until 2:30, as they need to finish putting it together and test drive it. I said then why tell me the work is complete? I need my car ASAP. He was noncommital. Finally at 2 they texted me to say its ready and driver was on the way to get me. I paid $2400 for new compressor and freon flush and refill. He said they didn't do the gasket replacement to get it done faster. So all work requested was not done and they had my car almost 3 days. After i left I looked for my wheel lock, and they had not put it back in my car. So l had to go back and ask for it. They said they couldn't find it and would call the technician who worked on the car. Eventually Martin found it. He was very helpful. Nathan the shuttle driver was also helpful. Sadly I will not be back because of the poor communication of the guy with dark curly hair. I'm being generous calling his lies poor communication. Apparently having 2 bibles in your waiting rooom doesn't mean you won't lie to customers. I was disappointed, as l was planning to have them do more work on my car. My regular shop doesn't offer shuttle service and is further away. Needless to say l will be going back to the old shop that doesn't lie. Buyer Beware of Christian Brothers Auto repair. In addition they gave me a list of suggested repairs that was about $4500. Bear in mind the majority of items had been done recently and were visible on CarFax. One example was a $120 oil change that wasn't due for another 3300 miles. I wouldn't trust these people to be honest about your vehicles service needs.
