Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be. If you're also a female and are worried about someone trying to pull a fast one on you, trust me this shop won't even try it.

The manager and her staff are extremely professional and went over and above to ensure the car was ready for my daughter to take out of state. It turned out the oil filter was leaking. The oil and oil filter were changed. The staff then cleaned up the oil that sprayed underneath the car. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of the staff at this location. Hours later I was able to leave work and the sound appeared again as it did before. About ten minutes later I was driving about 35 mph and the sound stopped very suddenly. I was convinced that a pad had fallen off because I heard something chuck out of the undercarriage onto the road behind me. I wanted to be sure though. Phil (owner) checked it out and was completely honest. I had zero wrong with the car and the sound was likely debris of some type that needed to shake loose. He did NOT try to sell me something I didn't need. He did NOT hit me with repair lingo that painted a gloomy picture of my car's state of repair. Despite him putting the car on a lift and doing a thorough check, he charged me no diagnostic fee either. I'll be going back for all of my car repairs from here on out. I highly recommend this shop if you want an honest assessment and a fair price for your vehicle repairs.

I believe they…read moreget bonuses for every service they sell or upgrade or a product they sell you because he kept telling me there were things wrong with my car and that they could fix it, and I went from getting headlights on the front of my car to having to have new tires and haven't having an alignment on my car. I was livid when I got home and called the company that did the previous alignment on my car two months earlier and gave me a new tire and they charged me $24 for the alignment. They showed me video proof of that the guy did my alignment on my car. They also showed me their report that I guess is electronic and it shows you where the car line was and where it's at now and there is nothing wrong with my car. I just assumed that this man was right I need an alignment it could cost me to go have an accident and I went forward but the only problem was he charged me $189 for something that was actually $24. So yeah, don't go over there. I'm not saying all of the stores are the same, but don't go to that one not on Germantown Parkway in Cordova.

And not only that, but the "level 2 diagnostic" for the car was $329 alone where I could have gone to orileys up the street and gotten it done for free. $700 down the drain when they wanted $3,000 but we fought them to bring it down to $700 to do certain things.
