I always get my car serviced at Jiffy Lube. I haven't had a bad experience thus far. I've been with them for 5+ years. This location specifically is my go-to; the service is always nice and fast. They're also helpful when it comes to coupons. I took my daughter's car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change before she went to college. We noticed oil on the pavement and asked them to check for a leak. The manager and her staff are extremely professional and went over and above to ensure the car was ready for my daughter to take out of state. It turned out the oil filter was leaking. The oil and oil filter were changed. The staff then cleaned up the oil that sprayed underneath the car. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of the staff at this location. Let's start this off with a little honesty: I know next to nothing about cars. And that is exactly why I go to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes and tire rotations and other stuff. The staff here is awesome. Charles, the manager, is a good man who puts the customer first. His assistant manager is just as helpful, as are the other employees who apparently follow their lead. They are also generally really good about getting you out and on your way in a speedy fashion. I got my tires rotated and oil changed the other day and they had me out of there in fifteen minutes. The people who work here do their best to treat you right. My wife has a splash guard on her car that has to be unscrewed during an oil change and somehow one of the screws went missing. I don't know much about cars but I do know the splash shield could potentially start ripping at any moment while going down the highway. My wife went back over to see the guys a couple of days after her oil change and told them about it. They did not question whether it was their fault or not, they just fixed it for her. And that is why as long as I live in Memphis, Charles and his team will get all my business. read more

These guys do great work and keep you informed on how everything is going. I've already been raked over the coals by a few other auto shops in the Memphis area, but these folks here do honest work. They're friendly and do the basic maintenance recommended by your car's manufacturer. They explain why each thing is necessary, what it does for the car, and not give you the evil eye if you think it isn't needed or in your budget. If you are on a budget, they'll recommend what is most important and get you in and out quick. read more

Be sure to get prices before you select service. Tech recommend high mileage oil, was $70 instead of $43 for conventional. $70 to change your is absurd. Anything else they offer also costs, like $6 to top off the coolant. Otherwise they were efficient and completed the job timely. read more

Today I came up here after taking my vehicle for a factory recall at the Ford service center and still chose to come over here to get my oil changed due to my past experiences. The staff is friendly, I'm usually out within 20 minutes and they never once tried to con me. There's been a few places that try to sell me services or parts I don't need... assuming I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars. Not this place. I called ahead of time. I told them I had a 2015 Mercedes Benz C300 & asked how much for an oil change. I was told $89. I got to the store & was greeted immediately, but then had to wait 20 minutes to before I could check in with anyone again. It would've been different if they were slammed. One guy was in the office never to submerge. There was no one waiting. There were 2 other cars in the bays. There was a lady, anyway she got to me 20 MINUTES later. There was NO "Jiffy" to it!!! She then started asking what type of oil I used??? I don't know!! I just drive it and take it to get it's oil changed. Then we decided that it needed synthetic oil. M.B. says to change oil every 10K miles. So she told me that would be $109 instead of $89. Ok, everyone makes mistakes, so I agreed. She then totaled everything and told me it would be $160!!!! That included 7 quarts of synthetic oil!!! By this time I am livid. I have never heard of such crap! My husband gets his oil changed at this location & every time a price is quoted that includes "everything"!!! So, now I am feeling like the old "bait and switch" game. I told her no, I was not going to do it & I wanted my keys! She does not want to give me my keys. She then continues to tell me that the better synthetic oil will not last for 10 years, in fact there is NO oil that really lasts 10 years??? NOT what M.B. says? She also tells me if I go with a cheaper oil I can get my bill down. I really don't think she knows what she is doing!! I don't want to hear anything else she has to say. I can take it to Express Lube and they charge $125 including a 20 point inspection. That includes everything but tax!! Needless to say, I am VERY disappointed with Jiffy Lube and will not be back!
