They pulled my vehicle in and 10 minutes later my car was done. That was fast. The only thing I didn't like about the service was they never checked my wipers and see if I wanted to have them replaced. Also they never asked me what kind of oil I wanted in my car conventional, full synthetic or somthing in between. They just assumed I wanted the same as the last time. They did try to up-sell me on some air filters that I didn't think they needed to be replaced yet. I didn't look at the wiper fluid to see it it was topped off. I do recommend this place and will return again in the future. I would recommend when you visit you tell them what grade of oil you want so they don't just put whatever in your engine, conventional or full synthetic.

I explained to them that one of their employees had to have put the temp plug in. they denied it but said he have a friend that can fix it. Bottom line: they did this and won't fix it. when I tried to talk to the manager they said he isn't available. They either dropped my original plug or cross threaded it. They won't make it right.
