I also go here regularly for my routine tune-ups. One important thing I do want to mention: I once made an appointment to get my brakes done, but Avo was out that day. One of the employee mechanics tried to charge me way more than the normal ballpark price and was pressuring me to get the work done right away. I knew roughly what it should cost, so I decided to hold off and picked up my car. When I spoke to Avo about it, he apologized and explained that his employees are skilled at working on cars but aren't always good at quoting prices. He even offered my next tune-up on him, which I really appreciated. Since then, I haven't had any issues. Because of that experience, I strongly recommend asking specifically for Avo -- he's the owner. Personally, I prefer dealing directly with him and don't recommend going through the employee mechanics for estimates or decisions. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, and I'm glad I found one I can rely on.

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Beware !!!! I took…read moremy car for an oil change. They checked all the liquids too and supposedly it was ok. Then 13 days after I was driving late on freeway the car started getting hot. I was trying to move aside of the freeway the radiator blew. I called AAA to come and tow my car back home. The next day took it to a mechanic and I was advised that my radiator didn't have any antifreeze it was dry even the side one. There was nothing in It. They said they checked it. But they didn't obviously. My car suffer several damages radiator and the most expensive is Head gaskets. I took all my cars there for service. I had my car for six months and this happened. They lost a loyal customer. But now I'm stock with all the expenses because they don't want to take responsibility of it If they would top all my liquids I wouldn't be with out a car. The excuse was using Tesla jack pads, but those cost maybe $40 for a full set and take seconds to use--definitely not worth a 40% price hike. Just felt like I got upcharged for no real reason.
