I had a horrible experience with them. I took my car in about a week ago for an oil change (that btw was NOT $29.99, it was more like $89.99. The guy that helped me had me repeat myself to him 3 times and when he saw I was getting annoyed apologized and said he had a teething baby at home and had no sleep. They called me about 20 minutes in and said my car needed the radiator fluid flushed. I said I could not do it because I needed my car by 12. The guy kept insisting and said they wouldn't take more than 45 min. Those were 45 min I didn't have. He was extremely pushy about it and I got annoyed letting him know I did not want the service and wouldn't pay for it if they can please just do what I came for, an oil change. The guy got mad and said fine just come get your car. The next day I noticed that when I turned off my car my fans stayed on and 3 days after my car began to overheat. I took it to my regular mechanic and he said the radiator cap was missing a piece causing it to overheat. They purposely did it! My mechanic put it in writing so I can take it back to them and they don't blow me off like a crazy customer. They have now cost me $300 extra in service to my car. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! And I would not trust them with my car ever again. They put my safety and the safety of my family at risk. Trying to take advantage of a promotion, ended up costing me a lot more. Drive away! read more

Jiffy Lube - This is what Jiffy Lube ended up costing me after doing a simple oil change with them - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Bell, California

Nope went in for a brake inspection had to wait for 2 hours to be quoted $758 parts and labor! I asked them if they thought I needed to replace the rotors they said yes all of them, ended up going to my tire guy; he charged me $100 for a 2016 Tahoe but I took the parts he ended up saying I only needed two rotors not all four. Ended up paying $300 flat for parts and labor. Central Tire Service is the way to go on State St. good clean work and and no BS! And that wasn't my first bad experience I was their a week before for an oil change and as part of the service the check your tires, refill wiper fluid, and clean the air filter. I noticed the tech remove my air filter and sets it down I say to him yo I ha e my new air filter here can I give it to you instead of you putting back my old one. He said yes but we charge $20 labor to do it. I said never-mind I'll do it when I get home. Bad service man never going back! And it sucks cause some of the techs are working hard and care. read more

Drove off and my breaks were fucked! Went back the next day to have them "fix" the problem. They kept my car for ANOTHER 5 HOURS! They did not fix the problem infact, they made it worst. Now my car makes noises, my breaks are FUCKED! And now they're telling me I need to pay more money for something they messed up in the first place. After calling to complain, in which the Manager George, verbally threatened my fiance told me it was MY fault! They do not honor their warranty! I took my car for the signature oil change service.. It took over an hour. I drove off after it was done, I tried to wash my windows but my car was empty on fluid, it saud it was full on the ticket. I drove back and asked them why they had marked full when it was empty. He had no answer. I also noticed my radiator fluid was really low and it showed full on the ticket. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Less than 15 seconds of pulling in, and the female worker comes out to tell me "oh, your car uses very expensive oil it's gonna be $100, is that okay?" This without even opening the hood or looking at what model my car was. Reluctantly I said, yes that's fine. Then in an attempt to discourage me or swindle me the same worker brings me to a computer where she begins to show me the pricing for my car (not even asking what year or model) and then proceeds to charge me another $100. Bringing the total to $200 for a basic oil change. What she did not realize was that I was looking at the screen as she skipped through all my options for service, honed in on and showed me ONLY the most expensive service. Neither giving me the option nor explaining to me that I had options. This place wreaks of fraud, up-selling, and flat out swindling people for their money. Because of this, I would never recommend this place. Stick to a regular mechanic or visit an honest competitor! read more

This location is probably one of the cleanest Jiffy Lubes I have gone to, so definitely 5 stars for that. Service personnel were fairly knowledgeable in why they were doing, but for a multipoint inspection and explanation of what needed to be stated to customers was not given. Services were pricier than anticipated and next time I would rather go to a Toyota dealership to get services rendered instead of coming here. read more

Great customer service, I highly recommend. Daniel was able to help me out with my low tire pressure. This was an ongoing issue. However, he was able to coordinate which tire the air was leaking from. It was a prior nail issue that I thought it was resolved by a tire shop. read more

Everything was good until my car started leaking engine oil the next morning, it was a big puddle of oil and if I didn't noticed it I would of drove and ran my car without oil, I check the oil drain plug and it was un tight about 3/4 of an inch, I grabbed a 13mm socket and tighten the drain plug and didn't risk coming back here, so if you come here make sure your car is not leaking oil the next morning. read more

Please stay away from here, they will finesse you. There is a reason why the latest reviews are so old because no one trust this place. I went to get an oil change here and after 800 miles I need to get another. The lady that has dreads will talk to you about her family and how they used to be narcos while the technicians fake change your oil. There is no way my oil needs to be changed after 800 miles. Then they up sale you and say you need an engine flush or new transmission fluid I'm assuming they make commission of these items. I had my engine flushed with them a month ago and went get an oil change recently and they tried to offer an engine flush again. read more

Never been to one, but as my first experience I can say that it's not bad. The service was good, and the people there are very nice and helpful. Forgot the dudes name that helped me out but he was awesome and even offered some suggestions and what can be worked out so that was cool. Only give it four stars because it's a bit over priced in my opinion. Mainly because I found out the procedure done could of been done for a good $50 less, but It's ok. So all these 1 star reviews? I guess disgruntled employees. I arrive about 5:45 pm I was greeted by a team of 3. Employees quickly dresses my seats with plastic and paper mat. They take my information and see what services I needed, I was directed to the lobby. 10 minutes later clerk comes your vehicle is ready so I pay and I was done in 20 minuets tops! Excellent service and great customer service. I see no leaks, obviously you might have a leak or 2 with all this plastic covers in undercarriage. I will return for future services. read more

All right so I just got out of the jiffy Lube on Florence and Otis. Personnel is friendly the waiting room is nice and clean the only thing I didn't like was when they gave a one price at the beginning and then comes back with a different price at the end after Work had been completed. next one is that they didn't bother to go over the things my car needs if any other repair. after they completed the work, they didn't even bother to review the type of work they completed, I had to hunt them down to explain to me and last they were supposed to vacuum floors as they mentioned and wash exterior windows which is part of their service. Bad, bad, bad, it didn't get done. I didn't want to loose more of my time hunting for things they didn't do. I'm a little un satisfied and upset about service read more

If I could give less than one star I would. This Jiffy Lube location is horrible. Mechanics are thieves and trash. They really think you're dumb and try to manipulate you into buying things you don't need for your car or charge you excessively just to get more money off you. Went in for an oil change, decided to ask about a brake job right. Wow, couldn't believe what I was told. What a joke. The mechanic really tried to charge me close to $1000 alone for a brake job lol. The pads and rotors together cost $120 at AutoZone. You go on YouTube and a guy changes the same brakes on same car in less than an hour. Labor is not much, literally take off the piston bolts, and rotor bolts, replace, then put back. The jiffy lube mechanic tried to charge me $1000. No integrity at this location at all. Horrible. They even stoop as low as breaking stuff on your car on purpose just so you can purchase more services from them. I told him no about the brake job, next thing you know, all of a sudden, oh you have a headlight out. When literally They were just working when I left my house. Place is a real joke!! This is the worst experience I've had with my oil change, not only did it take 2 hrs to complete but on the signature oil change it offers interior vacuum and window cleaning none which were done, I paid 161 dollars for what I thought was full service when I paid I was looking for my car on the exit where ALL the other cars were being pulled up my car was parked in the parking lot I walked to my car and noticed the passenger seat pushed all the way back as if someone had been chilling in my car and some spills near my car holder that smelled like some sort of air freshener I've been to other jiffy lubes this is he worse the manager was nice but her staff seems to be playing too much I was very excited when this one was opened since it's close to my home but I am very disappointed not going back to jiffy lube again read more

This use to be my go to place. Service was always done in a timely manner, enjoyed the coffee and even liked the service suggestions they offered. Never hesitated to pay for their services as I never had reason to suspect they were cheating me. I went today to get an oil change and tire rotation and after 45 minutes the lady at the counter said that they could not service my car. Apparently, the oil plug was rounded and there was nothing they could do. I told her that Jiffy Lube was all I have been doing. Immediately after I said that, her demeanor changed and went onto defensive mode. She argued that it could not possibly be true because the oil filter in my car was not something they carried. I invited her to check her system. She realized that I was not making it up, but argued that the last time I went to Jiffy Lube was at a different location (this is true. Jiffy Lube Anaheim). I told her that I moved away from taking my car to my dealer because of Jiffy Lube's customer service and that if they no longer have that, they were going to lose one of their customers. Unapologetically she responded that it was ok and that she is just doing her job. I couldn't speak to her manager because the manager was not there. It should be noted that she turned away another customer for that same reason minutes before. She told the other customer that they would charge extra to remove the plug and when he agreed she immediately said they could not do it. She did not give me that option.
