He even managed to fit in my state inspection while my car was there, which saved me another trip. It's not often you find someone willing to go the extra mile like that. Unfortunately..and very disappointed my appointment was declined. I was instructed by staff if I had a 6: 00pm confirmed reservation I would have to be there by 4:00 p.m. to be able to have the services completed-(TIRE ROTATION/OIL CHANGE) none of this information is stated on the website nor was communicated prior to appointment time. I arrived at 5:45 p.m. was not given any prior indication that this appointment would be declined. Received multiple emails all day confirming appointment. If we won't honor a 6:00 p.m. reservation. Why is this time slot even offered? I believe a revamp to the website and the online services should be updated to avoid these confusing practices. Firestone should stand by their online appointments especially when it offers free tire rotation after a purchase of tires. This is how you lose a customer basis. Their motto Complete Auto Care should encompass the complete and thorough customer experience according to their own policy.( THE TRIPLE PROMISE). Will not be back for any future services. Results in lost customer for all future repairs and loss of revenue. To end on a positive stand. The Firestone tires I purchased are outstanding in their quality and functionality. Service was fine. My issue was the gentleman checking me in/out for service. He was condescending and rude for no reason. He wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't even say for sure who the individual is. I think he thought he was being funny? That guy aside, everything else was fine. read more

Went for a state inspection and everything passed. They recommended an alignment and was charging over $200 to do it. I declined and took my truck to where I have been getting tires all of my life. They performed an alignment inspection and everything was well in alignment. No alignment needed. I will never go back to these crooks again. it also looks like a five year old put my inspection stickers on. read more

My new go to place for issues with my F150. I had a ignition coil go out 3 days before Thanksgiving and needed my truck for holiday travel. I called about 7 other places and no one could squeeze me in. Ron told me to come down and they'd try to squeeze me between appointments. I got an inspection and oil change and knew I needed a tune up and some other items. Being fairly knowledgeable I had an idea what I needed and what I didn't. The suggested service was spot on, done very well and very efficiently. The guys even stayed late to get my car done the same day since the plugs were so labor intensive. Mark, Jim and Craig are all great guys to work with and I've had several solid interactions with Mark with mine and my wife's vehicles. I'll definitely be back, as always. My girlfriend took her car there for an inspection, it failed because she had a headlight out. They informed her it would cost her $196.00 to "repair" it. A $196.00 quote to change a bulb??? Ridiculous. I bought a bulb myself for $7, and changed it in under 15 mins, and that "repair" didn't even require the use of of a single tool. They are crooks and just lost two customers for life with that quote. read more

Very bad first time experience with Firestone. I dropped off my vehicle around 8:45am for inspection and was told it'll be ready around lunch and they'll give me a call. 3:30pm rolls around and I've heard nothing. I give them a call and they haven't even gotten it in yet. One would think calling and letting me know you haven't started yet would be a good idea since I'm without a vehicle. I then asked would it be ready by 5:00pm when I'm off work, the guy they said "yes, most likely". I sat there from 4:30pm until 6:30pm until they finally finished. 8:45am to 6:30pm for INSPECTION. They then failed me on 7 or 8 different things. I managed to get my vehicle into a place my dad goes this morning. For one, it didn't take a whole day. Two, the guy said most of this is ridiculous and not necessary and Firestone wanted me to have them (Firestone) fix it so they can make some money. Told me what I absolutely needed done, and now I'm good to go. Never going there again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Unless they want to waste their time and money. read more
