*** BE CAREFUL- they do not accept onIine purchased oil changes even if it says they do online*** I purchased a set of 3 oil changes from their website just over a year ago that have an expiration of TWO years- I just took my car in (to this jiffy lube on state street that IS included on the list of participating stores) and after waiting in the waiting room for half an hour, they told me my coupon is not valid because of new owners that won't honor the coupon. I was blown away by their professionalism and speed all at a great price. No appt needed, whole process took only 20 minutes. They also will check all your other filters and fluid levels free of charge. Not only that, but they confirm all your caps are present before you leave, show you the new oil on dipstick, free oil top-off at 3k miles, AND provide free coupon to a local car-wash. I came here for an oil change and was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism. Jared and his team were very knowledgeable, courteous and fast. I was in and out extremely quick, but I do not feel like they rushed the work on my car. Their prices for other services are exceptionally reasonable as well, so that's a plus. 55 bucks for an oil change. Cab filter was a little dirty. Asked tech to just shake out debris and blow it a little cleaner. He went outside tapped it a couple of times and reinstalled it with leaves and debris hanging off the cab filter. Some people's kids are just not very smart. Will not be back. read more

Maybe I had an isolated incident but I avoid this place like the plague. I used to go here all the time until one visit, my coolant was drained and never refilled. I thought my car was broken and after I took my car to a dealership and paid for a dealership to fix the overheating (IE: filled the coolant), my car was working normal again. I reckon this place has no issue with overlooking basic car care. read more

I've been here several times for various reasons. Most recently went in for a radiator flush and emissions test. It was pretty busy (it was a Saturday) but they were still moving pretty quickly. I was blown away by the excellent customer service and the helpfulness of the assistant manager. I would recommend anyone in the area to go here if you need your car worked on. read more

This jiffy lube location is great and has been great to me and my 2000 Ford Taurus Ses. They have taken care of my car very well and seem to know what they are doing, I get the signature oil change and I love that they check all the fluids and filters and hoses as well as belts, I would recommend this shop. I just wish they did brakes so I could have my car serviced by just one shop instead of 2. read more

Not very stoked on this place. Left the first time because of the long wait which is understandable, but this last time we left because of the bad service. We were quickly brushed aside and told to wait in the lobby to be spoken to. After 5 minutes in the lobby and seeing the people around us we realized we were probably in for an hour wait, which was okay, but with also being greeted like an annoyance we figured we'd try somewhere else. As we walked out, the fella filling an oil tank decided to start running his mouth. Instead of asking why we were leaving he started laughing and proclaiming that oil changes take patience and seemingly implying we did not have the capacity for patience that one of their masterfully crafted oil changes requires. We lowly impatient dullards decided to try our luck at the shell lube at maple grove and chinden. Luckily for us dullards they were super fast and courteous. Which was such a relief because I don't believe I had the mental capacity for a 30 minute wait (thank you jiffy lube for helping me find myself). read more
