During an oil change and transmission flush at this location, an error occurred with the transmission fluid, causing it to spill all over my car and even spray onto my windshield. Even worse, my car immediately developed a transmission leak. I've brought my car back to Valvoline four separate times since then, and they could not identify or fix the problem, and I was told to bring the car elsewhere. Two independent mechanics have since confirmed the transmission leak, and both were surprised Valvoline missed it. The repair will cost between $3,000-$7,000, and my car now leaks so much fluid that I can't even park it in my garage. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve an issue that never should have happened. For context, I have documentation from Honda confirming there were no leaks just two weeks before the service. I simply want my car restored to the condition it was in before Valvoline's error. Accidents happen, but Valvoline and the store manager have failed me. I am continuing to work with Valvoline's customer care, but given the lack of resolution so far, I do plan to take them to court. This has been a costly, time-consuming, and frustrating process that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.

I'm a shade tree mechanic and a car guy.... They will do all my work and all my friends and family work in the future. Sometimes I am unsure when it comes to tire warranties but the tire warranty that came with my tires did exactly what they said it would do. It took care of my road hazard repair and it also covers rotation and balancing. I don't have an appointment but Jamal took care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He even kept me informed while I was waiting and checked on me a few times. Other customers were also singing his praises back and forth which made me feel comfortable immediately. I still thought it sounded off so I took it back two weeks later and they were able to determine that the blower is slowly going, but they said they would just wait until it stopped working since it's still doing it's job, just makes a little noise. I appreciated the explanation they gave me and they made sure I understood. I felt like they really didn't want me to put more money into my jeep than necessary and you don't find that kind of service very much. I will definitely go back!
