An excellent experience today. I came in for my usual oil change, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The technicians were very friendly today. They were efficient and quickly completed the job. This was an all new crew from my last visit. I have had my oil changes done here for quite a few years, on both my personal vehicle and my work vehicle. I was used to seeing the same employees. I didn't recognize any of the employees this time, but they all did a great job. One thing I appreciate about Jiffy Lube is that they will refill your windshield washer and top off other fluids in between oil changes. I travel a lot for work and often run out of windshield washer fluid, especially in the summer due to the bugs. But they are always happy to refill it at no charge, which is a great value. read more

The service members at Jiffy Lube off of Rangeline Road took great care of me today. I normally do my own oil changes, yes, a woman, shocking I know. Oil was leaking quite a bit after my last oil change even after tightening the oil cap and filter, but not too tight. Asked the crew members there to take a look at the oil filter, see if they could tighten it up for me, or possibly replace it with an oil filter that I purchased just in case. They found a faulty gasket on the oil filter, replaced it and filled up my oil and washer fluid free of charge. I did have to wait a bit, but it was worth it to receive great service and a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. 100% recommend for any of your oil service needs. read more

I came in for an oil change and what I got was 3 different attempts to up sale me. This was my first oil change at this location (Rangline Rd) but frequently go to Jiffy Lube for the connivence. After I pointed out that everything they were trying to replace had just been replace in Jan by a different Jiffy lube things settled down. when I arrived I informed them that I knew one of my tires was needing some air. During the check out, the same person who had carried in my filters as if they needed replacing, told me the air pressure was fine during the "safety" inspection. It clearly wasn't because as I drove off, my tire sensor notification popped up on the dashboard. Lucky for me I took it to another service station where they found a nail in the tire and it needed replacing. So if you want to not be sure if they do a safety inspection and want to be up sold. This is the place to go. I however won't be back at this location. read more

Had them do last oil change on my car. it's now due for oil change again, first had to use impact driver to remove oil drain plug. Now the oil filter is so tight the tool crushed it. car is now stranded in my garage. read more

I got an oil change, vacuum, windows cleaned, and air in my tires. It took them 10 minutes tops. I initially went next door to Firestone for an oil change and a car battery check, but they weren't able to take me until 36 hours later. I noticed Jiffy Lube was next door so pulled over there. They said they could take me right away and apologized that I would have to sit in a chair on the shop floor because their lobby was being painted. I say and watched them tinker with my car. What a great experience! I went to get an oil change for my car this a.m. since the last one was in Feb. 2021. I got the synthetic blend at that time, but due to the length of time past, I felt I should get another one. After the guys checked my history and mileage, Adrian (mgr) told me he didn't recommend an oil change at this time. Are you kidding me? An honest car repair place? Wow! The guys checked my fluids and air pressure in the tires and off I went. I will be back in the Fall (or whenever I'm due) for my oil change and really want your team to know how much I appreciated their honesty!! Beware. They will strip your oil plug and then tell you they can't help you then send you on your way. I went here to get my oil changed and it turned into 3 hours of me trying to get their mistake fixed. Now my oil plug can't be taken off because they told me "we used the wrong tool". How does that happen?! I have to leave Indiana tomorrow and I can't get my oil changed. Garbage. They sent me to a full service store. That store mentioned that they are often sent cars with the same problem from this jiffy lube. I contacted jiffy lubes corporate office and they contacted the franchise owner. I still have not heard from them. I'm hoping they catch on to what's going on here. I'm sitting at a Subaru dealership finally getting the problem this jiffy lube caused fixed. It's going to be a lot more than just an oil change. I repeat: do not take your car to this location. There is a good chance they have done this before and will continue to do it. The assistant manager Adrian is very friendly and very helpful. I can't blame him for what someone down in a pit did. He did his best to help me out, and so did the full service store. He mentioned that they are not given the proper tools and I honestly believe him. However if the guy in the pit knew he didn't have the right tools to do the job he shouldn't have even attempted. Often when you strip a bolt or the threading it's due to over tightening so I'm not completely convinced the tech didn't try to release it while leaving his tool on its tightening setting. read more

When I drove off the lot I went to the Walgreens down the street and noticed a rattling sound. I immediately called and went back asking them to inspect it and they made it seem like it was my fault. Got my oil change done this morning and Jesus R. Helped me at this location. He was really good at the front desk. Then my car started to idle weird, it died on me twice. I was freaking out. I made it to a safe place and called them. He rushed out and figured out they didn't tighten the air intake. He screwed it on correctly, and apologized for the inconvenience. He said they would be in contact. (Not sure what that means exactly) Basically, in my mind:Things happen. It's how you fix it, if something is wrong. I have to speak on the AMAZING customer service I've received from this location alone. I came in obviously a few hundred miles ago and again with the awesome customer service however the up keep and waiting area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever and the bathroom was dirty ( more than a car shop bathroom dirty lol ) and no coffee offered , it just wasn't inviting at all . HOWEVER today is a COMPLETE turn around. It's nice and clean inside ( clean for a car shop ) and fresh coffee smelled good and it was a nice experience AND they ALWAYS do an amazing job ! It's a rare thing to find honesty and genuine customer service in the automotive industry. I found both at this Jiffy Lube. I just moved to the area and visited this location. I had my my windshield replaced recently and lost my oil change sticker in the process. Knowing I was over 3,000 miles, even with premium oil, I decided to just have it changed anyways. The technician came to the waiting area and told me that my oil looked golden with no break down and that I didn't need to have it changed for another 1,000-1,500 miles! He told me they could still change my oil, but he didn't want me to waste my money if there was no need to. This Jiffy Lube is where I go for oil changes. The service is generally good, but it depends on when I show up. One time I had to wait nearly two hours, but usually it's less than 45 minutes. The people there are friendly, and though they try to sell you lots extra stuff, if you say no they don't push it. I always try to come with a coupon (you can usually find one online). I purchased a $29 voucher on Amazon for a Signature Service oil change. I presented the voucher upon arrival and was told that my car requires synthetic oil and it would be an $84 upgrade. (Yes, a $113 oil change.) I knew I was being lied to (checked my records) and went to a different location and they honored the voucher and showed me on their computer that my car has never required synthetic oil.
