Have been here twice for an oil change and both times have been fabulous and incredibly friendly. Yesterday I got a headlight replaced with my oil changed and I noticed today that one was out again. I wasn't sure which side had been replaced so I went back to see if they had record of it. They weren't able to tell, but replaced the dead headlight anyway, at no cost. read more

I just moved here and DMV said that Jiffy Lube did auto inspections. I just got my plates and headed there. They were busy but I said I would wait and the manager was up front that there were cars ahead of me. I did not mind because I needed it to be done, but I waited until 4pm like she said and they still did not do the inspection. At that point I had to leave to take care of my dog at home. They're super fast and the quality is excellent!! I came in with my oil light on and my car not running smoothly. They did an oil change and added something to make my car run better. My oil light hasn't came back on and it runs smoother. He didn't try to push me into doing other maintenance and I appreciated that. They're really professional. Would recommend them! read more

I had my oil changed by jiffy lube on pantops, they screwed my oil plug in crooked and as a result the drain plug vibrated its way out and drained all the oil out causing my engine to completely lock up. After having 3 different mechanics look at my car they all verified that this was a result of jiffy lube not properly replacing my drain plug. After contacting the store manager, the district manager, and the vice president of the company.. they refused to have my engine replaced. So it costed me over 700 dollars just to replace my engine not counting the money it is gonna cost me to have it put in. Thanks Jiffy lube.... I only needed an oil change for my car. I walked right in with no wait and the employees assisted me. Unfortunately, they were not very attentive and charged me for the wrong service after I had just arrived there. They did give me a discount on my oil change. The employees were very unprofessional. I will not be going here again but they got me in and out very quickly. read more

This place is my "go to" for all my oil changes and more. I love how they can tell me what services are "factory suggested" to have completed and I know that it'll be done fast and efficiently. Let me just start off by saying if there was an option for zero stars I would have clicked that. I took my wifes suv to Jiffy lube on pantops because it needed and inspection and they are right across the street from my job I typically dont drive the suv because it uses alot of gas and I drive about 25 Miles further to work than my wife does so I dive a car that gets better gas mileage but I figured it would be easier for me that way WRONG I took my SUV over there on 1/2/18 to get the inspection I come back later that day to pick the suv up and it was rejected for the back brakes witch is not a problem I take the suv home and change the brakes and I figured the next day I would be able to bring it back and get the re-inspection done for $1 and that would be the end of it NOPE I come back on 1/3/18 at 9:30 AM and they tell me that they are packed and can't fit me in so I said ok I will come back tomorrow and get it done NOPE I came back on 1/4/18 Still can't Do it this went for 7 days with a bunch of different excuses until finally I came in on 1/10/18 and they got it done. that being said I wasted my time and money for 7 days just to check my rear breaks I think that is outrageous I will never go back to this jiffy lube or any other jiffy lube for that matter I would rather take my business to someone else read more

Hey look i know by and large jiffy lube has a somewhat well earned terrible rep. However believe me this one is the exception. The folks that run this one dont do the "massive upsell" they ask what u want, give you your options, and accept what you say. They were professional and even funny! Also they found a problem with the seal on my plug and fixed it no charge. They are solid. read more

I was a loyal Jiffy Lube customer, but this was the first time at this particular one. I went in for an oil change. After a month or so, I noticed the car leaking something onto the pavement. So I took it to the dealership. Not only was the oil cap put on very loosely, the filter was incorrectly placed. Oil was everywhere and I paid A LOT to have it cleaned and a new oil change. Also, JL says they check tire pressure. After I drove out, my pressure light came on because the tires were too low. I will never go back there. read more

Actually no stars is more appropriate, I went in to get oil change and my brake light replaced. Mention it multiple times while there and the person taking my information mentions it to the worker in my presence. I get home and ask my 11y old to check the brake light because something felt off and I can't check it while I am driving. It's not working. I call and the first person picks up the call and instead of telling hold on she just rudely passes the phone to someone else, at first he tells me yes it's my fault and I forgot to put it in the invoice, come in and i can fix it, I tell him I live a few towns over and it's not local to me(my daughter was taking a class in town) I mentioned about my daughter checking the light and it not working and he proceeds to tell me that my daughter can go to advance auto zone get a bulb and fix it herself because she obviously knows what to do. She is 11 and all she did was tell me it wasn't lighting up. How incredibly rude is that. I have used Jiffy Lube for years in multiple places due to being a military family and I have never had such bad attitude and terrible customer skills. read more

I am soooooo DISAPPOINTED!!!! I went in for the first time to get an oil change. The lady that helped was friendly and courteous. She opened the door for me. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was told my fluids had been topped off. I asked "Even the washer fluid" and she said YES!!!!! I told the lady she had a new customer. I came home, popped open my hood and what do you think I found. NO WASHER FLUID OR COOLANT ( COOLANT WAS ON LOW). I wonder did they even change my filter. There was oil. Will I be back probably NOT!! read more

Went to get my inspection done on a Saturday at 12. The lady told me it would be 2 hours. I came back in 2 hours at 2 and they told me no more inspections. They didn't even close until 6. I will go somewhere else next time. read more

Great experience. Everyone was very helpful and willing to make my experience the best that it could be. They offered free Ice cold water that was refreshing while I was waiting. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, my car was pulled into the bay right away for service. I was consulted about what the mechanics found before any work was done. With my oil change I also got my floors vacuumed and outside windows washed. They were not pushy and very timely and efficient. I would recommend this location and I will go back next time I need service. read more
