DO NOT RECOMMEND! Messed up the push button start to my car and did not take accountability. Took my car here for an oil change on Wednesday, April 19. As I proceeded to leave after my service, I could not push the start button on my car. It would not budge. I went back inside and told the man who serviced my car who then told me "it was like that when it came it." Sir, it was ABSOLUTELY not like that when I came in. He then did something and was able to push the button. By the time I hit the corner a light came on so I turned the car off to turn it back on. Guess what? Button stuck again. I am now blocking people and can't move. After about 3 minutes, I was able to get it to push. I get home and don't touch my car until the next morning. I got to work the next morning and was able to get my car to start, even though I still couldn't push the button. Well, I wasn't so lucky when I left work. I sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes trying to start my car. Finally, a light tap and the car started. YAY! Well, guess what? I get home and I cannot turn the car off. Literally nothing I did work. I had to leave me car running and locked while I waited for AAA to undo the battery just to get my car off. The AAA guy said he didn't have a clue what they did to make my push button not work. So, now I am waiting to hear back from my dealership to see if they can repair it and how much it will cost, thanks to Jiffy Lube. It was my first and last visit their. I should have just gone to the dealership when I realized an oil change was $100. I thought I was saving some money but I did and now it's going to cost me even more money. No synthetic oil. Even the gas station has synthetic oil smdh. I went here for services and they told me to go to Tinley Park because they didn't have my oil. My best guess as to why I was told this is because I usually have went there..... but I'm sure you can find me a Jiffy Lube closer than that, sir. If I could give no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional. I have received an oil change here before and I made excuses for such bad service but I came to get an oil change so I let it go. Not this time, called and spoke to Leroy to see when was the last time I received an oil change so I can get another one. He said, "Nope we too busy right now, we too busy." I have never been so offended by an establishment like this before. Leroy does not know how to talk to customers and needs to take a communication class. Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your car here. And if for some reason you brought your car here and they messed it up, DO take them to small claims court and make sure you have your mechanic testify. And not only are the managers and workers dishonest "men", the owner himself said Jiffy Lube corporate tells them never to accept liability for faulty work since it is the customer's burden to prove in court. But if you have a mechanic who's not afraid to testify on your behalf, you will be fine. It's a shame that we can't even have honest black-owned businesses to serve our community, but it is what it is. Trust me, take your car somewhere else. Ok so I was not getting serviced here, but this place does need some help...my sis was trying to get a last minute oil change and while she got out I stayed in the car‍ two of the employees started to argue in front of me. Then one of the guys jumped in the car and asked me how I was doing, I say ok and yourself? " I'm fine but these NINJas getting on my nerves" referring to his co-workers.... The visit got worst by the minute...Another customer pulled up and asked about a coupon and the guy said, " I don't know nothing about no coupon, I'm know about oil and you have to go inside for that. While renting I would take my car here and had no issue but the second I brought a car in my name here they charged me extra to take off my skid plate (which no other jiffy lube does) and they somehow disconnected a part of my front bumper. I came in for an oil change and left with a cracked oil pan. My car has NEVER leaked or had a crack in the oil pan and after getting an oil change from them, my oil pan was cracked and all the oil had completely leaked from my car by morning. Now i have to pay even more money to get it fixed. I would hate to have to take them to small claims court to reimburse the now necessary repair, so hopefully they will do what's right. So disappointing. I have so many things to do and now i have to wait until i can get a repair which is in 2 days because it's Saturday and every shop is closed on Sunday. read more

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. My husband took my 2022 SUV here for a quick oil change. Five days later my oil light came on and my vehicle started dragging. I was on the expressway and my car completely decelerated to under 20 mph and would not accelerate. Me, my husband and our infant son could've died on that expressway. I had to get my vehicle towed to an auto shop in which they told me that I had NO OIL in my vehicle when it arrived. Luckily this auto shop gave me all the paperwork regarding how this happened by getting a faulty oil change that was not properly done at this location. I called to inform them of this when I was initially told that their was no oil in my vehicle and the manager Lamar Wilson did not once apologize instead he claimed they did nothing wrong despite me having a paper trail of proof that they did. They are slow with getting cars in and out they talk while working on the cars, regular long conversations of nothing. They mess up because they are talking to each other, I had a Mitsubishi sticker in my car, the sticker that says the oil mileage to return for another. The manager walks around in his Jordan's not helping when it's crowded! They are not careful while working on your car which causes other problems in the long run. I have had one bad experience too many at this location. One summer, I sweat my entire outfit wet like I just came it the pool in the hundred degree waiting room. One of the employees said the manager/owner refuse to get AC. Twice before they did not have the air filter I needed. They are quick to say come back another day. No one has time for that. Today I had a group on for an oil change tire rotation. They did not have the tools to rotate my tires. They shrugged it off like it was my problem. I suggested I get the air filter they finally had in stock in exchange for the tire rotation. That idea was dismissed. Overall, the staff is nice and friendly but their service sucks. I came for an oil change on a Friday morning. Every bay was taken with two cars waiting when I arrived. The wait to get into a bay was about 15 minutes (I beat the other two waiting vehicle inside; lucky me :-) ). I was told to walk around the building because the floors might be slippery. Once inside I waited about another 15 before a man came out to show me the filters from my truck. He asked me if I wanted to replace them and I told him yes. He was finished with my truck another 20 minutes later. He held the door open, walked me to my truck and opened that door as well. Since their faulty service, My engine light came on they would not take another look at my car and suggested I got o the dealership. I had to wait until the dealership had an opening which was a week later. The dealership calls me the same day I took it in to tell me the oil cap was screwed on improperly and that air was being sucked in, thats why my car kept stopping. I had to pay the dealership $167 just to screw on the cap. I took all my receipts to jiffy lube and they said they are no longer involved. I am highly upset that I paid $118.41 for a simple oil change $167 to close the cap totaling $285.41 out my pocket. I called corporate and filed a complaint. read more
