I had such good service here in 2021 so I brought my car back to get another oil change on 10/4/22. There was a short wait. When it was my turn, I pulled into the station. Maliq confirmed I was there for an oil change. Erick was friendly and started the process of getting me serviced. Connor, who is now the manager, talked to me and suggested which type of oil to get. He also was very nice and friendly. When the job was finished and it was time to pay, there was an issue with the communication as to what type of oil I had chosen. Connor never questioned it and made it right so that I as a customer was satisfied and I really appreciated that. Went here a few months ago to get my oil changed, and they put the plug/screw on the oil pan to tight, so it has to be broken off or drilled out, as far as a recommendation, not at all, go elsewhere... read more

Continuation to my story time. After sitting in the pit of the shop the guys were there were not helpful with resolving the issue let alone knowing the issue of what went wrong with a car that didn't have any issues before I brought it in. Marshawn came over and said in so many words my car needs to get out the shop because they were about to close. How can I possible move a car that won't start because of something you all did wrong. They then called the police on me to pretty much say I was trespassing and refusing to leave the establishment. When the police arrived they said that they could put a battery in to temporarily move me to the parking lot so they can lock up but then they would have to take the battery back out since I didn't want to pay for it. Mind you the battery life when I pulled in was in the green so how is it now my battery is dead or it may be the starter or it may be the alternator and not once did they retest the battery or do a diagnostic test. The police told me I could wait until the tow truck came and they waited with me inside but the fact that two men were about to leave me stranded in a parking lot just because as Clarence said it's not they issue. Not only was I there for four hours, I was then late for work and because it was late Saturday no mechanic shops were open so my Jeep had to be towed to my house just for me to have to find somewhere else to tow it later. Now my last post has a comment that they don't see a claim when the lady clearly gave me a claim number yesterday and said it would be up to the discretion of the area manager on how to handle it. My indicators came on for my engine and traction and when I stepped on the brake my car began to rumble and shake. The tow truck guy was able to start the car and get it hooked up but once it dropped it off at my house the complete car was dead so now I have to wait two weeks for a dealership to be able to see my car. read more

Great customer services and very helpful. I went there for my first time to get two new tires and the lady was kind and helpful.

I called to find out if they had a filter for my truck since it's a 2021, one of 5 young guys said yes.....of course after I towed my truck there, they said they didn't have the filter. No one confessed to saying it. I made it there literally 45 minutes after I called. Trying to support doesn't always work out. Sad but true. read more

They have always had a reason not to do my oil change. I have been there twice and they have come up with lame excuses. Beginning to think it is a front for other activites. Same thing happen to my daughter when she went there to get an oil change. They could not get some plug off underneath. However she went to Jiffy Lube and no problem. I love the fact that they are in the neighborhood; close to my home; the wait time is next to nothing; the customer service is outstanding and the service is simply amazing! I am the first to abandon a business when they fall short - so, believe me if any of these points are missed - I won't patronize a business again! Would be a ZERO, but you don't have that option. Worse place ever. Went in had oil change 20mins later engine light comes on!! Wth Take back to them their scanner can't detect a code drive 2 blocks down to Autozone, guess what, they get a code. P1004 These bums now say they can't do nothing til the mechanic gets back!!
