I use the Jiffy Lube off State line near Martin City. they are wonderful. clean considerate, good value.

Gal at the counter was nice. The manager declined to do a tire rotation on my jeep wrangler because he thought my aftermarket bumpers brought the vehicle weight over 9k lbs. It weighs 6100. tried to explain and show him the registration with the accurate weight of 6900lbs and was told he wasn't going to argue. If you think bumpers add 3000lbs to a jeep, you may not be competent enough to do an oil change. Not only that, he wouldn't even talk to me about it. I would not have to do the oil change, except for the fact they didn't tell me about the decline for tire rotation until after the oil change was done. Dumb read more

On 7-6-2024 I took my Rav 4 Toyota in for an oil change to this location. When I parked my car at home I noticed oil was leaking onto the pavement. On the invoice from Jiffy Lube vacuuming and oil light reset was marked "completed". Neither was completed. Because Jiffy Lube did a poor job, I took my car in to a repair shop in Kalispell and the repairman stated on the invoice "oil filter loose, drain plug loose, tightened both oil filter and drain plug. Cleaned excess oil from undercarriage". Further, Chantel, the person at Jiffy Lube who changed the oil, I saw running next door in a hurry and was gone during my oil change. Who left the oil filter and drain plug loose so oil leaked out? I need a refund as it was expensive to take the car to a reputable repairman. Train your workers properly! read more

I had $200 missing out of my car after getting an oil change. 100% had it stolen from here, it was the only place I went between placing it and going to grab it. The man checking me out also asked me to hit his VAPE which was super disturbing and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this jiffy lube to anyone. read more

Um. Do not like the customer service here. The staff was eating takeout and was thoroughly disappointed at my arrival. The guy at the front desk was brusk, condescending and unprofessional. After licking his fingers from Chinese food he rang me up. Any questions I asked were treated as if I was a stupid woman. The waiting area is gross and the only nice one there is the girl who was obviously working the hardest in the whole place. The only good thing was the vacuum job and of course she's the one that did it. So that's why it was great. Will not return. I'm local and I prefer to drive to kalispell. Sad. read more

Jiffy Lube Could they be any more lazy? This place is right outside of Glacier Park. There's thousands of tourists from all over the worId, many who have traveled thousands of miles and need an oil change. I get there at 3 pm September 5, well within business hours. There are cares behind me. Nope. The girl there said the manager didn't want to work anymore and they were going to close early. Who cares about revenues? Who cares about customers? Who cares about the owner? It's not her money that she's refusing to take so she can run off and get drunk in the middle of the afternoon. If I were the owner I'd be livid. Customer on top of customer lined up, and she's costing them hundreds, if not thousands of dollars--probably every day! She was pretty proud of herself. She went over to the "manager", and they shared a good laugh at the expense of the customers, and the owner. But what does she care? It's not her business. read more

I was the only one to pull in and was met with an extremely grumpy and unfriendly staff. The guy who met me at the car gave me a look like what the hell was I doing there. No hello, no good morning nothing. No surprise no one else was in there the entire time I was there. Also stated I declined vacuuming on the receipt even though I was never asked. read more

I have tried to get my oil changed here multiple times. Today was at 2pm. I have tried at 11:30am 1pm 1:30 pm and today at 2. Every one of these times someone comes and tells me they are all on brake. The website doesn't even show times they go to brake. It just shows open times. All day. I told him they are always on brake and he said it's been hot and busy. I have to keep doing my job under these circumstances. They should post that they operate this way. Probably don't want these guys touching my truck anyway. I learned to stay away from here. The reviews pretty much say the same read more

I took my car in for an oil change. I noticed oil on my driveway and thought maybe I had an oil leak. They never screwed the oil filter in all the way. Now my whole under carriage is soaked and I have to pay to have the under carriage cleaned before I can take it to a more knowledgeable co. This has now cost me in upwards of an additional $250. $80 for an inspection $30 for getting it cleaned 3 times and another oil change and filter with another company read more

We have used this a couple of times but what makes me unhappy is the windshield and vacuuming service is always checked that we declined the service but we have never been asked. Do not trust this business. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change and specified I did not want synthetic oil. When I returned I was received a $95 charge for a simple oil change... They did use synthetic oil, said because I wasn't there they went ahead and used synthetic. Refused a refund. I will never return. read more

This place damaged my car and when I told them it was making funny noises after working on it, the guys said it was a freaky coincidence that my car would make weird noises and that they did not have anything to do with it. I also paid for a tire rotation and they said they did not know how to do that??!!!??? Be warned these people do not have a clue what they are doing!!! *Super* friendly and quick service!!! We just needed an oil change but they cleaned our filter, topped off all fluids, washed our windows and vacuumed at no cost. Everything was finished in 10-15 minutes and every employee wished us a good day as we left. Definitely will come here again! read more

We are visiting family in Columbia Falls. My husband went there for an oil change. After the car cooled down, my husband noticed that it was three quarters of a quart low in oil. Needless to say we will not service our car at Jiffy Lube ever again! read more

I will absolutely never go to that place again. I parked my car on the side of the building and walked in and the guy said that I needed to move my car. Figured he could've had some good customer service skills and Moved it for me... but no I moved it into the bay. When I handed the keys to the lady I told her I had to go to work and I would be back. When I come back to pick up my car they told me that I didn't authorize my oil to get change so it never got changed. It sat there for three hours and no one did anything to it read more

The Jiffy Lube employees where going out of there way to make them happy and sadly some people are never going to be happy. I say to all Jiffy Lube employees you did a outstanding job today tolerating some of the worst customers alive.
