Don't send your young drivers in for an oil change by themselves. They think that $95 for a synthetic oil change is reasonable (this included a $5 coupon off). It should be around $65-67 for a full synthetic. Skip the coupon, skip the place. When I spoke with the person at Jiffy his response was well he can bring the car back and we will take out the oil and replace it with regular. I'm no fool, but they do take the young people for idiots because they don't know any better (have a credit card and sign). I guess that is how you make your profit. I guess getting your oil changed is a thankless job. It has to be done, and if nothing goes wrong, fine. Decent oil change that's quick and cheap. Only problem is, they always try to upsell me on other things. Frustrating, but for the service itself, just fine. read more

Brout my BMW 6series in for service, since the dealership shafted me on a appointment, went in the guys were very friendly, they had my car done in 15 min top's, Had a nice convo with the manager Joe , seemed to know a lot about the car and was a funny guy, The guys working on my car were nice and talkative.Chris was the technician working under the hood cool kid. The prices was a bit high but not as high as the dealer lol, and I was out fast. The next day I had my fiance go there with her volkwagon, They knew what oil goes in it and were very respectful to her, when she got home i asked her cause of course being a woman you never know, good too see a place I can go too instead of all these other mechanics that are all grumpy and act like they are better then you. Average oil change place. Prices are fair. Service is pretty quick. Know exactly what you want before you arrive. Do not bring import or exotic cars here. Employees are friendly. Waiting room is not well maintained and the restroom is dirty. Make sure they put your oil cap on before you leave. read more

Pulled in for oil change, five younger guys out back playing with a basketball, couldn't tell if worked there or not. Said I need a change, one guy immediately said we don't have a filter. I asked how is that, he jokingly said I guess the delivery didn't come. Another guy waved me into a bay, said they might have it downstairs but have to look. Guy below car showed me a bolt head was sheared and made no attempt to loosen. I asked to try anything like a vice grip or pry since all it took was effort. Nope said "no tools" as I see the vice grip there. He said i have to bring it where the last guy broke the bolt on principal- huh? I said any mechanic can handle that, how embarrassing for you. With that all five guys began harassing me till I left. So I went to the jiffy lube in Huntington and they changed the oil no problems. Mentioned the bolt and said it's out and put new in no hassles at all. Jiffy lube shouldn't leave irresponsible people to work there and allow there friends to use as a hang out to play basketball. read more

It has been a little bit over a month since I was here and let me tell you things are very different. I went here with my sister to get an oil change on her vehicle the place was not the same place I was there last time no one was smiling everyone look like they were walking on eggshells it looks like no one wanted to be there. I started talking to one of the employees and he said there was a new manager at the store I then went into the lounge and waiting for my vehicle several minutes later I heard the manager yelling at several of his employees very rudely an arrogantly. It's a shame that a company allows things like this to happen to good people the store was very nice and felt good when bring your vehicle here last time I was there. I'm sure the higher ups like the area managers don't care about these Yelp reviews but I will say this I would not bring my car or any family members car back here again as long as this new manager is there he is arrogant rude and talk down to people and I will be letting everybody know this when I go to local school meetings and community meetingd, nice job jiffy lube you really screwed this one up and if anybody does not want to believe me they go in the yourshelf and listen to this guy talk to his employees I believe his name is Tom read more

I brought my 2015 Subaru Impreza in for a oil change and tire rotation.... First, We had a big discussion because they did not know what filter to use.. Since the computer system did not have it in there. Then they got the book and we all figured it out.. Before I brought it in... I was hit by a nyc yellow taxi cab, which left a yellow mark on my front left tire. Did not pay attention, when I left. Although, the next day... I noticed that the yellow marked front left tire was moved to the back left. Instead of moving that tire to the rear right position... How do you screw up a tire rotation... I was visiting the area.. So not my usual spot.. I will never go back.. Although, I go to a national oil change service place in Westchester. The same oil change cost $25 more in this Jiffy Lube location compared to my usually place. So, #1, I overpaid. #2, they screwed up a tire rotation. They should spend more time trying to do the job right instead of trying to up sale you..... read more
