I just don't like being lied to. I asked the mgr to change my reminder sticker that goes inside my car on the windshield. The synthetic oil change that I got they put 5000 miles to the next oil change. I asked them to change it to 6000 as a reminder. Because I change it every 6000 miles. The manager said he can't do that because the manufacture Nissan suggest every 5000. I looked it up and it says synthetic oil change is recommended 7500 to 10,000 miles. I already knew it was 7500 I didn't know it was up to 10,000. But he did refused to change the sticker. I've used other loot other Jiffy Lube's before. They've all put 6000 for me. Do not go to this jiffy lube. Been going here for about 3 years for oil changes. I've finally had enough. I've had things stolen out of my car. They broke my dad's dip stick in half and told him to take it up with ford. His truck is a 22 with 20k miles and now half the dip sticks stuck in the engine and he can no longer check the oil. Now they stripped my drain plug simply by using the wrong size ratchet and told me that it was the last guy who did the oil changes fault because they put lock tight on it. Meanwhile they were the ones who did the last oil change. Once again do not go to this jiffy lube you'll leave with regret. read more

My mom mentioned she needed an oil change. After dropping her off at her first chemo treatment at Stoneybrook I looked up a nearby Jiffy Lube to surprise her. Billy directed me in right away. You don't even get out of your car which was nice because it's chilly out lol. James helped me choose the right oil and told me some other fluids that were low in the car. Jacob did a great job too. I just needs a top off between oil changes. They made me wait until all 3 cars were completed and sent on there way to put a quarte of oil in my car. I have been using Jiffey Lube for about 30 years. The place reeked of pot when I drove up. Came in for the "signature service" which is supposed to include oil and filter, check wipers, check and top off wiper fluid, check and top off radiator fluid check and top off tire pressure, check serpentine belt, check air filter and maybe more. They changed my filter (I assume because I never saw the old one) filled my oil with what is supposed to be high mileage oil (couldn't tell because it came out of a plastic canister) closed my hood and started writing my bill. I had to remind the "service manager" about wiper fluid, tire pressure, air filter, etc. They topped off my wiper fluid, filled my tires to 36PSI (according to the invoice. It should only be 32 PSI as per the sticker inside my drivers door where it is on every car) and then wrote my bill for $90 dollars (signature service price for high milage plus tax). I had a $10 coupon on my phone so it was a bit less but still not worth the "signature service" that I received. You can bet corporate will hear about this rip off place! read more

Was in desperate need of an oil change and they did the job quickly with no issues, however, they said they filled up my anti freeze and washer fluid but they never did considering my washer fluid light went on a week later and my anti freeze was non existent when I went to fix my heat. Super mad that I thought I could trust them since they were nice but they screwed me over and I paid for services I never got. Never going back unless they fill my anti freeze and washer fluid for free since technically I already paid lol read more

Usually before getting an oil change, I'll search for discounts or deals and decide on a specific shop to go to. This time, my car had been overdue for an oil change and I was getting a bit paranoid by the "Maintenance Required" light. I first stopped at PepBoys that told me my waiting time could be up to 2 hours so I drove about a 1/4 mile to this Jiffy Lube and they finished the job in 15 minutes!! I paid ~$32 which is more than I would like but I will still rate 5 stars for their fast and friendly service! **I am fearful that auto repair shops will cause more damage than repairs on my car! I couldn't get my oil changed due to a knuckle head move by my mechanic who lost my pan plug and didn't tell me that he put a spark plug in place of it and the manager would not change the oil because of it. He did the right thing. They topped of my fluids and checked the car for me @ no charge. They also supplied me with a new Honda oem plug to put in. What a pleasant surprise to find people that still give great service even when they are not charging for it.
