Looking for a place to get an oil change, I called over to this Jiffy Lube to find out how much it would cost me. Following the extremely informative conversation, I hung up knowing not only how much it would cost ($38.99), but with directions, hours, and instructions on how to obtain a $10 off coupon online! Running low on time, my boyfriend and I arrived at the location in his car with about a half an hour to spare. There was no one waiting to pull into the service bay and before we were even stopped at one of the doors, a service technician was outside, ready to see what we were interested in. After a quick exchange, we were on our way to the customer waiting area. Having had recent knee surgery, I was on crutches. I was offered the option of staying in the car if I was more comfortable that way, but I opted to go inside instead. The technician was very accommodating in pointing out any potential obstacles along the way and consistently reminded me to watch my step whenever we got to a step up or step down. Within minutes the car was pulled into the service bay. After some initial checks, we were brought in to decide exactly what we were looking for with the oil change. The technician pointed out the different options, recommendations from the car's manufacturer, and the different price levels for each. At no time did I feel pressured to choose any of the extra options that were presented to me. After approximately 20 minutes, the oil change was complete and we were escorted out to the car... doors open and ready for our entry. The customer service area was clean and comfortable. A Keurig machine with coffee and all the fixings was available, current magazines, a television tuned to the news, and a well-decorated bathroom. Our transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. The technician reviewed everything that had been done with the car (vacuuming, windows washed, oil used, tire pressure check, fluid check, etc.). All the staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful, and personable. I would certainly return to this location in the future for an oil change. I cannot speak to the other services that may be available here. The free-top off feature they have is pretty neat too... up to 3,000 miles, you can stop by any Jiffy Lube location and get a free top-off of motor oil or certain other fluids if needed (windshield washer, transmission, etc). read more

Came to this location because the other location wouldn't serve me (they were on lunch break) I was greeted by really polite guys who were in good spirits even though it was a 95 degree day. Would come here again solely based on the fact that they were kind and seemed trust worthy. read more

Went on Sunday 30 minutes before close. Paid for signature service but tech just changed oil and that was it. No washer fluid, no vacuuming....nothing else. I did call the manager next day and complained and got a $10 off next oil change certificate. read more

Been doming to this location for years....today I come in and there were only two people ahead of me and one was actually leaving. So as I waited inside and had a coffee more patrons came in, 2 to be exact. As I was checking my emails, the patron that came in after me was then called to the register to pay because her vehicle was done and ready to go. So I look up and then I noticed the other patron that came after her, his vehicle was now getting worked on while my vehicle was still outside waiting. I was very annoyed with this and no one even tried to explain to me why the patrons after me were getting serviced before me. So I left and decided to write a review of my experience with this particular location. Very very bad service and bad customer service. Don't get your oil changed here. Didn't tighten bolts on shield under my car. Shield was ruined and had to be replaced. They refused to take any responsibility . The manager was rude and said"it might have been missing screws when you brought it in and it's not our responsibility to even tell you" Hhmm wouldn't that be a driving hazard? read more

The fellows at this Jiffy Lube did a fine job. Unlike most oil-change stations, they didn't try to take advantage of my female-ness to convince me that there were a thousand things wrong with my car - just a few, and they weren't hesitant to give me details even when I said I was going to take the car elsewhere to have it fixed up. I had a basic oil change. It was super quick, affordable, and simple. The staff was friendly and thorough, vacuuming my car and washing my windshield before I left. Came here on a Friday after work to no wait! I was immediately brought to a lovely waiting room and was able to enjoy a hot coffee on quite a cold day. They were not pushy when it came to the recommendations. Just simply let me know of them, so I could take care of them when needed. Went for oil change and the service staff were extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to find me the best and most affordable deal for my vehicle. They were friendly and personable, letting me know exactly what was best for my vehicle and exactly what they were doing the whole time. Stopped by for an oil change today and was impressed by how courteous and helpful the staff is, and how efficient this place is run. I was greeted by a nice young man as soon as I pulled in and as luck would have it, there was no one ahead of me so he simply escorted me to a very clean & comfortable waiting room where I had the options of fresh coffee, t.v., magazines and of course seating while waiting (not long at all) as my car was being serviced. Amanda knows her stuff; she easily explained what my car needed and I ultimately decided to have the extra work done then & there. I recommend this business to anyone. I went in for an oil change, I got that. But they also (correctly) guided me on other services. No hard sell, just correct guidance. Got my transmission fluid changed too. I must say, they were courteous, professional, and fair. They worked quickly too. I must say, they protected my interests well, my car is better off and so am I. I'll be going back to get other recommended fluid/filter changes. This is much better than going to a dealership. No, I'm not an employee, just a very satisfied customer wanting to say so. read more

I typically love Jiffy Lubes and their staff is usually very nice. The service was quick but these guys are a bunch of jokers. They are funny but instill no confidence about their abilities to work on a car. I'm not sure that Jiffy Lube should advertise services beyond oil changes before training their staff on actually performing the services or having the parts in house. I asked them if they could run my check engine code. They would do it for about $30 (you know because plugging a machine in requires a ton of labor justifying the cost) which would be removed if I had the work done there (Advanced Auto Parts does this for free). When I told them I knew the code and that it was related to the O2 sensor and asked if they could replace it the tech said yes. I asked how much it would cost at which point he shouted to the 4 guys smoking outside the bay. No one had the price...and the first guy didn't even realize that there was more than 1. I can't really blame them for not knowing the price since they didn't have the part anyway!!! So they would have run the code with the likely potential that they couldn't even do the work! Brilliant marketing but horrible customer service. Looks like I'll stick to the Jiffy Lube in Norwood or Warwick instead. read more
