It was a team effort and everyone helped to get me quickly out of there. They were clear and communicative about the pricing of things, so nothing was a surprise. It's a oil change. So far, so good. The drive in is one way. Once you pull in, the only way out is through their garage. The garage was full when I arrived, but someone came out, introduced himself and told me to leave the car running and follow him inside. Once inside I was told to make myself comfortable. When the car was brought in, someone came in to get my details and find out what services I wanted. The choices were entered into the computer, with the prices clearly displayed. The work was quickly performed. While I settled up, the car was driven out front where I got in and was on my way. Maybe 30 minutes? I didn't check. I always try to take it to the deal I bought the car from but those appointments are given in days sometimes weeks. I stopped at my local gas station they didn't have openings until tomorrow. Then , I remembered near my office there is a jiffy lube , I have never tried this place before I came in hoping they would take care of the oil change quick . Lo and behold , they did . What a special experience that was. I've been hunting for an oil change for three days but the obstacles were ridiculous. This crew was courteous polite and super efficient. I waiting for 8 minutes to get started and ten minutes more for the job to get done. I especially like that they checked other items. My wipers were shot my air filter dirty. Got an oil change and drove home. When I pulled in the driveway there was oil leaking all over the place. They didn't put the oil filter on correctly. The manager gave me a card for a free oil change and when I went to redeem it the new manager said he wouldn't accept the card for a free oil change, mabey that's a good thing since they messed up once already. read more

So I needed an oil change and was in the area and tried a few other places that we not able to take care of it when I needed it. I went to Jiffy Lube and Jamiel greeted me and was able to change my oil immediately. It took less than 15 minutes. He was very helpful and suggested a moderately priced service that would help to clean the engine and last a bit longer. The shop is clean and air conditioned, the bathroom immaculate. They offer coffee while you wait. . While my oil was being changed another awesome employee mentioned that my coolant was low and they'd fill it for an additional $ 5-. Well, I should have known when Midas was fully booked and this place was completely empty that maybe I should go elsewhere, but when your oil light comes on, it's time to pull over to the nearest place. Greeted before I was even pulled in with them opening my door and offering coffee. I asked for synthetic oil, went inside and made myself some coffee while I waited. Few minutes later I'm told my transmission and oil fluid are excessively leaking and my filters were very dirty and something about radiator fluid. I'm looking at my filters and they are still white. I decline all the services they said I should have and said I was in a rush but was asked "You don't have x amount of time". No. I don't. Also, don't let them clean your windows because they must do it with dirty water as I had brown streaks everywhere afterwards. Took my car to my mechanic today and was told that nothing is leaking and when underneath the car, it's one of the driest they have actually seen for a Jetta and they would tell me if something was wrong in a nano second and have always taken my cars to them. Very annoyed and won't come back. Especially when after a 10 dollar coupon is was still almost $50 read more

Every time I come here for an oil change the workers are extremely respectful and polite. I never feel like I'm just another customer. They offer free coffee and a clean air conditioned place to sit and watch tv while you wait. (Tho it's never more than a 15 min wait to have the service completed) if it's not too busy they fill your tires with air and clean the windshield. Anything they try to upsell they show you the proof that it needs repairs and offer reasonable prices. As a girl who knows nothing about cars this is important to me. Went for an oil change last week. Friendly and quick. Staff sweet talks you and tries to scam you into unneeded services. I wad told I had two separate leaks which I don't. Worse possible place to get an oil change!! Brought my car in to get a routine oil change and they pushed a transmission flush on me. I agreed because I figured, damn this car has a lot of miles I should do it! Bad friggin decision. They flushed my transmission but failed to add enough transmission fluid to make the car run properly. My transmission was acting up, so I checked the levels and what do you know?! It was almost all gone. Almost lost my transmission because the staff is completely incompetent. Glad I caught it in time, or I would have probably been out my car!!! read more

All I've heard was bad things about Jiffy Lube but had to get an oil change while on the run and stopped in at this location on Friday 10/19/12 at about 2:00PM. Honestly, I was pretty surprised at how good the customer service was. Everyone made sure I was walked to my seating area, opened doors and said please/thank you every time. Really good customer service. During the standard jiffylube upsale part of the process I was not offered services I knew I didn't need. That's always refreshing. I knew the tire pressure was off, but didn't tell them and the truck came back with the right pressure. The car was packed to the rim with luggage and sports equipment, but they made the effort to vacuum the parts they could see. Overall good job. read more

I paid for the signature service oil change. The folks were extra nice, opening doors and telling me to watch my step. But the two stars are because they lie. The signature service includes cleaning windows and vacuum along with other things. They finished working on my car in barely 10-15 mins. They told me that they cleaned my windows and vacuumed. But when they handed me the car, the windows were exactly as I had given them, One rolled down completely and the other half way down. They had obviously not even touched the windows. Also, they had not vacuumed at all as there was clearly dirt on the floor and bits of paper on the seat. Can't trust them anymore. read more

Rip Off!!! Went in for a basic oil change with my daughter. They told her she should replace radiator fluids, replace windshield wipers, she asked them to replace her headlight. Without giving her any prices., they began the work. The bill came to over $200.00. They used synthetic oil without her approval, $40.00 for wipers , $25 for the headlight bulb. No way!! When I complained about them not giving her prices before hand, they knocked some money off but it was still more than she could afford. I've been to other locations and while they do try to push you to buy more than you came in for, they have always given prices up front. Will never go to this location again!!! read more

Went to jiffy Lube first thing in the morning. When I arrived staff met me outside before I could even get out of the car. They held the door open and welcomed me into the building. They went over all the details and changed my oil. Quickest oil change of my life which was awsome because the other guy in the office waiting on his car was chewing my ear off about the most gross and personal facts about his life. Before I cashed out an employee was kind enough to let me know they have coupons available online and could apply it to my purchase if I pulled it up on my phone. As I was leaving they held the door open for me and even shut my car door for me as they were saying thank you. All the men working had smiles and we're very polite. Will definitely be returning. Excellent service. Got an oil change here that only took around 10 minutes. A little pricey but totally worth it.

Went there yesterday and got a really expensive $85 synthetic oil change, then I noticed they offered $30 windshield chip repair so I told them to do that as well. However, when the job was done, I saw no difference in the windshield repair. I could still feel the rough side of the chip on the outside of the glass, which is supposed to be smooth and sealed after the repair is complete. I questioned it and the tech told me "all we do is fill it with resin so it doesn't freeze in the winter." My friends had windshield star repairs done elsewhere in the past and when it's done, it's perfectly repaired and you could never tell where the chip was in the first place. What I found strange was during the process, after I told the person at the counter cashing me out that I was not running it through Allstate insurance, but paying out of pocket, he hollered that out to the tech working in the bay. Why would the tech need to know the difference? What I suspect is, if you pay it out of pocket, the don't fix it, but if you run it through insurance, they actually have to do the work so they don't get criminally charged with insurance fraud. Avoid these scam artists! read more
