Please do not go to this jiffy lube or any of their locations for that matter. This is the second location I visited in one day. First location said they didn't know how to perform an oil change on my vehicle?? So I went down the street to this jiffy lube. After waiting about 40 min they come out and tell me their technicians accidentally drained my transmission oil and that the car can not run and drive and needs to be towed to a different shop! They called a tow truck and told me to take an Uber for the next two days. They did not even want to pay for my oil change as a courtesy for the 6 hours I spent at their location doing nothing. This company is a joke and so are their "technicians" who got their certification thru an online YouTube course. Their "expert" team really took care of me this time!! read more

Came in on a Sunday and the wait was over an hour - they told everyone up front about the wait and basically encouraged everyone to come back another time because they were short staffed. The plus was they took my high value coupon with absolutely no problem and didn't try to upsell me on alot of items/services I didn't need. read more

This location was more than disappointing. I've been to several Jiffy Lube locations, this one was dirty and not well kept. The staff was rude, pushy, and incredibly unhelpful. I had told them I was overdue for an oil change (i know, i should keep up on it), and the staff member was super condescending towards me and made me feel stupid for this. Unfortunately, as of today, I never heard back. It's clear to me this was not a sincere attempt to resolve the issue.] [Original review:] I will absolutely never return and neither should anyone reading this. I came here to get a simple oil change on my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500. The technician went through the normal process of trying to upsell me on other services such as replacing a dirty filter and replacing the light bulbs in my taillight assemblies for my backup/reverse lights that were not working. I agreed to having these things done. After the service was complete the technician said she replaced the reverse light bulbs, but the reverse lights still did not work, which suggested a different problem was the cause. As a courtesy she did not charge me for the ~$2.00 light bulbs because they did not fix the issue. I thought that was reasonable so I left and took the truck home. The next time I drove the truck was about two weeks later on a trip to Oregon towing my RV. About half way through the trip I noticed my right turn signal was fast blinking, which usually means a bulb is burnt out. I made a mental note of it but didn't think much of it since bulbs are cheap. When we arrived at the RV park an hour or two later I took a look at the truck and noticed the entire tail light assembly on the right side was missing! Clearly the Jiffy Lube technician had not reinstalled it properly causing it to come loose while driving and flap around in the wind for a while before finally detaching completely. Unfortunately not only was the assembly missing, the paint on my tailgate was damaged while the taillight assembly was flapping in the wind. This was about $300+ worth of damage done to the tailgate plus the cost of replacing the tail light assembly. I called Jiffy Lube when I returned from the trip and filed a claim for the damage. About three weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called to get an update and was informed my claim was denied because I was not charged for the light bulb replacement so "Jiffy Lube wasn't responsible". This was despite the fact the notes from my record did show the recommendation to replace these bulbs and considering they are inexpensive who wouldn't ask for them to be replaced? This is clearly an example of failing to accept responsibility for their actions and now I'm out hundreds of dollars. I will never return to this or any jiffy lube. I'm not upset a mistake was made. Everyone makes mistakes. I'm angry that the district manager will not accept responsibility for this mistake, nor will he (or even this location's manager) return my call to discuss this issue. When we take our vehicles in for any kind of service we are trusting the service provider to be responsible for one of our most expensive possessions. We should expect the work will be done right or they will make it right if there's a mistake. Not jiffy lube. read more

A simple $41.99 oil change turn into a $70+ visit. I've NEVER gone to Jiffy Lube, since I saw them on them on the news (about their scams). This day I didn't have time to do it mysef, so I said "what the heck. Its just an oil change." I called first, they said no appt necessary. Then I asked for a quote, they asked for the make and model of my car and the mileage. "$41.99 will be an oil change, and it includes fluid check, oil itself AND vacuuming the inside of the vehicle." Of course I took my car in! ...I Dont plan on goin to Jiffy Lube again. They quote one thing but do additional services behind your back to charge more. I DO NOT recommend to go to a Jiffy Lube. I've had my car since spring of '16. Every oil change/ service I have needed, I have lived in a different town. Every time I have chose to return to a Jiffy Lube. I cannot express how easy, helpful, and pleasant each one has been. I dread when I have to go to Volkswagen once a year for my annual service because they are no where near as easy to work with. They also hate it I don't get my 6month oil change from them. Can't recommend Jiffy Lube enough! read more

I initially decided to visit this location on Saturday. It looked like my car would be next. I'm not used to stations that have bays that are two cars deep. I was guided inside and offered free coffee or hot chocolate while I waited. The lobby was standing room only. After 30 mins when only one person had left I decided to try another day. I went back on Monday and there were only 2 cars ahead of me, one on each side of the bays. I anticipated about 15 mins and then about 15-20 for a regular oil change. I didn't leave until 50 minutes later. Shirley seemed to be doing the brunt of the work - guiding me in, taking my info, cashing me out and trying to ensure the other two were staying on task) and she was adequate at handling her job. The other two, listed as William and Jayda didn't seem to value their jobs. I saw them playing around with the air hose possibly flirting with each other and the cause for the delay in servicing my car in an adequate amount of time. I was a little frustrated at the time it took but I had a coupon and the prices weren't terrible so I was going to let it slide. I did notice that William was taking an exceptional amount of time on my passenger side and determined he was having trouble with checking my in cabin air filter. They can be a challenge to get to but still took longer than a professional job should. It wasn't until the following day when the sun was out that I was truly upset. Basically he had dumped everything out of my glove box when he checked the filter and left a majority of the stuff on the floor. I didn't initially notice since that is where I keep my reusable bags. No apology was offered or explanation given as to the delay or that items were dumped which I could have been ok with, stuff happens right! But that they didn't even acknowledge it will be the reason I will not return to that location ever again. My advice, reevaluate how those two employees spend their time. As an aside, Washington doesn't allow people to remain in the vehicle during oil changes. The other states I've lived in (MI and FL) allow you to remain in the car. I believe this is a better method since employees are less apt to play around and get the job done in the 15-20 mins it should take. However that is not the fault of this location and only effects how I rated the timeliness as I know it shouldn't take the 30-40 mins that my car took once service was started. read more

How can a company badger you so badly, try so hard to up sell you and try to nickel and dime you so badly and still be in business? I suppose it's because they justify these behaviors as customer service. Well I for one was customer serviced to death at Jiffy Lube. When you have the word Jiffy in your name, I expect to pull in, select my service level and have a seat. Then in a timely fashion, I expect the service that I have chosen to be done to my vehicle and then I want to pay and go. This is impossible at Jiffy Lube! I was called from the customer waiting area at least 5 different times to have conversations about my car and what the manufacturer recommends or would I like them to change this or look at that mind you that this was after I had adamantly expressed to the staff what I wanted and what I did not want. Instead of a quick and inexpensive oil change to my car, I suffered through around 45 minutes of people trying to up sell me on things and services that I did not want and a bunch of excuses as to why they needed to pester me about each and every little detail. Getting a drive through oil change should not be this hectic. Finally, my car was ready but when I went to get in and drive away, the warning light in my dash to change engine oil soon was still flashing at me. I asked them if they would reset the light and luckily, 1 whole person in the entire shop knew how to do it so after about 4 tries, the newly educated tech finally made it 2 people who can now reset the light on my particular make and model of car. A basic $29.99 oil change ended up costing me $46.00? and the only extra thing I agreed to was a top off of my coolant for $1.00. I used to get my oil changes at the dealership and for better oil and way better service, I was out the door for $33.00. I've reached a point where I don't want to give another penny to that dealership and you can read why if you check out my other reviews.I gave Jiffy a chance because they are close to where I just moved but I can honestly say, never again! Possibly the worst place to get your oil change. They were not busy at all. I sat there and watched them walk around back and forth doing absolutely nothing while my car was waiting in one of the bays to be serviced. They drag their feet and work at the slowest pace possible, not to mention their customer service is awful and extremely unfriendly. I will never come here again. When I came, there were 5 cars ahead of me and I was told that it would be around 45 minutes. I wasn't in a hurry and I'm actually pretty patient so I waited... and waited.... and waited for almost an 1.5 hours. It wasn't the number of cars that made me angry, but the completely LAZY staff. Every time I looked out the window, I would see at least 2 of the 3 employees standing around and just talking.... not working and talking, just standing and talking. When my car was finally being serviced, I literally watched all 3 employees standing and talking for 10 minutes. When the female employee saw that I was glaring out the window, I actually heard her tell the other 2 employees "hurry up, customer is waiting." REALLY?!?!?!?!? Oh, and on top of that, a friend of one of the employees came by and dropped off McDonald's which I didn't have a problem with. My problem was that instead of putting it aside and finishing up on my car (which I had been waiting for 1.5 hours for) he began to eat and drink it in clear view. I don't know what happened to this place. I came here probably a year ago and there were 2 cars ahead of me and I was out in less than 30 minutes, I remember because I was absolutely shocked at how fast it took. I went in to get an oil change and I did receive that but for some reason now my tire pressure indicator is on and I can't get it right with filling up the tires to the proper psi not to mention that I got an oil change on my other vehicle from Jiffy Lube and had a tail light replaced and I think they put it in backwards or something of that sort because my light goes out when I hit the brakes... they don't go over their work and they are quick to take your money for unsatisfactory work I won't be spending my money with Jiffy Lube anymore read more

I pulled up and they took me in the waiting room, the lady who greeted me was really nice! They had a movie playing and coffee, and stuff to read. I was in and out in 20 minutes, even with a car ahead of me. The oil and filter change was a tad on the spendy side, but I didn't mind too much, since I usually have to drop my car off and wait hours at other places. Everyone was kind and helpful!
