Because of Covid, I just stayed in the truck while they diagnosed the fluids (oil, transfer case, differential, coolant, air filter) which was really convenient. They quoted me a price for an oil change over the phone, but when I got there was told that was not an accurate quote and it ended up being over $20 more. In addition, they try to sell you stuff (air filters, coolant) you don't need. I won't go back. read more

Spent 225$ on an oil change. Drove 5 miles down the road to have my car die. Called them and they said, "Well it was having issues when you brought it in. There's nothing we can do." 225$ for service I didn't need because they didn't bother to discuss the situation with me. Horrible people. read more

they charged my mom and i for an air filter but there was no air filter! and immediately the next day the car started to have problems and it would shut off! i have recently discovered that this jiffy lube made the news 5 or 6 years ago because it was one of the jiffy lines involved in a schandal! read more

Previously had my vehicle serviced at a dealership near my work. As I am now retired, went to our local Jiffy Lube to have an oil change. I arrived and gave the technician the information on my vehicle and was advised the cost would be roughly $98.00. When I questioned the technician on the high cost he said I wouldn't find it for any less because of the type of oil needed. What...really....I have never paid that much for a simple oil change on this 3 year old vehicle. I put my car in reverse and went straight to a local dealership less than 3 miles away and paid roughly $48.00 to an oil change. While we have enjoyed doing business with this Jiffy Lube on other vehicles in the past, I am not sure we will do so in the future. read more

I am very disappointed. Something is wrong with the management of this location. I have NEVER had this kind of an issue with ANY OTHER Jiffy Lube location. let's start at the beginning, six years ago, I took my Mountaineer to get a hose replaced. After 3 weeks one of the belts cut the hose and sprayed coolant all over my engine. They had failed to secure the hose correctly. Luckily, we were still very close and made it to the location before overheating. After that, we stayed away from Jiffy Lube of Milton until today. This morning my son and I get a basic oil change and are asked if we want to fill up the coolant for five extra bucks. I want to teach my son how to add fluids, so I say no. I let the car cool for a few hours and open the hood to find one of the air filter case bolts missing! I also notice that the lid for the coolant overflow was left open and loose! I immediately had my son call the location and ask about the bolt. After telling him they looked for the bolt, THEY DENIED HAVING IT. We drove down there again. This time the team lead "Jorge R. " according to my receipt, came into the customer lounge with the bolt and said, "I think this will work". It was the same bolt. I know because I did a check on the engine when I bought the car two days ago. I also let him know that the coolant reservoir was not closed. He said he would talk to the tech but did not apologize for the inconvenience or sloppy work. He simply stated in a deadpan way that he would talk to the "tech". He did offer to instal the bolt but at this point, I don't think I want anyone from that location touching my car. This is my son's first car and I really don't need a loose bolt or missing part costing him money or causing an accident. This location has proved to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say, I will most likely not give this location another chance. read more

Great, fast service. The screw on my car's rear differential was over-tightened by some jerky oil changer in the past, and though Jiffy Lube wasn't able to get the screw out, they sure did try. Minus one star because they try to sell you on everything. I know that's what car places do, but I'd appreciate if they would realize that my car is only going to be puttering around for a year or two longer, so pouring $500 into it isn't going to make a huge difference. quickest oil filter change ive ever gotten. very friendly staff, seemed honest and not pushy on upgrades or other services, but definitely let me know problems with the car they noticed and possible future repair needs. Fast, reliable and friendly service. I've been getting my oil changes at this establishment for over 2 years now and have been a fully satisfied customer. Occasionally I'll take them up on some of their other services but they aren't super-pushy like some other Jiffy Lubes I've been to that try to up-sell you on everything. I've never timed how long it usually takes but in my experience wait-times are relatively short. I really must commend the staff for being so polite and helpful- it's their top quality customer service that keep me coming back. Highly recommended. read more

Every time I go here, they cannot find my information from the previous oil change visit except for my phone number. It must be re-entered each time, which is time consuming and annoying. Also, they did the change, I came to the counter to pay and the guy informs me of the work done and the total, then adds 'we could'nt grease the truck because our grease gun is missing a fitting, I dunno when its gonna come in ..' No grease? Isnt that part of the 'lube' service? $70 for a basic oil change is just too much, no offer of a rain check...I wont be back to this place. read more

Pulled up to this Jiffy Lube at 11:40am, Tech asked me rudely "What do you want?" So I said any chance I can get a Quick oil Change? He said "don't you see there is another car in front of you???" I asked him how long he thought he said I don't know, All the while there were at least 3 other guys just goofing off that clearly worked there. I get that they couldn't get it done fast but jeez learn some costumer service and respect. I wont be back to this Jiffy Lube Ill take my business somewhere else who appreciate it. read more

This place is great! I've only gotten my oil changed from here, but every time I get it done it's super fast. It usually only takes 15-20 minutes. They're also really nice and friendly and the lobby is clean and has tasty coffee while waiting. Highly recommend! read more

I came in for an oil change. There were a few people sitting in the waiting room. I waited at the front desk then some kid stuck his head in from the garage. I told him what I needed and he quoted me an outrageous price. I went to my car and sat there looking on my phone for where else I could go in town. Some guy approached my car and said that kid quoted me a price for a turbo Dart which my car apparently wasn't. If you want unprofessional people misquoting pricing, then this is the place for you! read more

I like the concept...quick in, quick out low cost oil change. Unfortunately, I am a bit put out by the constant pushing of additional, pricey (it seems to me) additional services. I thought it might be because I am a single female, but after reading some of the other Jiffy Lube reviews, I think it may just be the norm. I've had service several times prior to this past incident. Had the oil changed on my wifes 2005 Kia Sportage. Basic service but not without the effort to sell me more than just the oil and filter. When the car was ready I was told that I had the beginning of an oil leak. I paid and left but as soon as I got home I checked for this "oil leak". I was surprised to find that the drain plug was finger tight and oil was dripping from it. I tightened up and got on the phone and called the Edgewood Jiffy lube right away to tell them what I found. They denied that they could have made such a mistake. Fast forward 5 months. Three days ago oil was dripping on the garage floor. I needed my brakes checked at a local dealer and also asked to check the cause of the oil leak. They found that the oil filter was loose and leaking. Why doesn't this not surprise me. I have lost all faith in this Jiffy Lube, as I believe they are fishing for work at my expense. read more

Sent my 17 year old daughter to my trusted Edgewood Jiffy Lube for her first oil change. I told her to ask for an oil change only, with the manufactures recommended type of oil. I gave her $20 and told her she could pay for the other half. The service should cost around $40. I receive a call from my crying daughter telling me it's going to be $72. I told her that was way too expensive and to find out why it was $72. Turns out they had already done the service but now, after my daughter was crying offered a $15 discount. My daughter accepted the suggested (expensive) oil recommended by the assistant manager not knowing it would nearly double the normal price. My question is: should I have to handhold my daughter through an oil change or was the responsible business practice to give a high school girl with a 10 year old car the information that a less expensive option was available. Total price: $56.32 with discount. Only about $16 over the price I expected, not that bad. Will I ever do business with Jiffy Lube again? My four personal cars and two business cars will all find a responsible business to have their service done at. read more
