The reason I'm writing the review is over the brake job they did on our vehicles. IT WAS TERRIBLE. Save your money and take it to an actual mechanic... on both our vehicles we spent well over $1,300 and both were botched jobs. I had to return 3 separate times to get my brakes fixed because of faulty part they installed on my car. The first time I was told they installed warped brakes. The second time I was told they forgot to install brake clips. And the third time I was told the rotors they installed were damaged. They stripped some of my husbands lug nuts and didn't tighten some. Now he has some missing a few. I left my number a manager and never received a call. The only apology we received was a free oil change on my car which isn't even close to what we spent in time and money. I wanted to take the time to complement Alex who assisted me with an oil change on Friday. My husband, and actually our adult children also uses your facility for regular oil changes, and we always have a great experience. Alex assisted me this past Friday, and he greeted me when I came in, provided expectations, managed them and took great care of my vehicle. He also let me know about services needed on my car though I was not able to take care of them that day. It if refreshing to receive CUSTOMER SERVICE and not just the minimum. Alex was pleasant with everyone who entered, and he was professional and respectful. They seemed thorough, but was at least 2x what everyone else was charging plus they didn't give me the price up front (I did ask, they said it would be 30-40) it was 47, and I provided the oil and the filter, because I like a certain high mileage synthetic and OEM filters. As some other reviewers have experienced, a botched oil change resulted in leaking oil all over my car and driveway. I didn't want to screw around with Jiffy Lube anymore so I went to the dealer, the dealer said Jiffy Lube installed a DAMAGED oil filter, which resulted in the oil leaking. An oil change guys, how hard is that really? As for me and my family's vehicles, we will not be back. If this was the only time there were issues, I might be inclined to forgive...but multiple times where I was charged for replacing filters/wipers....and guess what? I discovered they never changed them (the manager apologized profusely when I brought to his attention and blamed it on them being a training location). I'm done. read more

This place is a rip off I have never been charged $80 for a freaking oil change and nothing else go somewhere else!!!!!!!

Every time I pull in here, an employee meets me at my car to ask what service I need and to get the requisite paperwork (insurance) from me. The service has been consistently fast, friendly, and affordable. I like that the waiting room has a variety of current magazines. They even have Elle, I think, or some incredibly thick fashion magazine I enjoy paging through. And, the last time I pulled in to get a state inspection, they very nicely told me that I had mistaken the registration renewal date for the inspection sticker and I didn't need an inspection. "Happens all the time," they said. Highly recommended. read more

I got my oil change through Jiffy Lube in Forney, TX store number 3307 of the PVA Group Franchise. I took my vehicle to them for an oil change on 11-13-2022. On 11-22-2022 oil fell out of the bottom of my car all over my engine, stalling it, due to them improperly installing the filter and it shaking loose according to the manager Alex. After taking my information and having Ford inspect it, a manager, Andrew Duffy follows up with me and has no information on where my vehicle is, updates on what the next steps were, nothing. Instead he had to follow up with the store manager Alex (clearly there's a lack of communication that he didn't get this info beforehand) to find out updates on my car. Philip from Ford verified Jiffy Lube was at fault and suggested a new motor installation with repair costs of $7381.61. He states that once Jiffy Lube completes and sends the approval there may be a wait because the motor is on back order. I spoke with Philip on 11-25-2022 about these updates. I hear nothing from Jiffy Lube until today 11-29-2022 at 15:00, Andrew calls and says that they can't verify whether it's the cap or the filter but confirms they will make repairs. He however, states, that they want to place a used but refurbished motor in my vehicle and are only willing to cover $3000 in repair as quoted by their insurance company. He could not tell me where this magically available motor is coming from, has not provided clear feedback or paperwork on what has happened with my car, nothing. Not only this he says the only thing they will do is this or cut me a check to repair my car and pay the difference of the remaining $4000 balance. They put me out of work for days, refused to provide a rental, and now are refusing to fix what they broke when my original engine was perfectly fine. I want someone above Andrew to follow up with me on options. This experience has been horrible! read more

Awesome! Not only did they high pressure each customer to replace every filter (air and cabin) and tell everyone that came in during my visit that their car required synthetic oil they topped off the service by stealing approximately $12.00 worth of quarters from my cup holder! I contacted the manager, Jeff, who promptly told me that he had the utmost faith that none of his employees would do such a thing. PHENOMENAL employees. I recently discovered an issue with my brakes while sitting in Walgreens parking lot. I decided to stop by to see if I could get a quick diagnostic check from these guys. Hollywood & Jason took great care of me. They test drove it, inspected a few areas, and afterwards came in to tell me that my car was parked out front and ready. I asked what I owed, Hollywood smiled and told me that there was "No charge, you were just a little low on brake fluid. Our pleasure." Please buyer beware! I decided to chance an oil change despite the bad reviews (the reviews were older and there were a few positives). I just moved to the area from out of state. After taking a cross country trip, I was very much in need of an oil change before leaving town again the next day. I wasn't sure which type of oil I needed, mostly because I have taken my car to the dealership to the same mechanic for over a decade - where they know me by name and just take care of me. Since, I didn't know exactly what oil I wanted it seems (my impression) I became an "easy" target. After a plethora of recommended services, which I declined, my car all of the sudden won't start. They take me out there to show me it won't start. Again, they recommend services. I have NEVER had a problem with my car!!! I told them I wanted my receipt, to please jump my car and again declined additional services. (Wish I had actually looked under the hood). I am not sure what happened, if anything, but I know it was a highly suspect situation and I won't be back. Made two stops on the way home and my car never hesitated to start read more

Well after waiting for an hour to get an inspection we were told that we failed due to our passenger wiper blade not being up to standard. We were told previously that our wiper blade was bad, however they never asked if we wanted to fix it nor that it would make us fail the inspection and wait another HOUR!!! I'm done. read more

The slowest oil change in the world. Nothing but trying to sale you additional services

Excellent customer service! I called this location to get an idea of wait time before driving over there. It was manageable; so drove over and was next in line to get my oil changed. After waiting about 5-10 minutes to get my oil changed and processing all necessary information I was informed they were out of filters. Therefore could not complete the oil change. The gentleman was extremely apologetic for the wait and the fact they did not have what was needed to complete the service after all. Instead of just sending me on my way with just a sorry. He still checked my tires and my oil. Just to make sure it was not low which was very much appreciated since my light was coming on for both my tire and oil. And I was going to have to drive some place else to get it changed. I could tell he cares about his customers and the work he does. It was not his fault that they did not have what was needed; but he still went above and beyond for the customer. Excellent example of how to manage a difficult situation with a customer. I told these guys I wanted an oil change and don't do anything else. No air filter, no cabin filter or anything else. They break my glove box and then give me attitude when I complain. Well that's a done deal. Went back for one more round and they failed. I'm not sure what they've done but used to, if I took a coupon there for an oil change for, say, $20... I paid $20. Took the pickup there for an oil change & it was Damn near $80. Couple weeks later I take my SUV and a coupon for $20.15, it cost me almost $53.00. Over them. Plus I find it VERY ODD that EVERY TIME they call a customer up to the counter, they ring in that car's air filter and pontificate on how bad it needs replacing. pretty slow service and charged $40 for a $10 air filter. i'd suggest servicing your car on your own. faster and cheaper

All Service was fine until recommendation to change rear brake pads due to "Almost metal to metal condition" as per Tech. I agreed to proceed with changing rear pads but requested to look at the Pads once removed. They were brought to me as requested and pads were about 50% worn. They were no where close to the condition described. This practice is not acceptable for getting a customer to return. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They will waste your entire day! I went there for an oil change. I dropped the truck off and was told to come back in an hour. They called me and told me I needed new brakes and a new serpentine belt! I did not need new brakes because they were just replaced 9 days ago at a different brake shop. But it did need a new belt. I was told the belt would take 20 minutes. I was in a hurry and told them I had to be on the road and they said "only 20 minutes" !!!!! That was over 2 hours ago! I had to sit there for almost 3 hours for them to change a belt! These guys are not mechanics!! I will never go back there! read more

Super pushy customer service. They always try to sell extra services that are not needed. The guys talk fast and try to take advantage of women, who they think know nothing about cars. Last year my wife took her car (2008 wrangler) here to get inspection. Denied because of torn wiper blade. She paid $15.00 to replace it even though they were under 6 months old. Well this year I took in her car. I checked everything I could before going. Suprise the blade was torn. Asked to replace for $15 and I said NO, I checked them before I came and informed the manager that Bruce tore the blade. I asked for my car and they would not until I paid the $40.00 FEE. Bruce then had to finish the inspection. Also Failed because of gas cap seal, check engine light was never on. Took cap to another station. He looked ay it and said it had been cut. Scam artists would never get oil changed there because of the Ol'filter dirty, etc....But I thought I was safe on state inspections. STAY AWAY unless you have an exter $20-40 you want to throw away!!! read more

We had the oil changed at the Forney location. #3307, I think. Simple oil/filter change. Oil leaked and stained the driveway/garage. We returned the following day. The Jiffy Lube Techs blamed the "new guy" for not knowing what he was doing. Said they did it "right". Oil is still leaking/staining driveway. Will have to take it back again and try to get the leak stopped. Waste of time, gas, and money to use Jiffy Lube if they can't do a simple oil change correctly the first time. Why trust Jiffy Lube to service our cars correctly? Contacted Jiffy lube corporate. No reply from them yet. Notice the best this location can get is 2 stars. Sad. read more

Service both times I have been here has been very impressive. Very quick and seemed to do what I came for. However another lube place that pays their employees commission. Just stopped in for an oil change when the kid came back inside to try and sell me a filter. I said no thanks. When I attempted to change the filter myself ( I already had one at home ) I think the little smart ass put lock tight or super glue on 2 of the screws. I will never return to this location. read more
