He even checked an air filter that's hard to get to that obviously hadn't been charged in years. Got a new one installed and my oil changed. Fantastic customer service. I think they should change their name to Take 40 because that's how long I was there 40 minutes and I was the only car there. I asked if there was a problem and the guy said know!! This place has the worse customer service and they don't know what the heck they are doing. My brother in law went to change his oil here on 08/10/2024 in the morning. He came to my house that is near this place. When he got on the freeway later on the day, the hood a went up and broke his windshield. Glass went everywhere! They did not close the hood all the way and when he called, the employee asked if my brother in law didn't check his car. Like tell me why a customer would do that if you are trusting they would do the job right and not put your life in danger! He did not take ownership and instead said maybe the lock was broken like he didn't have that issue before taking the car there. Please if you use this ppl make sure you don't leave without checking your car ! They don't care! That wasnt bad, the Cause for this Review is after I paid the mechanic came up to me and asked "Implied I Owed it" for a $40 Cash "TIP" Under the Table... Would not let me leave till I gave him cash, so i walked to Tom thumb down the road to use the ATM and took out $40 for a "TIP" i folded it up and only gave him $20 so I can get the hell out. read more

I've lived in the area for 3 years, and have been periodically visiting this location for the duration of that time. I needed an oil change and vehicle inspection, so I chose to bring my business to this specific location once again, where I've had friendly customer service. In Mid-December, I was told the vehicle inspection agent had called in early that morning as his grandfather passed away - no big deal, things like this happen. I told the attendant I'd come back another day. Fast forward to 2 weeks later (today), I come back to this location for the same vehicle services. I was again turned away, as I was told the inspection agent had called in - his grandfather passed away. The same attendants happened to be working today that were working at the time I was turned away at the beginning of the month. Either an extremely unfortunate serious of coincidences, or a company that sincerely doesn't want my business. Needless to say, I took and dropped my vehicle off at Firestone just up the road. While the time convenience is a benefit of Take 5, being turned away multiple times in a the course of a month has done me in. Don't expect to see me back at this location. read more

I have been here before multiple times , But Today I showed up around 1Pm . My routine here had always been that I buy my own oil and filter and just get labor work done. Always paying $26 and today , A guy I hadnt seen before told me that the new price now was $60 just for the labor work. After long research and calling various places i decided to go with Take5! Im glad i did. I have been to this location multiple times and have always received great service. I have tried other places in the past and it seems they push "extras", but i havn't had much trouble here. I like that the gentlemen working here are courteous, precise and honest. Had some issues. Bobby helped me in the Murrieta, GA. location and it didn't go so well. Seems synthetic is recommended for my SUV and Bobby didn't like that I wasn't using it (at $79). When I told him conventional was fine, he came back with, "well, that's ok if you like putting peanut butter in your motor." Look man, I'm here for a quick change, not commentary. I get it...corporate wants you to upsell the more pricey stuff, but do what you need to do so I can break north. 2 stars because Bobby was generally a good dude, but I won't be returning. read more

This location gets ZERO STARS! Yeah they're quick and cheap but my sister went in for an oil change and they FAILED to check to see if her hood was securely closed. Within minutes of being one the freeway, her hood flew open smashing her windshield and causing her to swerve on the highway. NOT ONLY THAT, she contacted them letting them know what had happened and without any sympathy said, "send over your information." As she proceeded the deal with the company and district manager they had NO URGENCY to get things done. It has been 5 days now and her issue with them and the car is STILL NOT RESOLVED. When you think you could have killed to people wouldn't you want to get this situation handled with right away? I urge anyone who goes to any take 5 to make sure they have check everything thoroughly and make sure you stay safe on the road. read more

I will never go to another take five oil change place. I had my oil changed and the kid leading me in was fussing the whole time about it's 15 minutes till closing time will never get out of here... The alarm companies will call and be mad that we were not out. I left a review online saying it made me very uncomfortable and unwanted. The next day I notice in on a leak. I take it back in and has the same kid is leading me back into the bay... He's yelling at his coworkers this is the survey vehicle... This is the survey vehicle! He jumped under my car... And I did not trust him to do a thing. So I got the managers attention and told him to get that kid out from under my car. I tried to call the number for customer service no one answers. Not even an answer machine. There is no customer service here if you have an issue. I left a comment on a Facebook page and someone replied saying will call you right back just send us a direct message. I did that and no callback. Have used this place multiple times with no problems till now. Went to get an oil change a few weeks pass my oil light comes on saying my truck has no oil and it's making weird noises. Trevor puts 6 quarts of oil in says the noises should stop, and if not they'll take responsibility and get the issue fixed. Sent me their mechanic info to find out it's the motor. I reached out to corporate and they told me the district manager would contact by the end of the day Thursday now here it is Sunday and Mr. Derick Burrow has yet to contact me and every time I call the store for an update it's a different story. Wow this place just left me amazed I had an oil change done here today and was treated with a water for me and my son and didnt have to get out of my car. He explained what was the best oil for my car and was they checked everything and I loved how I learned that my car has an air filter that also has to be changed and its hidden behind the glove department they were quick but went threw everything they were doing with me letting me know every step and even helped me save money and I'm greatful for it cause I'm going threw some hard times and every dollar saved counts thank you sooo much read more

I came in for an annual inspection and was quickly offered a bottle of water by a very nice gentleman. My son and I were waiting in the office and another gentleman came in and gave my son fruit snacks and a juice. They were very nice and prompt with my inspection.
