Bizarre, and not in a good way Employee Jorge M was dismissive and arrogant from the start. Brought in a work van with the task of getting it serviced with whatever it needed. After I asked him for as much service available today his response was "sooo we really only do oil changes here we don't do full service" I understand it may not be full service here but they definitely do more than oil changes. I mentioned the van has been serviced there before with no issue so we settled on an oil change and topping off fluids. I was asked how I'm going to pay for it and my card needed to be charged before hand to see if it even worked. Never once has that happened before at any other location. He had the credit card I gave him in back with him for several minutes only to come back with a smirk on his face saying it didn't work. Which ended up being a bold face lie because I just ended up going to a different location right after and had them do the job that he couldn't. To no one's surprise the card worked just fine. I was able to get access to another company card via phone call and he said he will write the card info down to which I obviously declined and offered him to hear the information on speakerphone. We head over to the computer and he suggests I enter the information in their system myself. Payment goes through and we wrapped up shortly after. I knew confronting him about his behavior was going to be pointless so I just wanted to finish up and get out of there. Like I mentioned before I went to a different location right after to get the job done and had absolutely no issue at all getting all requested services done. I'm almost certain that if I had spoken to any other employee it would've gone better. read more

I left my car there ( silver hyundai sonata) and left to the store . I came back 30 min later. Paid for services about 75$ and was ready to leave. My mechanic Patrick P was holding door from my car so I jumped in and left the shop happy. I didnt notice anything bad that day. Yesterday ( 12/2/2019) I discovered my mask and the front metal piece is damaged! it was lifting up and the silver paint was damaged and scratched!( look at the included pictures) it looked like someone was trying to open the mask so hard and it damaged front piece . I was trying to open my mask but it doesnt open! I am more than sure it happened on Friday by oil change with mr Parick P ( the black man) My car has a parking spot and no one touched my car or lift the mask since Friday!!! I came today to the shop and talked to mr Patrick P showed him the damaged but he refused that he did that also he didn't want to show me cameras from Friday when my service was provided. I was trying to talk to the manager there but they said he left he will be back 1:30 so I call them now but they said manager left and will be back at 5 pm. I don't understand how they can damaged someone's car and doesnt tell anything and pretend they didn't do it! I came only for oil change and left with car damaged for at least 400$ ! be careful people and please dont go there because they dont know how to behave when the bad things like this happened and the manager is never there!!!! read more

Sent my 17year old son to this juffy lube to get he oil changed. So he calls me and said the guy told him that he had no oil in the car and also no coolant and it needed to be flushed i checked the oil before I sent him over there just a little dirty and it was time for a change so i went over there and the guy told me he didn't say that ok so my son's a liar. Bottom line they charged him 88.00 dollers for a oil change and about 5 ounces of coolant. Please take your car and hard earned money to a shop thats is honest and won't rip you off. read more

Service is always fast. Maybe a little too fast. The last time I took my car there for an oil change, they put in a "faulty plug" and oil leaked all over my drive way. When I took it back there and told them about it, they said they put a new plug in. Today I took my car for an oil change somewhere else only to find that the last place I got an oil change (Jiffy Lube) had not only put an oil plug for a Ford into my Kia Rio, but they also forgot to put 5 of the 8 screws that hold the skid plate back onto my car, so the damn thing was apparently dangling by 3 screws. I've been coming here for years but with 2 strikes in a row, I'm not gonna give them a chance for a third. read more

I was driving to the mall only the flagged down and notified that I had a flat tire (yikes) by some random person. I went to this jiffy because it was the closest to me and hopes that they could put my spare on. I needed an oil change anyway and decided to get one as well. It took 15-20 minutes and they said my tire was just low on air and put more in it. If I had any more problems with it they said to just bring it back and they would help me. I pull in and they tell me they can't change my oil because their "system is down." I offer to pay cash and they "can't process the car." Cars were invented long before computers, you don't need a computer to drain some oil replace a filter and pour some more in! I asked why they couldn't do the job and "process" it when their "system" is back up and they had no good answer. I had to drive away past 3 guys sitting on their asses in there doing nothing.
