I will never come back to this Jiffy Lube. They told me $77 for a regular oil change and $89 for a high mileage oil change...which is a little steep, in my opinion. I opted for the regular oil change, and had a $8 coupon. On my receipt, the price of the oil change does not reflect the price I was told it cost, or the price I was charged. For the $70-something you spend, you don't get anything. They did not clean my windows, fill my tires, last time I came here they never filled my windshield wiper fluid... they told me this time they did. After I left, my Honda still said I only had 5% oil in my car, so I had to go back because they never reset my car to say it had 100% oil. The guy told me to step out of my car, and he then got in to try to figure out how to reset it...no gloves, no hand sanitizer, he had his employee google how to reset my car because he didn't know how. That's when I asked him if normally the $70/80 charge includes wiping the outside of my windows, he told me they don't do anything extra because of covid (while he's sitting in my car not taking any precautions). I said "not even the outside?", and that's when he did it. I then asked about checking the air in my tires and he said he filled them, then he told me he didn't because my tire lights weren't on. I could forgive all of these things if he was a nice person, but he was rude from the second I pulled in. It was a terrible experience for the price you pay, with awful customer service. I'll stick to a Mom and Pop shop where they actually care about how they treat their customers. read more

I was stuck in Chicago an extra day due to heavy snow and when I started warming my car up the next morning I realized my tire pressure was low. That's not something you want to see before a multi-hour drive back home in the snow. I tried to put air in at a gas station but it had no gauge for PSI, I decided to come to jiffy lube and was warmly welcomed. There were only two employees working but they worked as fast as they could to get to every customer. Jemier was working as both customer interface and technician. They ended up getting my tires up to pressure and topping off my wiper fluid when they realized I didn't have enough. They did all of this free of charge and gave me so much peace of mind for the drive home. I can't recommend Jemier enough, he truly looks out for folks. read more

I come here before. There was Korean or Chinese manager it was good. I've been going to dealer but I see free battery check so I go in..I come onto lot and see a guy in a little red car smoking a blunt of Marijuana. Not my business I keep moving.. I get battery check and oil change..so I'm sitting in lobby and I hear screaming coming from by the cars.i get up to see what's going on and it's the guy from the red car yelling to the top of his lungs .omg he has on a freaking uniform and he's the manager. This dudes all hyped up I'm wanting my car out now .this guy was just smoking weed outside and comes back to work on cars..so I pay him he gives me $10.off.but I will never come back..oh and his name was like BIERTO OR BERTO..I tell my friends and family no come here.. read more

My husband had brought his car to the Franklin Park Jiffy Lube earlier in the month and was very disappointed with the service. I contacted Corporate and was lucky enough to be contacted by the District Manager Stephen Mitchell, who not only wanted a 2nd chance to rectify the issues, but authorized a FULL REFUND to be issued for all services. My husband went back there on Tuesday and the staff took great care of him and issued the full refund as promised. It is so pleasurable to work with a company who stands behind their product. I am in absolute amazement at the staff, they were EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant. My car battery died while I was in the location getting an oil ​change and Byran went out of his way to bring his car around to jump my car off. Bryan's customer skills at A1, it not too often that you run into people who go out their way to ensure they're customers are satisfied. Let me start by saying, I am not one to give reviews. I came to this Jiffy Lube last week and was dreading coming in. I hate bringing my car anywhere as everyone seems to have their own idea of how I should keep up with my car. The staff was friendly from the second I pulled up, and when they explained all of my options with my car, I actually feel like I made an educated decision. Not one I was pressures into. I came to this store for the first time. The person introduced himself to me and said that he was the new manager and he was going to be my advisor. I have never had such friendly and courteous service. He sat down with me and walked me through everything I need done to my car and what I could hold off on til I have a little more money. Extremely satisfied with customer service. All of the mechanics working on my vehicle were friendly and the manger Berto was awesome. To complete all of my services, oil change, tire rotation, change air filter, vacuum, clean windows etc. only took a few minutes. This jiffy lube is definitely an expedited service over car dealers and more reasonably priced. I will definitely be a returning customer and look forward to working with Berto again! read more

The employees and manager were excellent! They were very patient with me because I have no clue what I'm doing with my car! They were really fast and also was able to get another store to bring on over an oil filter within a reasonable amount of time so I can take my trip tomorrow! Was the only person there at 11:30. I was treated with smiles and was helped right away. The team even offered to clean up my paper trash and water bottles that I had left in the back seat. I will be coming back, but I just wish they had computer-printed window stickers; the white, handwritten reminder stickers look a little tacky. read more
