Wife took her vehicle for oil change and she was informed she needs to add coolant, flush brake fluid, and replace rear brake pads. She told them she has a husband and I was informed. Added 1 quart of coolant, checked brake fluid (tea color), and bought brake pads. Once I removed the tires, I noticed at least 1/2 life on brake pads. Wasted my time with their inaccurate suggestion. Glad she had a husband, or she would have paid a premium price to replace pads that didn't need to be replaced. read more

Customer service technicians are rude, including the regional manager there now. 04/13/26 They told me my oil change would take roughly 25 minutes because I was next in line. I was there for one hour. they then told me that we're waiting for fleet approval, but that the service was already complete prior to authorization. Check your receipt so they don't overcharge you for unnecessary services I will not be returning my fleet vehicles to this location for services and you shouldn't either. read more

I had to have my vehicle inspected and stopped at Jiffy Lube to do so. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted and asked for required info (such as insurance card) and then told to wait inside. About 10-15 mins later I was ready to go. Based on what I needed, I received exactly that. I will be taking my car here for an oil change and look forward to seeing how the customer service and experience is. Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to speak on pricing fairness, etc. as the state mandated inspection cost is the same regardless of where you take it from what the representative at Jiffy told me. read more

Quick and reliable. I've been to a quite a few of these across the country and it can get pretty bad, rude and unprofessional, but these guys were polite, responsive and generally made me feel like they wanted my business. Didn't push too hard on the upsells, but made sure to ask as a good salesman should. The JL is 5 of 5, as it should for a chain auto service franchisee. Here's why I'm posting: this POS customer in an ugly giant, compensating-for-something-smaller SUV gets his oil changed AFTER getting his land mammoth detailed. Then he comes in yelling about oil in the floorboard. Doesn't empathize with the staff, who is clearly overworked, just demands someone go clean where his privilege will undoubtedly leave dirty footprints anyway. Don't be a jerk. The bad part about this visit was that my car was leaking oil!!! I use my car for work I have lost the day at work and money all because they did not put the screw on correctly. If you want to get an inspection, you better have your insurance card in hand when you begin to roll down the window. Heaven forbid you need 30 seconds to roll down the window and open the insurance app on your phone. After waiting for someone to finally come out (no cars being serviced at the time), the attendant walked away while I was pulling up my car and they proceeded to let those behind me get ahead of me in line. I recently bought a brand new car and took it to this Jiffy Lube for its first oil change. It runs on regular oil, but the guys at this place told me it would only run on premium synthetic oil. I went here and they failed my car repeatedly even after doing everything they told me to do. Finally after having everything fixed they told me that my lights were not fastened properly. My headlights take two bolts to hold in each. Well i had one bolt in each and a heavy duty zip tie holding in the other end where the other bolt should be. So they said that was the last time they would check my car otherwise i would have to pay for another inspection. So i paid $40 for nothing. I went to another mechanic and got my car inspected and asked him what the law says about the headlight issue. He said all the law says is they "must be fastened securely" which they are. Long story short don't go to this Jiffy Lube or Kwik Kar places. They have poor customer service and only want to make a buck. Go to a real mechanic shop that wants to get life long customers with good customer service. read more

Got a 'signature' oil change here. They did not complete the service when they didn't bother to vacuum the interior or clean the windows. This was the 2nd time they did this to me. When I mentioned this, the kid working there gave me the typical, 'we're short staffed' excuse. I guess he doesn't know that particular lie should be used if the service takes too long, not for when you grossly ignore something you're supposed to do. Later, I called the 'manager' to give the feedback on the phone and it sounded like he really didn't care about anything. He didn't bother to apologize or anything like that. It sounded like he just wanted to get off the phone. This place is a great example of what happens when you hire bad, poorly motivated kids and make the problem worse when you don't train them properly and/or hold them accountable when they make a mistake. They said fluids were topped and belts were fine. Two days later, my belt broke while I was driving. The mechanic I took the car to to replace the belt said the fluids were low and the belts were in horrible shape. I've had issues with them trying to upsell me things I didn't need and I always said no and even told myself I shouldn't return, but I always went back. Not any more. I bought a groupon for an oil change. I gave it to my teenage daughter for her vehicle. They totally scammed her and had her pay additional money. Her vehicle has had several oil changes and this was the first time an oil change station felt they needed to raise the price and give the vehicle premium oil. They totally scammed her because she was a young female. We have used this place before but my daughter has never gone alone. Because my daughter was alone they gave her a total different story of what the vehicle needed than when my husband has brought it in. read more

I noticed oil stains in my driveway a few days after I had my cars oil changed at this shop. Come to find out the oil filter was left loose. Luckily, I only lost about half a quart of oil before I corrected the problem. If I don't have time to change the oil myself, I take it to the dealership, (new rule). Went for an oil change about a month ago (granted I hadn't changed the oil in my car for awhile) so the guy told me that there was a little bit of engine sludge and that I need to change the air filter. I kindly declined the engine flush and air filter. Oddly enough right after the oil change I noticed my check engine light was on when I asked the technician why he blamed it on the fact that my car had a bit of engine sludge. Yet a month later I take my car to a mechanic and the mechanics tells me that car is fine that the air filter sensor was unplugged and had been unplugged for a long time ( I.E. I had an inspection just now- and failed due to license plate lights being out and a headlight also out. They told me it would be $9.99 per plate light and $29 for the headlight to be replaced right then. I declined and took the car home. My husband looked at the car when I returned home, and all lights worked fine. This place sucks. read more
