(i had 179,000 miles on the original plugs). I changed plugs, reset the check engine light and took it back in and it passed inspection! So Scott saved me a lot of money with free advice. When I picked up the car I noticed a banging sound- which persisted for 24 hours and worsened. Turns out the car had loose engine mounts which caused the engine to sway and cut the A/C line. I do not think the technicians drove the car after the repair. I believe they had a responsibility to report the noise to me. I also believe they had a responsibility to advise me that the car was not road safe due to the loose engine mounts. I exchanged e mails with the manager Derek and he disagreed- he thought the car as road safe. I would not recommend Christian Brothers automotive.

Finding a new mechanic can be tricky and frustrating however they made the process so easy. I requested a diagnostic and of course my engine light was no longer on. He spent over an hour trying to find the problem and said he was available if it came up again. Sure enough it did the next day and he grabbed the part and fixed the issue.
