Excellent caring service. Got oil changed by Ozzy who checked my filter for me as well. He said he had one on hand and I mentioned I just purchased two. He immediately said bring them by and he will install them for free. This was a big help as my back is not good to install the indoor one under the glove box. This meant a lot to me. This kind service was above and beyond normal in my opinion and he is a credit to Jiffy Lube as well as his partner who is a fine young man, Chase. Normally, I bring my car to the dealership for oil changes.On 6/20/25, I brought my 2015 Kia Soul to the Jiffy Lube on Gig Harbor instead. I have been to Jiffy Lube before on occasion, but never this particular location. I was beyond impressed. Matthew O. aka "Ozzy" and Anthony P. did a great job checking out my car and provided excellent customer service. One thing that really impressed me was that Anthony started by asking me to turn on my headlights, including my brights, my turn signals, and my brake lights. I've been getting oil changes for decades, and nobody has ever asked me to do that before. Not only does this location of Jiffy Lube go the extra mile, they care about your safety. They have earned my service. From now on, I'll be bringing my cars to this location of Jiffy Libe. I recommend you do the same. read more

I avoided taking my cars to Jiffy Lube for years because I had heard or assumed they were over priced or would try to upsell you when all you wanted was an oil change. I was so wrong. I finally went to our local Jiffy Lube in Gig Harbor this morning and had an outstanding experience. For one, the price was slightly less than what I was paying a local garage. Number two, everybody was so friendly and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'm so pleased and again I'm sorry that I didn't take my cars here sooner. This review couldn't wait any longer. I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube on Point Fosdick in Gig Harbor, WA, for a few years. The service has always been good, but I'm thrilled to share that there has been a significant and positive change in the service quality over the last year or so, now reaching an exceptional level. Yesterday, I encountered a situation in which my vents and fan were not working. I was concerned because it had previously rained, and I could not defog my windows or cool my car down. I needed to get an oil change, so I went to Jiffy Lube. I spoke to a gentleman named Andrew and told him about my concerns. Unbeknownst to me, he was the General Manager. He said he would take a look at it for me. I told him to take his time and that we would return in a few hours. He called me later and told me he not only changed my oil but fixed everything for me. He explained that not only was the filter dirty and clogged, but all the intakes were clogged (Not exact language as Car lingo is not my first language). They not only cleared out all the clogs but vacuumed everything in my car and blew off all the pine needles, too. I was so relieved. When I showed up to retrieve my car, I was greeted by a very nice young man named Ozzy. I told Ozzy how thankful I was and that the man who greeted me and helped was extraordinary. I exclaimed how Jiffy Lube is an honest company that provides excellent service. Then Ozzy mentioned to me that the man who was helping me was Andrew, the General Manager. Andrew came out and told me about Jiffy Lube's services, free refills, and other amenities. Andrew and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot tell you how happy I was leaving Jiffy Lube! It's also worth mentioning that they were sincere and kind about my concerns. The cost of the oil change was minor, too. If I had brought my car into an automobile repair shop, the diagnosis would have been at least $179 (yes, I checked). I saved a lot of money going to Jiffy Lube!!! This place is usually great, but today I was very unimpressed to spend the usual $137.00 to still see my wiper fluid low alert. When I asked as I was pulling out, they said, "Oh, yeah. We are all out of wiper fluid. We can put water in, but it might freeze, so....... Come back some time next week and we will top it off." I wouldn't have complained if they'd have told me up front that they were out. Now I have to wonder what else they may have been out of/didn't do and didn't tell me. Or other people. read more

These guys were great! I stopped by because my Change Oil Filter warning came up. This was a recent used car purchase and I believed the oil and filter had already been changed. They checked it out and told me that the filter looked fine, and that they must not have reset the filter when they reset the oil change mileage. They did that AND checked and topped off my wiper fluid ALL FOR NO CHARGE. I was very grateful for their help and will definitely be back. THANK YOU! read more
