I on average visit this store every 3 wks, and I am always consistently so happy with the incredible service and attention I get with my little Kia!! Such great service. I've been coming to this location for a decade plus. The current management and team is efficient, and operates like an operating room. Calling out the procedures, and operating efficiently. Nice people, took about an hour from getting in line (3 cars deep) and going through the oil change and engine flush. I have always found this store to be about 40-60 min depending on the line and services I need. You stay in your car the full time, although if there is a really big wait, I have asked them To take my keys while I go over to starbucks and they have. read more

They got us in very slowly but once we were in, it all went pretty fast. I appreciate them helping to make sure I get the best deal but overall I just wish service could be a little bit friendlier. At a lot of places I go for oil changes, I feel like I am really wanted there but this place was a bit different. Just not the friendliest. I went in to the Gig Harbor location, waited in line, the attendant took my information and I promptly gave him my $15.00 coupon. Waited got the oil changed and a different employee took my card and I drove off. When I got home I saw the coupon wasn't applied, ugh drove back, showed Bradley Sanchez the error. Told me the manager was busy and would take a few minutes to issue the refund. 10 min latter Brady comes back and the "manager" is gone, he says, and gives me a 15.00 coupon off a future oil change and 10.00 off a service in the future. Lets do the math, there is a standing 15.00 coupon for the rest of the year, so he gave me nothing, the 10.00 coupon only gets me to 2/3 of what I was Over charged. I emailed corporate and will see what they do. Tired of companies forcing employees to not be straight up. read more

I wanted to share my recent experience at Jiffy Lube in Gig Harbor and hopefully spare you a similar experience and $7,000+ in unexpected expenses caused by their negligence. My daughter recently took my Toyota 4Runner in for a routine oil change at the Jiffy Lube on Point Fosdick. During the service, the technician failed to properly secure the new oil filter, causing all of the oil to drain out, which destroyed the engine. My car is now undriveable and in need of approximately $7,000 in repairs to replace the engine and return it to its previous condition. In addition to the unexpected financial burden, the lack of a car has been extremely challenging for my daughter who depends on this car to get her to and from college and to her job as a nursing assistant. Armed with the estimate and photos of the unsecured oil filter, I contacted Jiffy Lube and gave them the opportunity to resolve the situation and restore my 4Runner to its previous condition. I was passed around between several individuals and their claims department and after several days -- again without a working vehicle for my daughter to use to get to school and work -- Jiffy Lube offered me $3,500 to close the claim. Not only is their offer to settle for $3,500 an admission of their negligence but it is insulting -- current Kelly Blue Book estimates are nearly three times that amount. Plus they left the old filter on the skid plate, didn't bother to dispose of it properly. The bottom line is my car was perfectly fine before I entrusted it to Jiffy Lube. Please avoid this business at all cost because they have proven they will not do the right thing if anything goes wrong. read more

Great job by Jiffy Lube with an oil & filter change on my BMW X3. We were visiting from Dallas and wanted clean oil for the trip home. The X3 has a pretty rare oil filter and Jiffy Lube was able to order and install the same day. To protect all customers and staff from the China virus, all employees were masked and customers asked to remain in their cars while waiting. The customer never leaves the car and no employees ever comes in contact with the interior. There is absolutely no reason to delay service simply because of the virus. Great job, fast service and very friendly staff. What else can you ask for? read more

This felt like a high-pressure car buying experience, not a quick oil change. Who knew choosing between the cheaper conventional oil change and the $80+ signature oil change could be so difficult? Jiffy Lube's technician's sales pitch felt LITERALLY "in my face" as I sat in my car in line, which isn't a good thing during the CV pandemic. The final straw that prompted me to write this review was being handed a pen through my open window after the oil change was done. The Jiffy Lube technician said "we aren't doing receipts" and will email you your receipt. I began to verbally relay my email address for him to write it down. He said, "no, you write it down," and again pushed his pen through my open driver's window. I then said, "you got to be kidding, you aren't handing out receipts to customers due to Coronvirus, but then you hand out a pen that you've been using (with how many other customers?)." And when I asked why I couldn't get a receipt, the Jiffy Lube technician blamed it on the manager. So I asked the technician use his pen to write down my email address, told him to tell his manager that I didn't appreciate their little scheme collecting email addresses. I was never shown any document that confirmed the amount I was to be charged. I had to trust that Jiffy Lube had charged me the correct amount and wait to verify at home after Jiffy Lube sent me their email. I know CV is rough, but GEESH, if you can't give customers a receipt or, at least, show them their receipt or bill through their open window after your sales pitch, then close down your business. read more
