STOP is actually 0 stars Atrocious service, disrespect, and zero accountability I had a very upsetting experience at Jiffy Lube (18660 NW 67th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33015). My daughter and I brought her Honda Civic in after work for a simple oil change. What should have been quick turned into over four hours with terrible communication. At first staff seemed casual, but once something clearly went wrong, we were left without updates and treated disrespectfully. After the oil change, as soon as the car was taken off the ramp, it began shaking violently and multiple warning lights came on (check engine and several other alerts). Instead of taking the issue seriously and keeping us informed, the staff avoided accountability. At one point, multiple employees gathered and were laughing while we were standing there waiting for answers. It felt humiliating and completely unprofessional--especially as two women trying to handle a car issue that had just been made worse. The car ended up having to stay overnight because it was not safe to drive. We were told a manager (and even a "regional manager") would call to "make it right." No one ever contacted us. Ultimately we had to tow the vehicle to Honda, and the total cost related to this situation became approximately $1700. To this day, there has been no resolution, no callback, and no accountability. I do not recommend this location. If you value professionalism, communication, and basic respect as a customer, do not bring your vehicle here. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE - waiting on Corporate to call me. read more

This is my second time coming to the store and both times I've had a wonderful experience. The store manager Eloy helped me out with every situation that came up he was very respectful and according. He was very patient and nice and even thanked me for being a customer. When I pulled in, I was not told how much my oil change was going to be and the Price ended up being 150 dollars. Since pulling into this establishment (which I was originally told was going to take 15 minutes as there was only one car ahead of me), I have been here for nearly an hour, and I feel like my car is not being taken seriously. He ended up convincing her that she at least needed to get $500 worth of there services done. She paid $500 for an oil change and a tune up.... That was not needed. He's a nasty scam artist and had the audacity to tell me she's a grown woman and she made that decision. It's sad to say that this place not only rips your pocket off , but it's also a scam. You ask any other mechanics get me these parts that You need for the car to get fixed right? they give you an estimate quote of how much the parts are , how much is to fix the car, and a fee for the mechanic. In total it will be a price that will be satisfied with. Unfortunately you go to any JiffyLube and not only they charge you twice the amount a regular mechanic would tell you. Once they fix up your car these son of bit**** messes around with your car parts and try to loosen up some stuff so you will never notice then tell you before you leave , your car is having problems with these issues then they want you to come back to rescam you for your money. Highly recommend it find another shop or place cameras around your car and when you catch these rats snooping around messing your car up you can sue them and get your money's worth back. read more

So oil change was done but i had to go back a week later because oil kept leaking out but they swore it was the coolant leaking. Coolant isn't dark... and they overprice a simple oil change. Customer be aware! The manager at this location, (don't know her name), likes to say the car needs services that it truly doesn't need. She tried to sell me on radiator fluid, break fluid, and rear breaks when all those things were just fine. I took a family member's 2015 BMW in for service and felt she was lying and decided to take it to another shop were I found out jiffy lube lied about everything. The other worker were very nice a honest but, the supervisor was the crook. I don't understand why lie especially that this is a corporate business. I do not recommend this location. In addition, she said the rear break would cost me $500! The other shop charges me $160 for breaks with labor. I don't like leaving reviews but, this had to be spoken of so no one gets ripped off. Very nice gentlemen working here! Professional and relatively fast but could be better at quoting waiting time- 40 mins turned into 80 mins, which is pretty fast. This place was awesome. I am not usually a Jiffy Lube kinda gal and rather go to my trusted mechanic but was in a bind. I had originally wanted to go to the Firestone in that plaza but it was closed before I could make it :( awww Then on the way to dinner I saw the light of Jiffy Lube open and u-turned into that place! They were quick and painless. Sure they tried to sell me some things I may or may not have needed but that is just the way the game is played. I told them I saw a groupon and they deducted the $20 without me having to buy it which is smart for everyone involved :) The prices were average, the place was clean, they have a cute coffee maker and tv in the waiting area. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted and then told what I should get done to the car...all up selling but if you know cars...then you understand that the oil is what keeps the engine running smoothly and helps to minimize future problems - so I don't mind the up selling and suggestions ... As a matter of fact, the reason I take my cars to Jiffy Lube is so that these guys can tell me what is wrong or what needs to be done to maintain the cars so I don't mind the suggestions and up sells - If you are not interested or can't afford it (usually the case w/me) then tell them "no". These guys are pretty good and seeing any potential problems and letting you know - they may not be able to do the work but at least, you will know... They were busy but moved through all the cars very quickly. The service manager was very accommodating and provided me with a coupon discount that I did not have - very cool but folks before you come bring a coupon otherwise it will be a bit pricey...Groupon has great deal or you can do snip/snap or find one in the paper. Fast, too the point...plus they vacuum and clean your windows - good deal. read more

You have to be careful if you come to this place in Hialeah. They try to sell you other services at a very high price, and they are careless. If you pay for a service, check at the end if it was performed correctly, because maybe they didn't do it, or they did it wrong. I used to come to this place, but each time I visit it, they are different people from my last visit. I requested a service on 11/30, and it wasn't done, but i got charged. When I realized service was not done, i complained, they refunded the fee, but today is 12/9 and I don't see the money back in my account. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube on NW 186 Street for oil change and tires rotation. By the time you are done they try to get you to do many other services you might not need. Just as I was leaving I could not start my car they said now I needed a new battery too. Came in today for a oil change since it was long over due. I was greeted at the front and there was a car in front of mines. After a short wait, my car went right to the bay. The service rep brought me over to the workstation and showed me that a transmission oil change was due. So I approved, they also tested my battery and even replaced my windshield wiper fillers. The jiffy lube crew was attentive and were a friendly bunch. Would definitely recommend this place. Very professional and get you in and out fairly quickly. read more

Went in to get my oil changed and the gentleman there told me other services I needed( transmission flush, etc...). One service he told me about was the front brakes. He showed me some instruments he used to measure the thickness of the brake and it looked very thin. He said they could do the service for approximately $300. I said that I would do them myself. I bought the brakes, went home, and started the brakes. When I got the tire off, I see the brakes are better than half way. Had I let them do the brakes, I would be out $300. I hate know what else they lied to me about. Shame on you for taking advantage of people that don't know how to do their own stuff. Will never go there again. read more

The worst ever experience at this Jiffy Lube. In February 2020 I went to them for an oil change and they told me I had oil leaks that needed to be repaired. The charge was $746 for the repairs plus spark plug replacements. I didn't currently have the money on me so I signed up for their SNAP finance option which has me paying $728 interest over the course of 12 months, but I digress. July 2020 my battery dies and I take it to a mechanic. Apparently I STILL had oil leaks my spark plugs needed to be replaced again, my alternator is bad because oil has leaked all into it. Take it to Jiffy Lube and they tell me the alternator isn't bad, it's just the battery. Another $150 later for the battery and after they offer to fix the oil leaks again because it's under warranty, the battery drains again 2 days later. Take it back to Jiffy Lube and they tell me we gave you a bad battery, so they swap it out only for the battery to drain again before I leave the place. They tell me I have to wait 2 days for the actual specialist mechanic to come in to find out what the problem is. Fast forward to 2 days later and the "specialist" says it's still leaking oil, the alternator is bad (who would have thought) and I need to pay another $200+ for alternator replacement. I refused the alternator and just told them to fix what they were supposed to fix 5 months ago to prevent the mission I went on. Long story short after $728(+ $746 interest I'm paying) + $150 for battery + $115 to tow it to them they still tried to leech me for more money with no assurance the job was going to be done right this time after 4 prior visits for the same issue. read more

Went to get air put in my tire. Wasn't greeted. I parked my car and proceeded to inquire, when I was told by a hefty, short woman to drive around to the service area. There were five cars in the service area. After I did this, she provided no more instruction. 5 minutes later, a younger make attendant greeted me at the car and asked me if I was getting an oil change. I told him that all I needed was air in my tire. He looked confused, and told me to go around where I was earlier. As I proceeded to do this, she yelled at him to stop and wouldn't let me go out. This happened another 3 times with 3 other make attendants. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, and after the last male attendant told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I left. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to get your tire filled. Management problem! read more
