I would give them some negative stars if I could ******DO NOT GET YOUR ROCK CHIPS FIXED HERE******* I have had many issues with jiffy Lube in the past and have never written a review, but it is time. I have had my oil leak and they say it was not them when they were the last ones to change my oil. They have forgot to screw on the screws back when checking things under my hood. Several years ago at another location I had just got my timing belt changed in my car and went to get my oil changed and they forgot to tighten a screw and the oil leaked which made me have to do my timing belt again and they were not even sorry about it. Lately I have been going to another oil place which have enjoyed but they were not able to fit me to get my emissions done on their schedule. I thought I'll try Jiffy lube one more time since I needed to get it done. While waiting getting my oil changed I saw a free chip repair sign. I figured what would hurt getting my rock chip fixed on my windshield and it was free. After they fixed the windshield he had cracked it about 5-6 inches longer then what it was to begin with. He said sorry can't do anything about it you signed the paper. The next day it had cracked 20-25 inches across my windshield. I stopped by jiffy lube to see if they could stop it from cracking more and all the said was sorry you signed the paper we cannot do anything about. I would think least they would say sorry, and at least put I little drop on the crack stop it from spreading more. I would have been better off not getting my chipped fixed and just left the rock chip in my window. Now I have to get a new windshield read more

Best Jiffy Lube I have ever went to. They all smile and I was in and out within 15 minutes. They did a great job. I recommend them highly. excellent value. I always go to this one specifically because of their great service and hospitality. Teddy did a great job helping me. I recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who needs services. I am very surprised at some of the reviews. It seems like only those who have a beef with them leave reviews. I talk to all the customers while I am there. Came in for an emissions test. Before starting I asked specifically if they had state stickers for on the spot registration renewal. The tech assured me that they did. I waited for 30 minutes and upon completion the same tech then tells me they're out of state stickers. I looked at her incredulously. In an apathetic voice she said, "Sorry." The service at this location is really poor. It has been for years. I stopped coming because for this reason, but I thought. "How could they screw up an emissions test?" Now I know. read more

I had an oil change and my differential service done here. This is place is the worst! They cross threaded my oil filter is ruined and half the bolts for my undercarriage are either missing or broken! Do not come here they will ruin your car not worth it! read more

Misleading pricing. Poor customer service. Over priced product. Inexperience employees.

I have used their service regularly, but never again! I was using the car wash next-door. I was pulling out to go home but they had the thorough away blocked. I asked if they could move a car so I could get through and they said no this is private property and you're going to have to back up and go around which I did but their lineup in cars in the back prohibited that. They need to remember customer service is key even though who are not getting services at that time I will never go back there again for that reason alone you just lost a customer enjoy your private property. read more

I would leave -2.5 stars if that was possible. Went in to take parents van in for smog check. Didn't pass. Ok. Repaired went back for retest. Uh sir we are going to have to charge you another 45.00 bucks for emissions it's been over 30 days since your first test. Sorry I've been working in Europe. Can you make any exceptions? Nope. I said I see you have 2.5 star rating and can now see why. Manager upset when I said forget about it gonna leave an honest review and go get the check done elsewhere. Never again Jiffy Lube. We have been going to Jiffy Lube for 20 years. 5 cars, plus more in the past. Never again. They didn't tell us there was a drain plug leak. Had to go to the dealership to find this out a week after going to jiffy lube to get the oil changed. I wanted to know why they didn't tell us about a loose drain plug in the oil basin. Cause we had to take it to the dealership because we saw an oil leak Karl Malone said the problem was a loose drain plug. The Asst manager yesterday was pleasant but said the manager would call me back. They could have just given my money back. I would have thought the manager would want to keep business, listen to the customer. But no, he was so busy protecting his own hide he wouldn't listen. If he would have just listened and given me my money back I wouldn't be writing bad review. But no. I have most of his talking--but not all--he wouldn't shut up. Isn't the customer able to speak? This location was open for businesses but was told at 11:11 am that emissions could not be completed due to employee on lunch. There was just one car in the bays and 3 employees standing around. Another employee should be cross trained. read more

Went today to get my break pads changed. They let us sit there for over an hour...and then come and get me as if everything is done, just to tell me they lost a part LAST WEEK that they have to have to change break pads on my vehicle. He threw a free emissions test voucher at me and said sorry. I told him I didn't need emissions on my vehicle..he said "save it for next year". Really poor customer service. read more

I love this Jiffy Lube. I've never had any problems and they are always so kind and efficient. I get my oil changes and emissions testing done here and never had a problem with anything. Also, I have never felt like I'm getting talked into something that I don't need-- which is something I've experienced at other companies. This place is the best. read more

We went in for a simple rock chip repair in our windshield. They opened the glove box to get the insurance card out, no big deal. However they somehow broke the glove box and made it so it would not close anymore. Every time you close it falls back open. This is a new car that is only 2-3 years old and in great shape, this should not happen. I do not know how you open a glove box so aggressively you break it off so it no longer stays open and rubs against the side but they somehow did it. A glove box is simple you grab the handle and gently pull it down. However the most annoying part is how they said nothing about it and just left it for it to randomly open and not be able to stay closed. This is extremely dangerous as people keep things like car registration and insurance cards and other personal information. 10/10 will not recommend. Unprofessional. read more

I had a very confusing time here. It was time for an oil change and this place was near me. I found a $15 off coupon online, which made the price a little more reasonable, plus the convenience of the location was a large factor. I pulled up to the bay, parked behind a few cars, and then waited. No one ever came out to me, so I went in to the small waiting room to see if I could find a way to give these guys my money. Home Alone was playing on the TV and there was free popcorn, so I took a seat and waited some more. Eventually someone came in and asked for the red Subaru keys, so I gave my keys to them. Then they quickly turned around and left before I could tell them what I needed done. I figured they would be back, and Home Alone was just starting to get good, so I sat back down. As little Kevin finished talking to his neighbor and began preparing his traps, I decided to get up and look through the window to the service area. There was my car, being worked on. I had no idea what they were doing to it and at this point I was too afraid to ask. So I sat back down. Eventually a guy came in and said, "Case, your Subaru is ready". I am no Case, but realizing that my car is a Subaru, my girlfriends last name is Case, and my car had been just pulled out, I decided he was probably talking to me. I went out with the guy to his computer, he informed me they did the standard oil change that my girlfriend had done last time, and then took my money. It was a weird experience, but it seemed to work out okay. I would have done a better oil change, but oh well. read more

Horrific experience. I got an oil change in Highland Utah at Jiffy Lube. They left my oil cap off. I didn't know and went to St George for a family reunion. As we were driving smoke started flying everywhere. We popped the hood and the cap was off and oil everywhere. Had make it in every crack and crevice. We had to have other family members pick us up. We had to buy a bunch of cleaner even to get enough oil off to make it to another jiffy lube in st George. They were helpful and tried their best help us clean the oil. They said 100% the other jiffy lube left the cap off. They said it was caked underneath and all through the engine. Our check engine light came on. We had to spend two and a half days at nights cleaning our engine. It was a nightmare. We brought it back up to the jiffy lube in Highland thinking they would take care of us. We watched video footage of them not putting the cap back on. I asked Ted the manger to fix the problems that had caused the check engine light to come on form the oil spilling all over my engine. Oil and ruined my sensors. He wouldn't take fault and started to fight us. He went to his office and wouldn't even talk to us anymore. We were super simple and respectful and didn't match his aggression. all I wanted was for my car to be fixed from the problem they caused. We left because he wouldn't talk to us. I came back a few days later and he said he couldn't help me and told me he would talk to his district manger. His district manger wrote me a generic email saying he's sorry oil seeped though my oil cap and its not their fault. First of all oil did not seep through our cap. It was off and oil was everywhere. I asked to record the video they had showed me and he said no. Ted told me he would get back to me that day after talking to his regional manager. And didn't. He called me the next day to tell me they won't help me. and then when I tried to explain my frustration he hung up on me. That's so bad. Even though it was clearly their fault. I have to borrow a car now until I can figure out how to pay for my car to get fixed. That's ridiculous. This is horrible business especially in such a good area, where my family had taken their 15 cars to this Jiffy lube for 15 years. So sad to be treated this way. Hopefully this reaches someone that can make a change there and fix my car for their mistake. It's so frustrating. I had to deal with this and miss many activities at my family reunion, to which we haven't had for 8 years since my dad passed away. It's an oil change. Free popcorn is great. Go online and obtain a coupon and you're set. Caution. They will offer to change lights, filters, etc. etc. but it comes at a premium but at least it's done if it's something that you feel needs fixing. I like the fact that the car is vacuumed with service. read more

THIS IS THE WORSE JIFFY LUBE hence it was my first time ever to one bad it's just HORRIBLE! I went in for an oil change that costs a little over $70 because they "vacuum" and top up all the things necessary and guess what? They only vacuum one side of my car ‍, they didn't even do one single thing they said they did why? I DON'T BLOODY KNOW! I think they only half vacuumed my car and I paid for it! Went in for my Emissions test in order to register the car, and after about 5 minutes or so in the bay, and 20 minutes parked outside before I was retrieved; they told me I failed, knowing that I wasn't going to pass in the first place. Employees are clueless and there is no integrity or morality what so ever. Biggest waste of time and money. read more

Well I did have a good review before of this place but sadly this place took a turn for the worse. The staff seems to be suffering from poor moral and they openly discuss personal matters with a great deal of profanities. I don't care about someone's breast feeding problems I'm just here for an oil change. They skipped the sticker so I don't know when to come back, which after hearing that girl talk will be never. Also they missed the wiper fluid fill which I didn't figure out till I was on the freeway after a storm and couldn't see. They were pushy with the upsell on a cracked serpentine belt. Brought my car in for an oil change, Emissions and sticker and a tire rotation and that was all I wanted and not to upsell me. When the tech checked me in a the computer the Jiffy Lube suggestion was to use 0w20 synthetic oil but I told the tech I didn't want synthetic just conventional and he hollers over to a man who acted like was in charge who tells me that the manufacturer requires synthetic. I read my owners manual before coming in and it states just use an oil that meets API standards and that I could also use synthetic if I wanted to so I told the guy no I didn't and he tells the techs to mark on the ticket that I refused to use the oil the manufacturer requires and that if any thing happens to my engine they are not responsible. He also said I will put mud in there if you tell me to I don't care when obviously he did care. What a jerk. Dude was loud bossy and overbearing the kind of buy that ensures I sill never step foot in a Jiffy Lube ever again. He started checking my tires and telling me I needed to replace by rear tires when I told I only wanted an oil change, tire rotation and and emissions. I repeated it 3 or 4 times before he quit running is mouth and said OK. Why the high pressure overbearing jerk trying to sell me things even after I told him no? I gave only 2 stars because the techs were nice and polite not like the dude in charge. Very dissatisfied. read more

I came to the foothill location for a standard oil change, nothing fancy. What I got almost killed me. First a simple complaint which is more of a disdain for the culture of Jiffy Lube and the quick garage ilk. "ALWAYS UPSALE" would be a great motto for Jiffy lube.The rep at the door was doing his best to motivate me to upgrade to dropping more cash. Needless to say it felt transparent grab at cash. If I pull up in a decade plus old car you had better not try to saddle me with a upgrade to synthetic anything. Traditional Oil is fine for an old vehicle, you won't see a performance difference and you are literally wasting money if you want to drop a hundred bucks on the best synthetic they have. I dropped the car off in the morning and had a friend help me with the errands of the day and I picked it up a little after 4pm. I drove home which was only two blocks from where I live and didn't notice anything strange and I didn't drive the remainder of the day. The following day I had to drive from SLC to Layton to go to a family event as soon as I hit the I80 belt route west I was getting a strange light flapping feel like the undercarriage guard was hitting the wheel. My undercarriage guard is ripped so it could have easily on the front left tire. Naturally I pulled over to check and to my surprise I found nothing out of place no plastic had ripped in the wheel well and the strut tower bolts were fine so I resumed my journey. Somewhere around Farmington the light shimmy turned to a violent wobble so I quickly pulled over and noticed that all but two of my lug nuts was missing on my front driver side tire. So of the Jiffy Lube staff is so concerned about putting through the vehicles in a quick manner and forget to tighten your wheel nuts down before sending it out of the pit. read more

I've been a Jiffy Lube supporter for 20+ years, however I changed my opinion with my last couple experiences. When a company is more interested in swindling their customers out of money rather than helping them resolve their issues, it becomes clear where their priorities are. Jiffy Lube has been going down hill for a long time, and they've lost another customer in me. There are many other shops in your area that are glad to actually help you with your issues rather than monetize them. read more

I wish I could give a negative star review but I can warn everyone who reads. My teenage son went in for what should have been a cheep oil change and ended up getting taken to the cleaners by a crew who took advantage of a clueless teenager. All he needed was an oil change and he ended up spending $140 for stuff that has already been done. Jiffy Lube just lost my entire family's business. read more

I've been going to this location for as long as they have been open. I've never had a negative experience. Employees have come and gone but the staff attitude remains the same, i'm sure mostly due to the manager/owners. They do a high quality service in a short amount of time. I called them to see if they could replace my battery because my car is dead, but I was trying to jump it to drive it there. When I asked if they carry the battery I needed for my H3, he said he would need me to come in to check to see if they do, but since my car was dead they couldn't help me. I asked if he could look it up, and he said nope. That was his response. I'm not sure why anyone would come here for a new battery since they have no way of knowing if they carry your battery. Unless your battery is working, of course. read more
