I'm glad I decided to read the reviews while I was already sitting in line here, otherwise I would have avoided this place all together. But then I started to dread the decision I had made, wondering how much they'd try to rip me off - a girl in by herself - and mentally preparing myself for a showdown. But there wasn't one. I called ahead to ask if they did tire rotations, as I needed it bad, but didn't want to make two stops. Score, they did, and it was on special. I dropped by about 2 hours later, and there were only a few people in line. A friendly guy jogged out and asked what I needed done, he was the one I spoke with on the phone, and remembered me. A few minutes later, my car was ready for its service. I went in the "lounge", waiting for the obligatory upselling to begin. My friendly guy, Michael, came in and gave me the rundown. I was totally out of oil (oops, bad owner). They recommended I have my coolant topped off ($6, I told him I had some at home), get my wiper blades changed (they were right - it's been 2 years and I've been meaning to do it), and get my hazy headlights cleaned (fair enough, they look awful). I said "Ok, thanks for letting me know!", and that was it. All they recommended was what really needed to be done, and there was ZERO pressure to do it there, they were just offering for convenience. They would be irresponsible not to tell me what I needed, if they noticed it. I'd probably be pissed if they didn't tell me they noticed something and kept me in the dark! When I went to check out, it turns out they only did the "Value Plus", and not the Signature package I had asked for. They had already moved my car out of the bay for the tire rotation, and I had heard them mention they were understaffed that day, but Travis offered to go out and get it done. They took my $5 coupon from their website and I was outta there with the total package, fluids filled, tires rotated for under $35. It was there longer since I had my tires rotated, but it was still pretty speedy for all I had done. read more

The manager at this store aggressively barks orders to the other employees, all while trying to make sell services. At one point he starts bullying another employee for sweeping. Walking around like top dog. The whole scene put me on edge, and made me distrust this establishment. They still managed to make mistakes on a simple oil change. They failed to idle the vehicle and let the fresh oil settle and recheck levels. And they failed to remove the engine shield cover, the whole underneath was drenched with oil. When I brought it up one of the gentleman, he said everything was okay. I had to go home and check their work. The oil level seems fine, but the underneath is bathed in old motor oil. You're supposed to remove the engine guard prior to removing the filter!!! I don't trust this establishment as it is. I'll go to another Jiffy Lube in town because of this. read more

My husband took our Nissan Sentra for a basic oil change. The staff was relentless at trying to add more services. The wait was over an hour and then THEY BROKE THE DIP STICK!!! and TRIED TO BLAME US!!!!!! It took them almost another hour to retrieve the broken part. They did not honor the price they quoted on the phone. They were like a bunch of clueless kids who didn't know what they needed to do. Disgusting managers. I went in for an oil change and they recommended tire rotation and I agreed. After replacing, I went out on the highway and almost died because of the severe stiffness of the steering wheel, but I managed to come back and I informed them very gently of the fact, but they shamelessly said that they had never touched the tire, until I showed them the receipt and they turned away from me, saying there was nothing they could do. They ruined my tire balance and custom bolts, and I paid $1,600 at les schwab to fix the problem and reported it to the service center, but they said they couldn't do anything because it was a chain workshop different owner And they didn't even refund the tire rotation fee read more

Ok first off let me admit that I am too much of a procrastinator. As an example my visit to Jiffy Lube was almost 2 weeks ago. . I was way overdue for an oil change for my Ford Focus. I had some time so I decided to take care of it. My previous visit was less than ideal , but this time was much better. I had to back up so the techs could shuffle cars around for servicing but I only had to wait around 15 minutes. When I was waved into the bay service was provided quickly and efficiently. I also had a tail light that had been out for a long time. When turning right I was having to make extra careful that I had no obstructions. However this visit made it so I could just check my normal blind spot. So much easier. Very good service and I will definitely return. read more

I just moved to the area and needed an oil change. I saw that jiffy lube had a coupon for $26 dollars off. Then they showed me my cabin air filter and said that a mouse was living in it and I needed a change. But they said it was $56 but offered to give me $20 off. I thought they were being very generous only to find out an air cabin filter normally is only around $10. They also said I declined a vacuum service to my car but they never asked :( I felt like I couldn't trust them but most seemed friendly and polite. My bill was $140 with coupons for an oil change and a cabin air filter. I am a student and it's too much! Overall, it's not worth going and next time I will find a local place or go to Walmart. read more

I can always feel myself tense up when they call my name knowing they're going to try to talk me into flushes, wipers, and air filters. NO MEANS NO JIFFY LUBE! Geez. Now is where it gets ugly. Once they talked me into repairing this teeny tiny speck in my windshield. When they came back saying my insurance didn't cover this I should've known to take it someplace else. Always a sucker for convenience, I agreed. The next day the tiny crack, spiders out. coincidence, I think not Mr. Lube! Don't let these guys touch your car. I drove in this morning and asked for the $21.99 oil change (already annoyed that they had raised their prices from $19.99 oil change). The young man said that they no longer had that price and it is now $28.99 for a basic oil change. I asked, "why?" He said, "Because of our value." I asked, "Has the service changed?" He said, "No." I asked, "is has the quality of the oil used improved?" He responded, "Same oil." I asked again, "Why have your prices risen so dramatically? You must have been asked this before." Stay away from this place! It took over an hour for them to complete the oil change on my vehicle. This place is run by a bunch of slow, mechanically-challenged, misfits. First they told me they had the oil filter for my vehicle, then after they drained my oil they tell me they do not have the filter. They quoted me one price to start the service, then gave me a much higher price after they realized my vehicle holds more than 4 quarts. All the workers are running around in a state of confusion, asking me the same questions multiple times. Obviously the owner of this location is "missing in action". Not very Jiffy. I'm generally a fan of Jiffy Lubes. Throughout my life I've used them more often than not for routine service of my car(s). While waiting for my eye doctor's office to get its power back (thank god I got up at 5am this morning and drove over the hill for that), I thought I'd make good use of my time (wait) and get my oil changed. This location is right on 10th, right past the intersection with Baseline. It has two bays, which is pretty standard based on my experience. I arrived and one bay was full. I was directed into the second, empty one. I figured they'd get right to my car. 15 minutes later they finally *started* on my car. This was after they tried to tell me the oil I had brought in (and which I've been using for almost five years and is recommended by Mobil 1 themselves) was not the correct weight. Pet peeve. Then they had a hard time getting my (factory) skid plate back on. As a complete aside (and to add insult to injury), the waiting room/lobby had the Pat Robertson channel on. To make matters worse, his guest was Sandra Lee. It was a nightmare for me. I assume the channel is likely the choice of the franchise owner, but that sort of thing adds to my desire NOT to come back. They finally got me out. It took longer than I had hoped. They did apologize. Overall a meh experience. Probably wouldn't go to this location again. There are plenty of other options... read more

These a-holes will lie to you about factory recommended fluid changes (radiator, differential, etc). I fell for it once and then looked up the actual recommendation and found I paid for something that did not need done. I go back and talk to mgr and he apologizes and refunds my money and assures me that it was just an oversight for my model, not a regular practice and will be corrected in the system. I go back about a year later and they are still doing the same thing. Also they filled some chips in my windshield and the filler popped out immediately and they were trying to get my ins to pay for it to be done again. No thanks as the last time it took FOREVER. As if this wasn't bad enough, I asked them to replace the cabin filters and they didn't have any in stock so I asked them to blow the leaves out and put them back in and they said "we can't do that because then we would be liable". For what?! In the past this has common practice with this type of place in my experience. So, I came home and did it myself.. Also what used to be included now costs $7 up-charge to check your fluids (however they also vacuum your car and clean windows) Otherwise you just get an oil change. They tracked oil onto my mats so I had to clean them with carpet cleaner when I got home and they did not clean side windows. All said and done it was nearly $35. I will go to Oil Can Henry's next time where it will probably be cheaper with the coupon you can get on their web site. read more

The crew members had me moving from bay to bay they had no idea what was going on and were rude. The guy who came to my car said it takes about 8 to 12 min per car, yeah no it didn't they were taking 25 min per car. I only came to this jiffy lube cuz it's close to my home. I thought I'd give this jiffy lube another chance, this visit changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 since they seemed like they were on their A game, honest and upfront with the customer, I was charged accordingly, and nothing was damaged. Most importantly I didn't have to beg someone to provide a service I'm paying for and actually got it done in a timely manner. I had my 03 Subaru forester in there a little over a month ago for an oil change as well as front a rear differential. The last two weeks I've noticed a terrible intermittent jerking and chunky feeling when the weeks are at full lock. After doing some research it was starting to look like torque bind. I started To troubleshoot the cause and I get to checking my tire pressure when I checked my tread depth, which was in spec, and these guys had my front passenger at 40psi, my two rears at 36psi, and my front drivers side at 34. I was explicit that I run them at 34. So after a month or so of A couple trips to the coast, driving for work, and every other realistic responsibility a person has I now have to get a quote for what I hope is just a viscous coupler and not a whole transmission. I should have pulled the plug on the job when I could hear the techs talking among themselves as to having no clue what type of lube it took. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and should have known better. If you have an AWD or 4WD vehicle or any vehicle, just keep driving past this place. Need my oil changed fairly bad. I went on my lunch and there was no line! I was a little surprised that even know I walked right in they still told me it would be 15-20 minutes. They were helping the car next to me but I counted at least 8-10 guys working.. However I waited about 10 minutes and they started to help me. I was done with my oil change in about 20- 30 minutes. Raymond was the gentleman who checked me out, figured out what I wanted ect and he was awesome. He was funny and super nice. The group of guys there seemed to get along and I even saw them joking with one another which is great to see. If you like what you do and your crew then your more then likely going to do a good job. Only thing is my change oil light is still on... So now I have to go back. Its my fault for not mention it though. read more

I went here for an oil change about a week after i had my transmission rebuilt. The advisor came in and told my the transmission fluid was black and tried to sell me a flush service. I asked him to show it to me and it was apparent he hadn't even looked at it yet as I followed him out and he had to pull the dipstick to get a sample. He tried to play it off, but he knew I'd caught him lying when the fluid showed up clean and red and I informed him that it was barely a week old. Not a shred of integrity in that. I get my oil changed here routinely due to my friend working at this particular business. As of late i keep getting this gal named Ariel. She is not as nice as the disney princess and in fact she tends to seem a lot more like a drill sergeant with the personality of a dead fish. I request my usual conventional oil change ( i know the statistics of what oil my car can/cannot have etc.) this gal was desperately trying to argue with me and upsell me to get the higher grade oil because her little computer says that's what the factory says it needs to have. It doesn't NEED to have that oil but its RECOMMENDED. Her threat of "Fine i will mark on your file that you chose to disregard the factory recommended oil and instead use conventional. I drive a 2016 nissan rogue SL. It does not need PURE SYNTHETIC OIL. After getting her two times of changing my Oil im deciding i'm gonna take my business else where. Great service today. The guys quickly discovered a leak in my coolant system and Even though they were not able to complete the oil change it was the best service I have ever had. We've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for 7 years and we've had nothing but great and professional experiences! Most recently, we had 2 rock chips treated by John, the manager. He was so helpful and gave us all the information on working through our insurance to have them covered. He then took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect. He didn't have to take the extra time to help us outside the actual repair, but you can tell that he's a genuinely nice person who really cares. read more

GOOD: The workers there were very friendly and quick to get me taken care of. BAD: They asked if I needed my transmission fluid changed. I had 45,000 miles on my car and figured I had at least another 20 to 50,000 more to go before I needed it. They said they looked at my transmission fluid and could tell it was very dirty. LIARS! I called Landmark Ford immediately and they said it should be done at least every 100,000 miles. They tried to sell me an air filter, power steering fluid change, and radiator flush.
