Well, After we pulled into the bay everything was fine they were adding air pressure, but after we shown the rep the coupon a few minutes later they say they don't have the cars type of oil. I asked if they have 10/30 or 10/40. He said no. So I asked what type of oil do you carry after he listed it off. He lost 5/40 which I said well take that oil. He said he didn't have that oil either. I said since you guys are out of everytype of oil could you call and see if a jiffy lube near by would have the oil. He said no jiffy lube except for one on east side on 82nd Ave has the oil which is a 40 minute drive. Not sure if all jiffy lubes operate an oil change business without oil, or if it is just this location. IMOH I would avoid this place! read more

Today I learned that you could go to Jiffy Lube to get your DEQ emissions tested. I called to confirm they would be able to complete the test for me and received a friendly response. I drove in about 10 minutes later and was quickly seen to. The technician was very friendly and got me in and out very quickly. I'll never go back to the DEQ test center! read more

This was, hands down, the worst experience at a Jiffy Lube I have ever had. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for almost 10 years. I have usually had pleasant experiences or at least cordial experiences. That was not the case at this location. I arrived on a Monday in the early afternoon and it was not busy. Yet, all of the employees acted rushed and like they couldn't bother to take 2 seconds to actually talk to me. I pulled my car up and the worker said "what do you want" so I told him "an oil change". The man then shuffled me over to the waiting area. He did not ask me what kind of oil change (conventional, synthetic blend, full synthetic) he just started working away. At one point, just wanting to make sure they weren't putting in the wrong oil (since my car requires a minimum of a synthetic blend), I went out and asked what kind of oil the workers were putting in my car. The male rudely stated "full synthetic. Same as last time." I then asked him to make sure that the sticker on the windshield reflected that it was full synthetic, which it is common knowledge that it can last from around 7,000-10,000 miles. The male then argued with me and said it's actually 5,000-7,000. I told him, regardless, I'd like it to show 7,000 miles. He said he could make it say whatever I wanted. Well, when I left, guess what wasn't in the windshield!! The sticker! He just left it off all together. The workers finished up with the oil change and, per usual, asked if I wanted to change the air filters. I politely declined. It looked like they topped off the windshield wiper fluid but that was it. Every other jiffy lube I have been to has checked the lights, tires, other fluids, etc. But that's all icing on the cake, so I can't fault them too much for not going above and beyond. Plus, why would I expect that when they couldn't even provide the bare minimum. The cost was around $87 dollars which I expected. Once they completed the service, I went out to my car and opened the glove box to put the receipt away and the glove box flopped down like it was broken which it had never done before. I then got back out of my car and told the workers. The older worker was like "oh sorry must have forgotten to reattach the spring." Really? I get that we all have off days, I understand that we all make mistakes, however, there is no excuse for being flat out rude and then doing a bad job. There was very little care or concern put into the entire service. Driving away, I honestly was worried about the integrity of everything they had done. If they forgot to reattach a spring in my glove box, what's to say they didn't forget to tighten my oil cap all the way? Or what's to say they put the correct oil in? Attention to detail- it's important in this line of work. Do better. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. read more

Please do yourself and your car a favor and avoid this location. My oil cap was left off causing oil to spray out all over my hood interior, engine and undercarriage. At first they apologized and offered to clean the mess. About 30 minutes later the regional mgr Mark Campbell called and claimed he reviewed video of them replacing the cap. This was a lie. Now I have to deal with Geico when this could have been handled quickly and painlessly. After 7 years of good service I won't be back. read more

Poor communication and difficulty with initial conversation. Told them I was here for a signature oil change and had a coupon of desired services. Told me to sit in the waiting room. They pulled out my cabin air filter and I told them it didn't need to be replaced and I didn't need that for my services today. Course they did it and added it onto my charges at the end, lack of effective communication with tech. They performed the oil change quickly, did the bare minimum job and tried to get me out of there. I thought the jiffy lube signature service included fluids check/fill and check tire pressure. Which I checked after and needing to be addressed. Brought it in to get these taken care of, good place to go if you just need a quick and dirty oil change. Over communicate what you need or it won't get done, that's my experience. read more

They lied to me about my brakes and charged me for a piece I didn't need. There was about five guys that surrounded just me, a girl. I tried calling my dad several times but he wasn't answering. I should've noticed their faces and the smirks but I just wanted to get out of there. When the guy apologized, I said " don't be sorry, I really need the part right now?" His eyes widened and he just said haha yeah awkwardly. THIS PLACE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU DONT NEED. Let me start out by saying, Ive been going to this location since 2011 when it was a nice simple 19.99 and not a penny more to get your oil changed. You were in and out quick and efficiently back then. I show up shortly after 9 when they open; hoping to avoid a line/wait. There is only one car in front of me so i think "ok good"..... 9:15am: Someone asks me what I want: I tell them: "oil change" 9:40am: I wonder why I haven't entered the bay yet, see employees standing around/not working so I exit my vehicle and ask- "whats going on? am I going to get service in a reasonable time?" She replies: "yeah things are just complicated right now" 10am: I finally enter the bay 10:15am: important looking employee (owner or manager) show up and scolds these punk kids for standing around/not working or anything; then I hear a punk employee act disrespectful to the boss- giving him flip attitude because he asked him to do something... .....Back in my day, if my boss asked me to do something; I better shut up and do it or else I would be fired. Makes me worry about this new generation of kids who grew up with iPads and smart phones 10:25am: I am finally free to go. This location needs entirely new staff. People who are there to work and not just fart around. Went to this Jiffy Lube on 9/2 for oil change on 2011 335xi. Charged us around $160 for checking Psi, topping off coolant. Did not put in enough motor oil light came on next day. Tire pressure light came on car has low profile tires. These dumb idiots put the PSI at 40 should be at 32psi. Coolant light came on with in 48 hours. Train your people to know how to do their jobs read more

I came into their shop with no oil leak anywhere and left leaking nearly a quart of oil from my oil drain plug. When I came back in to complain and have them take a look at it, they did so free of charge though neglected to refund the cost of the original visit. In this secondary visit the manager, who was not present during the first oil change, took a look and told me that I had installed an aftermarket bolt instead of the OEM bolt as a quick fix. I had not. He told me that he was simply going to reinstall the bolt that I must have installed, which was brand new mind you, and that this fix likely never held oil and that I should get to a mechanic to have it fixed. If it wouldn't hold oil after, how would it have held oil perfectly prior and after each oil change I did prior to visiting Jiffy Lube? Doesn't make sense. I, then, went to an actual mechanic who told me the shotty work had been done very recently, as there were new aluminum shavings in my oil (which could cause horrid damage to the engine and would've eaten the engine by then if it was a fix I had done in the past), and that this fix would never have held oil well. He then was able to extract the OEM drain bolt from the oil, which they had drilled through to install a smaller bolt likely because they stripped out the OEM bolt head, and install a new OEM drain bolt. As it took time to troubleshoot, I ended up having to spend around 500$ in this whole ordeal. When I went to the district manager of this Jiffy Lube, and likely the stores near it, he fought me in every step of the conversation rather than listening and attempting to solve it, as an honest manager/business owner would. Since then I have been reaching out to him via email to no avail. Never go here unless you want new leaks and aggressive response when you notice they messed up your car. If anything had been wrong with my car upon arrival they should have said something and refused to work on it, they didn't. If they ruined a part of mine and attempted to quickly fix it rather than properly fix it they should have told me, they didn't. Dishonest management and shotty work result in a horrible experience if you happen to be as unlucky as me when it comes to their work. Again, do not go here. If you want somewhere honest and good to go for an oil change, consider Andy's Auto in Sherwood or maybe AAMCO. read more

First time ever to any Jiffy Lube. 11 NOV '19, Excellent Service and FAST! Didn't even have a chance to finish my coffee before I got the rundown on suggested additional services. Best after action report on needed air filter and brake fluid change out. Not an easy job on a full sized Chevy 3500 one ton van. Oh ya... and the tire air check was unexpected but appreciated. This full crew had me in & out like an Indy car pit stop. Collette even saved my coffee cup when I pulled out of the pit and back onto the Hwy 99 track before the green flag dropped. Arrived at 4pm, behind 2 cars. They told me it'd be a 20-25 minute wait. I got checked in at 5:30 and am still waiting for my regular oil change to be completed as of 5:55pm. Not the best experience. I came in here because my oil light was flashing (I know I'm a bad car owner). Besides trying to sell me an air filter (The guy in the waiting room with me had a laugh about it since they ALWAYS try to sell you an air filter), they also told me my timing belt was starting to "make noises" (replaced two years ago), my coolant system needed replacing (also replaced two years ago), I needed new brakes in the next year, and they wanted to do a tire rotation. I declined all of their add on services and got out of there spending $100, which they acted like they were saving me money by giving some discount. I will not be back here and if you do not want to get bamboozled I suggest you stay away as well. read more

As a 20 something year old girl, car stuff is often extremely stressful. I usually take my car to Toyota dealership where they take ALLLL day to change my oil and try to scam me into new tires and other items not necessary (I've even left Toyota crying before because of How stressful they make it) I came into jiffy lube and was instantly greeted and made to feel comfortable by all the employees. We were cracking jokes and they checked on me often! Everyone was so sweet and gave me honesty when speaking about the oil and they taught me what to ask for and showed me my car air filter system and just were overall such amazing people!!! I'm actually excited to have my oil light come on again so I can return to jiffy lube instead of the dealership also price was comparable to Toyota I usually pay like $84 at Toyota and here I paid $79 read more
