I would never recommend this Jiffy lube location horrible experience. I spoke to a guy named Rico if that is his actual name he stated he was the one in charge of the floor on Saturday 08/16/25 it was in the morning he claimed no manager was there I could speak with. My daughter took my car there to get an oil changed she had never been to a jiffy lube or this location and was not familiar at all how the services work or what the prices are. A guy who was working in the garage came up to her and asked what she needed she said an oil change he said ok asked for the keys and told her to go check in inside . she did and when she went in she assumed someone who go over pricing with her and actually greet her but no none of that happened. she was asking other customers on what she needs to do since no one was greeting her or discussing any services or pricing options with her. We have never experience a place who does your oil change not explain there pricing or at least ask if you want certain services done to your vehicle or at least go over different oils they offer and the price of it to make sure customer is aware of charges and if they have the Money!!! They did non of that and came out to call her after they had already worked on the car and took her oil out and she tried to cancel cause she didn't have that much money they said no sorry we already completed the services. The guy Rico told her it would be $126 dollars today ?!!??? she immediately told the guy I can't i need to cancel this he refused again and she told him I need to call my mother on that amount due to it being more than what she expected. I talk to the guy he stated they scanned the car and put whatever oil is recommended for the car that the machine tells them and they did what was asked. He said rudely she wanted an oil change and that is what we did so i am not going to keep talking or argue with you on the service given. Mind you all this on speaker for other customers in the lobby to hear he was very RUDE and IMMATURE not professional at all! I asked for a manager he claimed Miguel that is the name given was not there and he could only give some credit off the bill but they didn't have to tell her anything cause the oil change is $126 and they used real synthetic oil that was the only oil the machine said to use. My daughter said there was no oil change prices listed anywhere in the lobby and she was very uncomfortable she is pregnant the guy was very hostile handed her phone back in a tossing motion after speaking to me and wouldn't communicate with her properly he walked off. when she asked where is the car he continued to walk off she asked again more loudly incase he didn't hear her he kept walking and just picked up his arm and pointed to the left saying over there with his back to her and still walking off. I told them this is not a normal protocol when customers show up and you should be explaining your prices and asking what it is they would prefer. I called another location explained what happened they told me to report this that this should have never happened and they always let customers know pricing information and ask before performing any services. Been trying to get my vehicle inspected here for at least two weeks. Inspector is not reliable. NEVER in. I've called before coming in and am told he's in, so I pull up. He is not. I've been told that he will be in at certain times on 3 occasions, not once has the inspector EVER been in. I'm sure their oil changes and whatever else they do here are fine, but wouldn't recommend. read more

Every time I call and ask if the inspection and half the time he (they) are sick and the other half they tell me he is there, but by the time I get there (as early as 2:00pm) he is gone for the day.
