Been trying to get my car inspected. I went around 11am they told me the inspector wasn't there yet to come back at 2. Got there at 2pm then they said they were having a meeting to come back in an hour. I come back in an hour and the inspector is not available. They are also not taking covid precautions. read more

My mom has been coming here for years and has never had issues. So now that I've moved to the area I brought my car here to get an oil change. Cliff was an awesome associate and very knowledgeable and told me everything that was wrong with my car that needed to be fixed and explained everything in detail. I went here to get a oil change, ever since my car was not driving right. Things felt off and it was not performing well. It turns out they put too much oil in and it caused alot of problems for my car. I had to go get a new oil change (this time at a dealership for who makes my car). Now it is back to running great. Happy I knew to take it to get checked out or I could have cause permanent damage. Also I asked them multiple times to refill my windshield wiper fluid and they told me they did but they didnt. Jiffy lube was also 50 dollars more than the dealership. I recommend not going here and going to the dealership of who makes your car. It will probably be cheaper and they will do a better job since they know the vehicle better. They also spilled oil all down my white car. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Their employees seem to be more interested in playing on their phones than actually doing s as my work. I counted 4 people on the clock (not including the manager so that makes 5) I sat and waited for 45 minutes before they even pulled me into the bay which sounds normal but there was only one car in front of me when I arrived (there were 2 other open bays and 5 employees). While I was in the waiting room I watched 4 of their people cutting up and playing on their phones the entire time. The employees were very rude the entire time as well. If you got and hour and have to kill go here but my advice would be go somewhere else where they actually want your business. read more

TLDR: they failed us for things obviously not wrong with the vehicle as it passed elsewhere the following morning. Waste of time and money. Don't bother coming here for a "smog check/inspection". I love them for their oil changes but the service we received soured me from this location...One of our vehicles was due, as per the norm when getting your license renewal done, and when we came here yesterday we were informed by whomever the lady inspector was (who you gotta call in advance to even see if she's there) that our vehicle failed due to A & B reasons... Okay, no big deal, it happens. We scheduled a check up with actual mechanics at the place across the way for the following morning. We were notified that our vehicle was actually okay (passing) with their smog & inspection no problems...which is misleading as we were told it needed fixing...So in the future, since they failed a car that didn't have the reasons they failed us for originally, I will not be going here or referring business to this location any longer. Tried to get an inspection here twice yesterday and was turned away twice. The first time I went around noon and the guy told me the inspector would be there at 3. So I came back at 2:58 and the new guy told me the inspector was working on his last car before leaving for the day. When I told him that I was told to come back at 3, he told me that he could "technically" do the inspection but if another car came for an oil change he would have to do that first. There were no other cars there. So he they basically just didn't want to do my inspection. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! I will never come back to jiffy lube. I was charged $158.00 for an oil change. When they gave me the total it seemed high so I went and checked an old receipt that I had in my dash box from another oil change company that I used two months before. I was charged $95 at the other oil company (take 5) for my full synthetic oil change. When i asked the manager why their oil change are $60 more? They told me it's bc they are full service and give free top offs. They explained they are the most expensive bc of that . This was the most disorganized and unprofessional oil changed I think I can remember. One person told me if I didn't like the service did not bring my car there. They couldn't find the oil filter on a Volkswagen Jetta. The Manager attempted to make it right, offering insurance in a small discount, but I still left feeling very upset with the lack of professionalism there is overspray from some hi pressure tube. When being shown the dipstick, the guy dripped oil in the car. I would not recommend going here. This is not my first choice to begin with, it was actually my fourth when I couldn't find anybody to do a state inspection due to the holiday. This definitely clinched it, I will never go back to A Jiffy Lube again read more

Save yourself and don't go to this location. I have attempted to get an inspection 3 times. Twice the inspector was not working that day. Then today he was there. Unfortunately they don't have a process to make sure cars are takin in the order the arrive. I was skipped over two time and decided to leave with. I inspection after wasting an hour of my day. Too bad for their business from me. I have four vehicles and a motorcycle. All that needs oil changes, maintenance as well as yearly inspections. Place was not busy for other services. I'm really upset with this location. I took my car in to get an oil change and I come to find out later that they put the wrong oil in for my car. I have a 2011 Mercedes Benz. The gentlemen that was working had said he put the right oil for my car and I have no expertise with cars whatsoever so of course I trusted that he had the right oil put in. He also charged me the price for the european synthetic oil that should have been put in my car but wasn't. Really wish this was a different outcome. read more

Drove right into the bay and got a quick and painless oil change while I waiting in the clean, ACd waiting room.

These gentleman we're all very nice and honest from the moment I pulled in. Yes the cost went up but hey we can't take that out on them they have jobs to do as well as we all need our cars to get to our jobs. I'm just glad they took care of what I mainly went in for. I also felt my front brakes giving in and never mentioned anything to the gentleman and he took one look at it and Immediately said to me that should be the next thing to address. After going to kwik car something to change my oil for 8-9 years , I now decided to change. After that terrible customer service experience. Came to this place, not knowing what to expect since my last adventure wasn't so good! This guy John was so nice to me, so knowledgeable and helpful! I'm so so impressed with this place that I'm going to tell all my friends to go there. He cleaned my windshield no one ever did crap. He checked the life of my batteries, and other things.
