Poor management at this location. They do not take care of previous customers. The manager working at that site had a bad attitude and was not willing to work with me on pricing. Will not go back to that location or take any of my fleet vehicles back there again. Bad customer service. read more

I LOVE getting my oil changed while sitting in my car. I'll never again do it the "old fashion" way, make an appointment, drop off my car, have someone pick me up, wait hours, then get someone to take me back to the shop. Why when you can sit in your car and be finished in less than 30 minutes. And it's as cheap if not cheaper than a shop. Plus they check everything out, lights, filters, wipers, etc. The service is exceptional. Wish I had found this place years ago!! read more

Came is for a basic oil change......nothing fancy with bells and whistles (I get oil changes every 6 weeks because I drive so much) and I always use jiffy lube. They do a wonderful job and are very clear about pricing, until today. The blonde/red head lady behind the counter seemed to not understand what I was asking to be done (regular oil change no fancy vacuuming or premium blend oil) and was still charging me to the top service.....and when I asked the difference between the two of they were the same price- magically they don't have a standard one, only the fancy one with all the bells and whistles. I have to go to work so I will just get my car done and remember to find another humidify lube in the future..... Service- wonderful, CUSTOMER SERVICE- needs work. read more

This place was fast, friendly, and everything I could simply want when coming in for a simple oil change. They are very courteous . Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff, just simply let me know any concern and printed them out so I can look over it and decide to come back for repairs or actually just show my husband so he can get to it when he has time. The staff are super nice and the waiting room was clean. You can also watch your car from the tv cams while waiting. I cant complain about anything. I was on my way to Massachusetts so I went in for an oil change. Boowayne, Jose, and Roger were AWESOME. They let me know what I needed to get done to keep my car running well and also suggested to do a fuel injection service. I had better gas mileage than usual and they set me up with the oil change that would be best for the driving I was doing.
