Went and got my oil changed on my work vehicle. I was told last time at this location my drain plug will be replaced every oil change as it is a plastic one. Well they don't check all the fluids and other items. After I notice a slight drip thinking they didn't wipe it off good so I do. Then the engine starts to tick and oil starts to leak a little more. I take it back they say they didn't replace the drain plug but it doesn't look too bad and will order the drain plug (even though they had it on hand last time). I take it home check the oil a few days later as now it has leaked all over my driveway after sitting for the weekend since it's my work vehicle. The oil is still full and now I look closer it is severely overfilled. Take it back again and the same tech is there and does not recall the conversation we had and did not order the plug. Did the oil change for free but waited almost an hour for the plug and wanted to dismiss my claim of if the oil is overfilled it would cause my lifters to tick. I have worked on my personal vehicle for a decade and was not pleased at with how this was handled and now have oil stained on my driveway. read more

This location didn't perform most of the services included with the oil change. None of the fluids were topped off (power steering was extremely low, wiper fluids were also low). They also did not check the air filters (which I will go ahead and replace on my own). I ended up taking my vehicle to another location and they confirmed that all of those fluids were low & topped them off accordingly. As a longtime Jiffy Lube customer this experience was frustrating. read more

I arrived this afternoon not sure if I had enough time, but really needing an oil change. I first asked how long it would take, not even asking about price. The man was pleasant and said 10-15 minutes, so I went ahead and left my truck and went inside. The waiting room is very small but clean and offers water and coffee, and each person I encountered was friendly. In a few minutes, someone explained the cost and recommended add ons, of which I picked a few (air filter, etc) and okayed it. Honestly, had I asked for the price beforehand, I likely would have pulled out. But it was already in and it was very needed, so I handed over my card. It ended up taking about 20 minutes, but still very reasonable, so was worth the added cost over other options where I would have waited much longer. So I'll be back when I need quick service more than cost savings. read more

Employees were nice but they started my oil change without having the proper oil filter. I have been stuck here because they had already drained my oil and had already taken out the old filter. The last time I came here, another man waiting in the lobby told me they started his transmission fluid change without having the proper parts to do so and he was stuck there for over two hours. Although the employees were nice, it took much longer than it needed to. Removing my oil filter and draining my oil before knowing they had the proper replacement filter seemed very easily avoidable. read more

I went in for an oil change way past the due date. He said it was a wonder my engine did not blow up. The master mechanic identified that my engine needed flushing and that my transmission fluid was well overdue. I came in today to get an oil change. oil change went fine, til I was on my way home and I heard a LOUD scraping sound. I pulled over and it turnabout to be my skid plate. it's wasn't screwed in all the way. not to mention they said "give us a few more minutes we are screwing in your skid plate" . I drove back home and back to jiffy lubes which is 10 mins with my metal skid plate scratching the ground, in horrible lunch traffic. I had to stop at a gas station and buy tape to tape in from skidding the ground. This was really an obvious mistake that shouldn't have happened. read more

Yep, 5 stars for a Juffy Lube! Of course, I'd been putting off the oil change for a few (thousand) miles, and after a few experiences of wasting an hour or so waiting for a change, I Yelped the nearest Jiffy location, and off I went. I pulled up and immediately someone helped me and showed me to the office. About 5 minutes later, a gal was back (damn, I didn't get her name) but she showed me the ever dreaded air filter (as they always do) but it was time for a new one (you should have seen it) and they actually had it in stock. 10 mins later, it was all finished. Oil change, filter, and car vacuumed. Check! Other notes: They do have coffee in the small waiting room if you need a boost. The gal that helped me was amazing... after a guy that was in before me was berating her about the cost (synthetic vs regular oil, which his truck required) and she took it all with stride and gave him a discount, and suggested if he was unhappy with the price, he could actually bring his oil in. Maybe it was the Christmas spirit, but she gave me a few discounts too. But honestly, all I wanted was a quick change, and to get on with my errands, which was absolutely achieved. I will be returning. (In about 5000 miles or so.) read more

Fast and great service. Many select services offered other than oil changes. The staff here is accompanying and personable.

When I pulled up into the parking lot immediately I had a representative come out and greet me which was really nice. He introduced himself, I immediately told him that I had a Groupon which she recognized and I let him know that my Groupon was incorrect because I needed synthetic instead of conventional and he didn't skip a beat. He knew how to assist me with this dilemma which he did. He was honest he showed me everything from the screen of what he was planning to do with my vehicle he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with what he was displaying to me which I was and so he took action. Not only did he change my oil my air filter he also vacuum the vehicle and wash the windows. They do Groupons they also honor military discount and the customer service is pretty phenomenal. I would go there again or tell my dad to go there and I tell my other friends and family as well. He was very professional their bathrooms are clean which is important to me and I was there less than an hour which is also pretty awesome. I give this place a two thumbs up! read more

Went in for a standard oil change as I was a few miles overdue. I had never been to this location before, but I've used jiffy lube in the past with good results. Techs informed me that I had a license plate light out ($13) and needed an air filter ($30) as well. I went ahead and said yes to both. The service took an acceptable amount of time and the final bill was around $70, which is a bit excessive, but acceptable. The car started making noise immediately when I started it in the maintenance bay and on the way home, I was immediately frustrated but hoped that it was something that would go away as the car continued down the road. It did not. The next morning I went to my car and found a huge puddle of oil in my driveway under the car. My car has never leaked before so I'm convinced this is directly related to their service. I decided to drive a different car to work to avoid further damage or running out of oil on the way to work. Will I return to Jiffy Lube to have them fix it? Absolutely not!!! I'd never go back, even for a full refund! I'd rather pay a standard $24 at any other oil change place in Jax. I'm just hoping there is no permanent damage to my vehicle. The guys were pleasant and professional, but the work quality was not what I desired. If you go to this location I hope you have a better experience. read more

Took the time to ask questions......Even reset my alert due to being set to low prior.. Gave discount due to military after I was asked. They really have figured this whole covid thing out! You stay in the car and pull in, while you wait with your car off they pump ice cold air into your back window and clean your windshield if its dirty! Thanks for reaching out after the fact, but I don't have time to be discussing your failure to complete simple tasks I pay for. My time is too valuable. I watched some youtube videos, and fixed the problem myself. I found a leaf in my blower that was making the noise and it probably would have broken my ac if I had not removed it. Lucky for me, I can be handy at times. I've taken my truck there several times. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. More importantly, they have an honest staff. My wife took her corolla there for the first time today for an oil change and to get a second opinion on a $90 brake job another establishment (Sun Tire) was trying to push even though her brakes gave no indication of there being a problem. David took the time to show my wife the brake system and reassured her that her brakes were fine.
