Started out great are usually always go to Jiffy Lube throughout the US and I'm usually very happy. I'm very vigilant person and I watched the guy put 5w30 in my truck when it takes and I paid for full synthetic platinum 5W 20. I didn't say anything because it's my beater work truck. I would be pissed if it was my personal. I recommend you watch them closely. I'd have given this place 5 stars but they were severely understaffed. I waited 50 minutes for service but NOT because Eddie and Amy were slow; Amy did inform me it would be a bit of a wait because there was only 2 of them on staff, which I appreciated. They also found a crack in my washer fluid tank (the most recent mechanic before didn't even notice). Lastly, let it be known that these two were moving with purpose AND maintaining a good attitude despite being drenched in sweat because of the heat (80+ degrees). I pulled into Jiffy Lube on 6/4/18 on my way to Cannon Beach. I needed an oil change since mine was past due. Everything seemed great, $100 later and I was on my way. About two days later, my car is telling me that I need to shut my car off and check my oil. I had to drive 15 minutes to another town to put some oil in my car as it was showing it was extremely low. Put about 2 qt. in and continued the drive back home. We had to make another stop at a different gas station roughly 60? Miles later because my car was alerting me YET AGAIN that I needed oil. I then discovered that my car was suddenly leaking oil at an alarming rate. Literally faster than I could put it in. Not much I could do other than continue driving it and stopping every now and then for oil as I was still in North Oregon. Made it back to South Seattle (now filled with four total qt. of oil since the start of the morning) and as I was pulling down my street, it alerted me again. Filled it with another qt. And ran some errands. Had my dad check it and it appeared that my filter wasnt put on properly so everything we put in was just falling out. So in total, we had to put in about 7 qt. of oil. I took it to my local Jiffy Lube and explained the situation. The manager took a look at it, told me that the filter wasnt on properly and a gasket (?) was put on upside down. He gave the other location a call and that was that. You'd think for $100 for an oil change I could get some proper work done, but based on the reviews.... obviously this location was a mistake. Not happy at all and I feel like a refund should be issued to me, or at least compensation for all the oil that had to be purchased since this was entirely their fault. read more

Was she told there was a coupon she could download? Nope. Did they even vacuum the car? Nope. Called the store and their only response was "we told her the options. She chose it." Asked if she was told to do the most expensive. Was told "it was recommended". What a crock. $125 for an oil change. We will NEVER send another nickel their way. read more

This was the 2nd time I've been here. The service has been very good both times. They advertise that they'll match any competitor's coupon so I brought in a coupon for an oil change for $14.99. When the total was $26.21, I was told that their policy is to charge extra for any more than 5 quarts. If I had known ahead of time, I would have gone to the place that issued the coupon. read more

The person that helped me was courteous and respectful and did not try to sell me anything, which was great. I thought I would pop in, since I was in the neighborhood, and an hour later I was getting treated rudely because "MY car broke THEIR tool", and they had to leave to go get a new one. I'm just so appreciative of these guys' friendliness, efficiency, and honesty! I stopped by for an oil change, got checked in right away and in under fifteen minutes they had already vacuumed by car, checked my tire pressures, car fluids, air filters, and let me know the oil was actually still good and I didn't need a change right then and there. I took my suv in for an oil change and they forgot to put my oil cap back on I noticed it a couple days later and had lost 3 quarts of oil I took it back in and they put a new oil cap on and told me it would be fine a about three weeks later it started acting up I called them and they told me to bring it up on my way it lost all compression and could not get it over 40 miles an hour when I called them back they told me to tow it to them at my cost and that they changed the oil three weeks ago so it was not there problem there district manager was going to call me but never did so now Im going to have to go to small claims court to fix this I will never go near that place it's true you get what you pay for. read more

I came in on a Thursday morning and all the staff greeted me and helped me understand what maintenance on my car needed to be done. They spent a great amount of time on the vehicle in front of mine. A team of 6 people spent about 20-30 minutes doing everything to it. I was outside at the next bay which was empty, but ignored until they were done with it. When they pulled it out of the bay, 3 tech spent another 5-10 minutes washing the outside of each window. I thought this was great. meh I let them upsell me a couple air filters which needed to be changed. No deals there either. When I was done, I paid and went to my car. The floors and seats were still untouched and nobody spent extra time washing MY windows. I checked the receipt and it showed that both carpets and windows were "completed". I drove my van into the bay. I got to stay in the van. They all freaking rocked! It was a hoot the whole time. We were all laughing and having a great time, while getting an oil change! Having a new mini van, or swag wagon, I need to run synthetic oil so the change cost me about 75 bones and I thought 45 hurt. They forgot to reset my change oil light, so when I get back from my little road trip I came back in, they dropped what they were doing, and showed me how to do it. Indeed they do rock the house. I checked out and when I got into my car it smelled like GARBAGE I thought maybe I was near a dumpster Or maybe the guy smelled weird who knows I continued my drive WRONG They didn't put garbage in my car instead they left my oil cap off the top of the oil thing (I'm no mechanic and don't know the terms) Therefore my car literally EXPLODED in the middle of the road 3 miles away. The GARBAGE SMELL WAS OIL Jonathan with jiffy lube was super sweet and nice when I called and explained what happened he apologized and said not to worry they would pay for a tow, any repairs, a rental, everything and he was on his way (sweet right) After speaking with his higher ups THEY AREN'T PAYING FOR ANYTHING. Horrible experience today - we were waiting in line for over an hour with no other cars in front of us. The team lead was Allen B. They didn't communicate at all throughout the whole time we were waiting and were not friendly or clear with instructions even when we did finally get in. I had my oil changed in Vancouver, WA and didn't realize until I reached Lacey that the other company didn't put my car back together correctly. I was dragging the protector underneath my car for over 100 miles. The guys at Jiffy Lube attached it the best they could so that I could make it back home. I really appreciated their willingness to fix another companies mistake! My daughter is going to school in Lacey and I will make sure she goes her for her oil changes! read more

I took my Toyota to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change (synthetic oil). As far as I know the oil change went fine. My bad experience started when they brought me my cabin filter to show me how dirty it was. Like always, I said my husband would change the filters (it is very quick and easy and costs a lot less. I texted my husband to let him know we need to change both the air filter and the cabin filter. That night my husband tried to open the glove box and there was obviously something wrong with it. He got online to find out what was going on. The staff at Jiffy Lube obviously didn't know how to put the glove box back in and tried to use brute force. In doing so, they bent one of the connectors. My husband was able to get it open. He then tried to remove the cabin filter. The cabin filter was difficult to remove. After getting a flashlight my husband was appalled to see that the cabin filter had been crammed in, in the wrong direction. The cabin filter was bent all out of shape. My husband was able to remove the cabin filter and replaced it, putting it in the correct direction. Thankfully my husband used to be an aircraft mechanic and was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed it. I don't know how much time he spent replacing the incorrectly installed cabin filter (the old filter) but he also spent quite a bit of time straightening the connector on the glove box so it would open correctly. Lesson learned. Jiffy Lube knows how to change the oil...that is it. If I every go back it will be with the clear instructions to NOT check the cabin filter. It also raises the question, did they do anything else that we don't know about? read more

I guess I never really thought an oil change shop would have such amazing service that I would feel compelled to review....but here I am! I was helped by a lady and gent who treated me like I was doing business with friends. They opened doors for me, were friendly, offered coffee....AND gave me an efficient oil change! The team at this location clearly work well together and enjoy working together...they seem to have fun, but are the ultimate professionals as well.
