Service requested: Fix a leak in my oil filter that they caused. Fixed? Hell no, David called his self fixing it. He went to start it up and the entire engine caught on fire. To top it off they didn't do ANYTHING to compensate me for the trouble. They wanted to offer me less than what was left on my loan and the burnt car back. The company over all had terrible communication skills and lacked empathy. It was a complete nightmare from working with David to talking to Mike Spell. Previously I was going there for about 4 years and now I would never recommend going to any Jiffy lube. There was one gentleman that helped me along the way as best as he could by the name of O. But overall never let David work on your car because he doesn't know what he's doing and definitely don't take accountability. His management title needs to be revoked asap!!! read more

About a week a go, my elderly parents needed assistance with their tires needing air. I didn't have my air pump on hand , so we drove to a 7-11 on the corner of Lamb and Charleston. The 7-11 was charging $2.50, but the coin machine slot had coins stuck but then a mechanic from Jiffy Lube, named Carlos was kind enough to offered his assistance when he saw me struggling. He told me drive over and let me use his company's air pump compressor. There are still good people in this world that is willing to give a helping hand. Thank you very much Carlos and his co-worker, which I forgot to ask his name for being so courteous and helpful. We truly appreciate you for showing empathy. One love, brothers. read more

Originally, I went to the one on Sahara, but the wait seemed long, so I mapped another location, and this location was closest to me. When I arrived, the wait time mentioned to me was 25 minutes or so. He and another worker were finishing up another car and another car in front of me for an oil change. It's perfectly fine as I will continue to work as I wait. Eventually, it was my turn. I drove my car in, and the techs started working on draining my oil and started to do checkpoints. It took about 15-20 minutes to complete. Luis then checked my odometer and gave me my sticker. During my interaction with Luis, I was able to use my $15 off (i receive emails with discounts), and he gave me an additional $5 off for the long wait. Overall, it was a great service. read more

I even tipped $10 each to all 3 techs that contributed to my oil change and they took my card inside to pay bc I stayed inside the car and they did fraud on my card started ordering DoorDash and going to the gas station. UNBELIEVABLE, I wished I remembered the name of the person who took my card but do not leave them alone with your card info, they will scam you and steal your info. I feel disappointed that I tipped $30 total to these ungrateful man, shame on all 3 of them. I believe in karma so they'll get theirs for biting the hand that fed them. read more

I had to take a few minutes today to leave a review for the Jiffy Lube at 4310 E Charleston SPECIFICALLY........My tire sensors were saying a couple of my tires were low as I was leaving Home Depot on Lamb so I pulled over to Jiffy Lube to check them. I ended up getting my oil changed and getting my (long overdue) air filter & cabin filter changed as well. As a single female I have come to expect THE HUSTLE from any car repair place but I have to give props when due and I was treated LIKE A QUEEN with the utmost respect and courtesy by the gentleman who helped me named "Stackhouse". With all the extra things that are included like checking & topping off all my fluids, the cost of my oil change was very reasonable and these guys had me done and out the door in around a half hour. I dont usually get over to the east side of town, but I will be back to see you guys soon! read more

2 1/2 for an oil change. I brought the oil and the filter. They acted like they didn't know how to change the oil looking in books.

My wife went for an oil change, was told she needed a brake fluid flush, then was told they needed to try a different way to flush the brak fluid, so being concerned about what problems they were having i asked to speak with the techn ician, spoke with jordan the assistant manager and i started to ask questions aboput the problems with the flush because i am familiar with mechanics, he then started to talk over my questions to not hear my questions and then handed the cell phone to my wife and raised his voice at her to tell her " he is being psycho" while giving back her phone and walked away... When he came back into the building Jordan said "I don't know why he's being so disrepectful" to my wife. i then spoke with Jake, the manager and made him aware of what just happened with me and my wife with jordan, The manager apologized for what happened and expressed that he would be looking at the video to see exactly what happened so he can address his asst. manager then asked for corperate office info because i was going to file a formal complaint as well as requesting copies of their security videos. i will be contacting jiffy lube corperate office and filling a formal complaint as well as requesting copies of their security videos. very rude, very unproffessional, very insulting and very degrading read more

It's the second time I tried this location, only because its convenient not because of the customer service. First visit it bothered me when the cashier was complaining about how they missed up on her schedule and how she didnt want to be there and how over worked she was. Second time was 10-31-22, the employee was sitting in the lobby on his phone and eating. The employee told me his on his break. The lobby smelled like weed. Corporate needs to make a surprise visit and see how bad there managing this location. I went to a different jiffy where they acted more professional. read more

My original post is below... look at Jiffy Lubes response.... Notice the don't mention anything about the Air Filter they didn't install and charged me for.. LOL... RUN!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Took my E450 Box Truck here today and got overcharged by 60%.... The quoted price of $109 turned into ALMOST $200! With no upgrades, no changes to the quoted price.... even the air filter they quoted $39 cost me $50! The bay guy couldn't even decide what bay was open or available for over 20 minutes... Here's the best part they didn't even change the air filter! Makes me wonder did they change the oil? Never asked me what type of service I wanted, type of oil.... anything! Ohhh but they will tell you what fluids are bad to get another upcharge....problem is the guy is so ignorant he can't remember if it was brake fluid or radiator fluid that needed a $259 Jiffy Special!!! Sadly the employees seem unknowledgable and management has probably taught them how to SCAM.... Then BAM...here comes the SCAM....YOUR MYSTERY BILL! DON'T TRUST THIS JIFFY LUBE!
