Daughters car was towed to this shop for replacement of water pump spark plugs and timing belt on 08/21/2025. The quote was $1,791.88 then all of a sudden Omar said need new used engincost now is over $5,950.23 .was to be ready in 7days got car back o 9/17/2025 drove less than mile OVERHEATED AGAIN which they were to repair AND WAS charged for new motor mounts filters sparkplugs and more work never done got car on 9/17/2025 and never got more than 1\2mile over heated again towed back said the radiator fan needs to replaced another cost 0f $646.79 they never did supply us with a tag for the new/used engine for all i know they sprayed and cleaned the old one there is so much more not done to list on this IN SHORT DON'T GO THERE MORE EXCUSES THAN YOU NEED also ended up with a large loan to pay and car is not done alot left undone from them as fluids bolts parts not grounded cracked windshield so o ! read more

OK, I was asked to do a yap review today yesterday every since Friday my car has been in the shop. I emailed you guys before I asked you guys to give me a call, but the manager called the owner of the store and owner store asked me to change the Yep my radiator went out and he was supposed to honor the Warranty warranty now he been working on my car for four days. Warranty expired on the 28th. The coolant light came on and he was supposed to change the whole radiator now my cooling light is on and this is my eighth day been over at the shop with him. I came in for my annual Smog Check and was greeted immediately by the friendly clerk. In addition to the smog check, she asked if I wanted a free tire rotation, which I gladly accepted. They also did a complete systems check and recommended a few maintenance items. I appreciated that they weren't pushy or aggressive, but simply advised me of the recommended services, given my car's mileage. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely be back! read more

Thank you for your response regarding my vehicle. I have been waiting for insight from you since the incident occurred. The letters and leaving messages with your staff just did not work. Unfortunately, I find your explanation unsatisfactory. While I appreciate your efforts to research the issue and re-inspect the vehicle, I believe you allowing me to tow my vehicle to your business with the knowledge of the situation and the timeline you have mentioned was unacceptable. I feel that there was never an intention to help in any way, so why waste even more of my time and money by allowing me to have you inspect it. I maintain my position that there is valid concern regarding the maintenance that was done. You state that you inspected the vehicle, and it is currently running. Either you have no true idea of the situation, you are thinking of the incorrect vehicle, or you missed the tow truck that dropped the car off for inspection as well as the tow truck that took it from your place of business. Your assertion that it's mechanically impossible for a vehicle to be drivable with no oil oversimplifies the complexities of this problem but you are the professional and I'm sure you're aware of that. I understand the presence of sensors and components in Hondas to prevent damage, but it doesn't dismiss the need for a thorough investigation into the improper service that was done. Additionally, the assumption that dashboard indicators would have alerted us to low oil levels overlooks the possibility of improper maintenance done by your shop and improper placement of the drain plug. It is not a normal thing for a plug to fully fall out while driving a vehicle on the street. As far as the recommended services for vehicle maintenance, it's disheartening to see how you are falsely throwing this information in. This vehicle has been well maintained by Honda and this is the first time it has been taken elsewhere. I guess you, the owner, are no better than the manager on duty who at the very last minute tried to get me to sign paperwork saying I refused to agree to an engine repair when I was not even given that as an option. I'm mostly astounded by the actions of this entire company. I believe that addressing these issues could only prevent potential future problems for others, so I feel like it is important to share my experience. Again, to anyone who cares about their vehicle. Got quoted 20 min for a oil changed. Took 50 min before I got my car back and no one seemed to be in a hurry

I went in for a simple oil change and they couldn't even do that right. I recently moved and was in town to collect the rest of my stuff. I have 2 trip settings on my odometer and I had them set and was checking my mileage and my travel distance for the trip. These yo -yos reset both trip odometers because they couldn't figure out how to get the odometer reading for their records. I was more than a little pissed off when I noticed what they did after I left. If the idiot couldn't figure out how to get a odometer reading w/o resetting the trips they should have come out and asked me. They said I needed a radiator (has a super small leak) and wanted to charge over $700 for one. Talk about gouging. I refused. They probably would have screwed that up if they can't operate a simple odometer. read more

asked help in fixing my car door handle. They took my money upfront (about 500, because of parts and labor), and said theyd call when the part arrived. For the next Month, i called about the part, and was told it was on the way. Finally, i was told it was never ordered, and that theyd get on it. When i finally showed up to get it fixed, it took three hours to take the door a part and put the part in- when i finally go to open the door, its still stuck. Still broken. Turns out they didnt order all of the parts, but tried to tell me the door was fixed...while watching me not be able to open it. Then told me i would need to buy the part they didnt order AND pay for labor again. When i complained, they said they'd get back to me. Well, that was in november. So im out 500 bucks for a unfixed car door. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

i was in a minor accident while visiting Las Vegas. i brought my vehicle in to USA Auto Service and was taken care of by the manager George. it ended up that I needed to have the alignment repaired, George recommended​ a nearby shop that specializes in alignments, made the call to the shop to arrange for me to bring my vehicle over and refused to charge me for his time and running the diagnostics. George was straight forward, efficient, and friendly. If i lived in Vegas, I'd bring my vehicle back​ here in a heartbeat. thanks George. read more
