I am seriously done with Firestone. I made the mistake a couple of years buying tires from here. Road hazard warranty is complete joke when it takes 3 hours to fix a patch. But that was a separate issues back in 2023. This time these guys lost my wheel lock. They were the ones that last used it over two years ago. But how can I prove that. My wheel lock unfortunately is gone . Make things worse, the MOD Gerardo decides to fix my patch literally 15 minutes before closing shop and decided to call me my wheel lock is missing and unable to change the tire. Ok. I understand but did you really have to tell me 2 and a half hours later. Well I tell them, break the lock "oh my tech left" Man this place is more useless than discount auto. Had intermittent problem with my car stalling out when trying to start it. It would only happen maybe a few times per year. I knew it would be something hard to catch. Took it in and explained the problem. They did a diagnostic and couldn't find any problems. That's fine. The shocking part was they were honest and didn't try to sell me on a fix I didn't need. No charge for the diagnostic. Still shocked. In a world where you get charged "fees" for every little thing done...I was blown away. Very honest. Highly recommended. read more

I was on spare and had to wait till the end of the next day - fir him to order a " FIRESTONE" tire as none were in stick at " FIRESTONE" I came the next day 1.5 hours prior to closure and got a tire without new painted lines, rubber hair threads, looking dirty ( it was observed by two males at my arrival home.). I immediately called customer service. Next day manager, Earl called for me to bring it back to see it. He insisted that tire is dirty , etc but new, yet promised to order other and replace. I came the next day again and saw 4 new tires with visible paint lines, robber hair, not dirty. Took video ( see the link above). Store employee, Brian gave me degrading treatment, like a correctional officer in jail, refused to replace it by throwing the keys at me. I refused to take abuse, called customer service again. Tire took ten minutes to be replaced. God knows if it was alleged in 10 minutes as Brian refused to tell me where the first tire was manufactures as he yelled that it came from Mexico and this is all I will hear from him Horrid business with rude, fradukent stuff. Stay away abd report them fir harassment and deceptive trade as they treat women like trash despite scamming them to begin with ( I paid $190 for one tire. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil changed and requested my vehicle to be secured inside or I could easily pick it up since I have thousand's of dollars worth of tools in vehicle. I never have an issue and this place is extremely thorough. Although they do take walk-ins I would highly suggest you book an appointment at their website. It is super simple to book your appointment. It makes the process so much smoother. Also if you're able to I would highly recommend you get their store credit card! Had an appointment this morning to replace my headlight and fog light bulbs, bulbs that I already have in my possession from Amazon. I asked the young lady for an estimate for labor to replace the bulbs for me. She gave me an estimate of $338.00 per each set. The total, with tax, would have been over $700.00. Mind you, I had already looked it up on YouTube on how to replace the bulbs myself, and it was a simple matter of removing a couple screws, a few clips, and removing the caps to get to the bulbs. I had a 10am appointment for an alignment for my car, and a 3 pm appointment for the same for my wife's car. I left my car with them before 10. We came back at around 2:45 pm for my wife's appointment. I was told that they hadn't even looked at my car yet! 4 hours! No phone call to inform me of the delay. No apology for the lack of professionalism. From reading reviews, this place actually seemed like it was well run, and had very good service. But, after the BS that we experienced, there is no way in hell that I would ever consider going back there. This firestone is my favorite one yet. A couple years back a gentleman, who still works there helped me with my tire was basically into pieces. His customer service has me going back since. I get an oil change about every 3 months and they do amazing. Guys are polite and they get your car ready in reasonable time. Terrible experience. these are some of the laziest people I have ever met! a month ago I took my car in for an overheating issue they where supposed to have fixed in December, instead of actually checking for the issue they just change the thermostat again charge me for a coolant pressure test, no leaks, and sent me on my way. car still getting hot. bring it back a month later due to funds and they "are unable to replicate the issue" so they suggest a new water pump since mine is going out, fine, should be done Friday. Friday comes nothing, I call and the "manager" says it'll be done tomorrow. guess what, wasn't done Saturday either so today rolls around and I call and they say well it's still getting hot so we are gunna look more and call you back. now my water pump chipped into my radiator and I need a new one of those. I told them no I'll come get my car, told me it would be 788$ I get there and they charge me 855$!! too top it off I get into my car and turn it on, my rear window defrost button just blinks for about a minute before my air conditioner comes on. so they have broke my car even more now. I will absolutely NEVER return to firestone!! biggest scam out there!! I am a single mom and they have gotten almost 2k and still haven't fixed my car!! disgraceful!!! read more

I had our 2003 Silverado truck aligned yesterday. Came home and the rack & pinon started leaking (no fault of Firestone). I had my mechanic put a new rack & pinon in and then called Scott at Firestone to reschedule alignment. He said bring it back in for 2nd alignment at no extra charge. I highly recommend Firestone tire on Sahara & Nellis. Ask for Scott, he will take good care of you. I will be back to give them more business. read more

I would love to give this shop 5 stars! Their customer service is great and they won't try to sell you anything more. They offer free wifi, charging and water. The lobby is A/C cooled with a TV to watch. It only cost me $20 for a standard oil change, filter included, with their membership. However the problem is the wait. I got an appointment at 9:30 AM and at 10:30 AM my car was still in the parking lot even though I requested I would wait in the lobby for the service. Nothing was done and I wasn't told anything for an hour. Two hours later I get a call that its finally finished. read more

Last Monday I drove around to find a good deal on tires. I landed at Firestone because they beat the price of the other places for good tires. What I didnt know is that that would include damage done to my vehicle. When I brought this to their attention before even leaving the property I was told it would be taken care of. Sean stated since it was done while they had my car that they would take care of it. They asked me to get 3 different estimates on it and they would send it in. Nicole demonstrated great customer service and provided an honest assessment of my issue. My Odyssey van had what looked like smoke coming from the front area near the radiator. She diagnosed it as a broken AC condensor within a few minutes and stated it would not affect my drive. I was traveling through Las Vegas to Utah and was not expecting to have to perform a car repair. What a relief! I decided to not perform the repair as I needed to reach my destination. I had a great experience from a stressful phone call not knowing what was wrong with my car, to getting here. My car broke down on me at work, had to get my serpentine replaced due to it shredding. Joseph is who I talked to earlier and he was very helpful over the phone with all of my questions and also told me I would have same day repair for my issue. Got my car towed here and between him and the other employees. My car is now up and running again while it was seized up and barely moveable, & for a fair price! These guys are first class here!! We came to this store, cuz our tire had gotten a piece of metal sticking out of it and the pressure was going low, fast! Let me add that we rolled up, 5 minutes to closing!!! After being told there was no way to repair it, we were left having to buy a new tire.
