I was driving around Las Vegas a couple of days ago, when all of a sudden my brake lamp indicator became illuminated. Not wanting to get a traffic ticket, I sought to get the problem fixed immediately. Since according to my iPhone Maps app this Jiffy Lube was the closest one, and I had had positive experiences with other Jiffy Lubes, I started to head there. The only problem was that it was late on a Friday afternoon. I called the location at about 5:55 pm and spoke with the General Manager, Chris. He told me that he would wait for me. When I arrived, he and his lead mechanic, Mike, diagnosed the problem and found a suitable replacement bulb. The total cost including part and labor was quite affordable. I ended up back on the road at about 6:10 pm. I really appreciate Chris and Mike staying late on Friday evening and taking such good care of me! read more

Went there for oil change at the beginning of the new year. Staff was friendly, but would never go back. They didn't put enough oil in my engine. A few weeks after my oil change low level light came on. I added an additional quart or two. And the light went off. I've had a oil change since then from another establishment haven't had that issue since. The other establishment also told me they stripped my drain screw. read more

I decided to see if Jiffy Lube could accommodate. I merely pulled into the establishment and rolled down my window. Two attendants were present and talking to each other. No customers or cars were present or in the bays. I told the first attendant that I needed an oil change. He quoted me $150. Thinking he must have heard me wrong, I repeated that I needed a simple oil and filter change. Again, he quoted $130-150. Neither attendant looked under my hood or seemed interested in working. The price I usually pay the Ford dealership (in SC) for an oil change is less than $60 and it includes tire rotation. Just to confirm the "ripoff" quoted at Jiffy Lube, I went to Advance Auto to price the synthetic oil and filter. The helpful person there said the quoted price was way too high considering my oil only costs about $50. read more

Outstanding professionals. In the area on business and not knowing anyone I did a search for Jiffy Lube to find the closest option. So thankful. I lost a skid plate on the freeway and concerned the car was damaged I asked Nick to check fluids and the car for any issues that would prevent me from driving back to Utah that day. Nick and Jason were so friendly and calm it kept me calm too. All good and no charge. I did buy wiper blades so I could support their business. One of the best customer experiences ever. First and for most, the reviews amaze me how this jiffy lube SAHARA is trying to get AWAY from the fact they severely damaged my 2021 Nissan Sentra. it started 02/27/24 went in to do the oil change..I didn't think ANYTHING would be jeopardized considering I have been there before usually great service. My how these months left a sour taste in my mouth and my pockets. not even two weeks after the oil change, my car was sent to United Nissan right down the way on Sahara and they had told me the worst...they review the diagnostics with me and stated WHOEVER did my last oil change never put the oil back in after servicing my oil change. Now I'm in this perpetuate hell trying to save my poor car filtering every now from 3,000 miles to EVERY 2MONTHS!!! never gotta follow up but I gotta say, Jiffy Lube this is sincerely NOT over. After submitting multiple complaints to corporate and other affairs...let this be a lesson to ANYONE getting a "affordable oil change". Go to your dealership please!! read more
