STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND VEHICLE. I took my Fathers 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this circus side show in March 2024. They did not remove the drain plug to drain the old oil, rather they sucked it out from the top with a machine. They did not check any fluids other than the wiper fluid even though they were instructed to do so since i noticed the day prior that the power steering fluid was near empty. They did not inspect for leaks under the vehicle, they also did not check the gear oil in the axle housing as instructed. They did not clean the windows, they did not vaccuum the vehicle. Those items however are minor in comparison to what they did when they changed the oil filter which is located on top of the engine. The oil filter is located inside a black plastic housing attached to the engine oil cooler. Circus clown #1 decided to use an air impact to remove the oil filter since it has a black plastic hex molded to it on top. Although he used a socket and hand wrench to tighten it back up once the filter was changed, the damage was already done. He cracked the oil cooler which resulted in oil and coolant seeping out of the crack slowly over the course of the next 30 days. Mind you the bolts that secure the oil cooler to the top of the engine are only torqued (tightend) to 8 inch pounds from the factory. Obviously the vehicle overheated once the coolant level dropped low enough resulting in my Jeep overheating at a local drive-up window at the McDonalds. This shit show is going to cost me right at $1500 to repair. The oil cooler costs nearly $500 from the dealer and the labor to install is estimated at $1000 provided there is no additional damage to the engine or coolant system. I contacted Jiffy Lube Corporate and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours, to no surprise not one person from Jiffy Lube made any attempt to contact me about this matter. Jiffy lube hires idiots straight off the street that have absolutely ZERO mechanical background or training in the field of Automotive repair. Apparently they think being able to hookup an air impact gun is all thats required to do the job. Again, if you place any value on your time, money, and vehicle stay as far away from this circus shit show as you possibly can !! The only reason i left a one star review is because it isnt possible to give them a ZERO !! I would highly recommend that you ask to see the employees automotive training credentials prior to allowing anyone to touch your vehicle. If they do not have ASE certification as well as training from a Tech school in the field of automotive repair, do not let them touch your car unless you can afford costly repairs after they damage your vehicle. read more

I was promised free RainX service and 20% off the whole bill if I changed both air filters (one was gross but the other was fine) but was charged for the whole thing. Instead the guy who did the work scribbled a $15 off my next oil change on a business card (which is the same thing you get in the mail). Except that 20% off of $132 is quite a bit more than $15. So when I mentioned I would get an appointment my family mechanic next time I needed an oil change, because he is always up front about the costs and never tries to upsell or tell you something different than the car manual says (which they did), the woman who rang me up FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR trying to argue with me that their 20 extras aren't really upsells and I had to ask her to step back so I could close my car door and drive away. Lesson learned: don't go here unless you want to get played. read more

Best place in town for an oil change!! They are very efficient and fast which is a huge bonus for me! From the moment you pull up to the moment you leave you are welcomed by very friendly staff. Every member of the team is very knowledgeable and knows how to break things down to layman's terms which is very useful to someone like me who knows nothing about cars. Never once did I feel pressured into anything which is why I always have and always will go here. Most places I feel like I'm forced or pushed into buying "extra" things. Worst place ever went there for an oil change and left with a broken car and no oil change, district manager of heartland automotives said he would take care of my car and told me for 3 days that he would have Someone call me about the issue I never got that call and after that he said that he wasnt going to fix it, had to drive the broken car home with my 18 month old baby in the car and couldn't go to her wic appointment to get her food, he also said that the unsafe car wouldn't effect my baby's safety, and it was broke when we came there, which it was not! Bc if it was they wouldn't of put it in the bay and I wouldn't have let my child ride in it, they are crooks and won't take any responsibility for ther actions jiffy lube in Bellevue me Samson way!
