This place was great! I recently took my car in for alignment, fully expecting it needed done as new tires had been put on. They put it on the rack, called me within 10 minutes and told me only one measurement was every so slightly out of adjustment, and he admitted he wouldn't fix that on his own car, so it saved me a lot of money! When as a female customer, I could have easily been talked into something I didn't need. They were fast, efficient and well priced. Would definitely use again! read more

I had a tire blowout and Ireland and Angelo (and mechanic crew!!) were terrific in helping me get my car road ready again so I could fetch my child from Omaha's airport, round trip 100 miles. Thank you, thank you! It happened on a Saturday evening and I needed to get to the airport by 2 pm on Monday. An (online) appointment, few calls and texts, and a trip in on Sunday/left there overnight Sunday for arriving tires Monday morning and it was done. They called at 8:30 am Monday morning to give me the status of tires and car, I thought. No, it was to tell me the car was ready to go!! They did everything in their power to make it happen--and it did. They are amazing!! Our family is enjoying my son's visit now. Love their free "courtesy checks" of the car, too. For 25 years I brought several of my vehicles to this location and spent thousands of dollars. I recommended them to several of my friends and colleagues. The fantastic long time manager passed away a few years ago and this place has gone down hill fast. No customer service, no help and very poor management. They say they have changed the way they handle workflow. Apparently this means long time customers are not appreciated or welcome any more. Avoid this Firestone at all costs. read more

After finding a slow leak in our rear tire we got the tow guy to give us enough air to make it down here to Firestone®, which opened at 0700(!) on a Sat―that alone deserves praise. I initially talked to Jason at the counter who quoted me an 1-1.5hrs to complete the work. After fillings out the appropriate paperwork―which included my CA address―he quickly realized we needed to get back on the road ASAP. Without even saying a word he handled the repair himself and got us out of the store in less than 30min. Kudos to him and his professionalism. Bravo, good sir. Bravo. read more

We came here because we had a flat tire (filled up by the towing company), needed a patch job and it was the closest tire place by our hotel. When we arrived, we were told it would be an hour to an hour and half wait. However, I think once they realized we were out-of-towners, they went to work on it immediately. We were out of there within 30 minutes. $20 for the patch. The waiting room has a charging station, tv, coffee, water and restrooms. Thank you, Jason! We are so very grateful! My car's steering wheel was shaking so bad it scared me. After, trying to stop by one Firestone, that couldn't get me in (no cars in bay, employees sitting around, and an hour and half until closing. Yep too busy), I called another Firestone, since this is were I bought my tires from. This Firestone I had to wait a week for them to get me in. When I was finally able to get my car in, the manager Dan was extremely rude and told me that they were too far behind to get my car in. Wait! What?! I had an appointment! According to Dan appointments don't necessarily mean anything. Hmmm interesting because any other place I make an appointment at that's the time I get in. So why do they even have appointments?They need to hire people with better customer service and who actually know what they are doing. If they knew what they were doing they wouldn't be so far behind on appointments . Also, last time I was there they quoted me $700 for back brakes and rotors. I took it somewhere else and they only charged me $337. Firestone has officially lost mine and my families business! read more

I had just recently been in to get some help with a rounded-off lug nut on my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD. I was wanting to change out a set of my own wheels and tires myself but didn't have the proper tools at my disposal. Called up Firestone and Nick told me to bring it down right away and they'd get it taken care of. This was all on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 6pm when most shops were turning me away. Chris, Jaden, and Nick took care of the rounded-off lug nut and put on my new set of wheels and not a scratch on my new set. Great experience and have recommended them to many people after the service I received great people and great service. I highly recommend choosing them! read more

Very friendly and fast! The man working actually charged me less than the quote due to not needing tire disposal. Loved their honesty.

On our recent trip to Lincoln we ended up with a deflated tire and took the car to Firestone Auto Care (thankfully open on Sundays!). They inspected it and said it was only a faulty valve which they changed and sent us on our way back to Minnesota. As soon as we hit the interstate, the tire blew out and we went back to Firestone shop. They were very apologetic and fixed the problem (gave us a brand new tire!) free of charge. I was very satisifed with how they handled the whole thing, and I would definitely go back. read more

My car broke down coming in from Colorado, took it to Firestone (being a chain I figured they could do it) How does an auto mechanic shop not have the correct tools to complete a simple job? I had to have my car towed to another shop to have a basic re-thread of spark plugs!!! Every Firestone I have taken my vehicle to has either broken something or hasn't done the job correctly and I've had to take it back! Absolutely the WORST!!!! read more

Went in yesterday because I needed a new left front tire for my jeep. Dropped off my car around 1 and they told me it would be a couple hours for pickup. No big deal my brother picked me up and I planned on coming to pickup my car when my wife got off around 5. So I pull into the parking lot around 6 and see my car in the side of the building. I walk in to pay for the tire ($158) for the one tire and then the lady who was helping me at the front gave me my keys and I played stupid like I didn't know where my car was because I know in the past they pull your car up to the front door. Not this night. .......she gave me my keys and told me my car was on the north side of the building. Not ever once offering to pull my car up to the door even though the customer before me had their car pulled up right at the front door. Needless to say that the service I received yesterday was subpar at best and don't know if I want to give my money to a company that treats customers that way. read more
