Pulled up after a maintenance light came on, on the way back from a 4,000 mile drive to and from Oregon from Michigan. Jeremy and Jackson pulled our oil and showed us that even with the light (which they say was just the car letting us know that the mileage dictated an oil change), the oil was clean, and that the most we needed was a top up. They gave us that top up for FREE, and were upfront about what we did and didn't need. Fantastic service, very fast, and super nice people working there. Highly recommend!! read more

We lived in Lincoln for a year, and we went to this Jiffy Lube because the people were fast and courteous; however, after we moved three states away, and did our own oil change we found the oil filter had never been changed. If the oil filter is not replaced with an oil change, the oil change is pointless. If you are unable to change your own oil, and go to this jiffy lube then stand over the workers and make sure that filter is changed. Our move was a ten hour trip, and, thankfully, nothing happened to the engine. read more

So as far as Jiffy Lube goes, this store is the best that it gets. I've been to Jiffy Lube shops all over the US and this one by far is my favorite. They're the flagship store of Lincoln and have the best customer service and do train GM's so they really go out of their way to give the fastest and best service you could ask for. Super fast, friendly and effective. Been here a few times for various things like oil changes and new wipers. Love that you can drive through for an oil top up and tire fill anytime for free. They will also vacuum your interior and was your windows outside. Really happy with Jiffy Lube at 48th and Old Cheney. read more

I just went here today because my tire pressure had a drama moment, I lost my tire gauge, I was late to class, and I stopped at four gas stations previous to this which didn't have a tire gauge or didn't have a working air pump. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was stupid even though I clearly had no idea what I'm doing. And didn't charge for filling my airs with tires! I had a really bad Jiffy Lube experience in Chicago. It turned me off from all Jiffy Lubes, for all time. I mean I truly and deeply hate Jiffy Lubes. I only went to this Jiffy Lube because my husband had a coupon and I was leaving town and desperately needed a change. I was a very reluctant Jiffy Lube customer. I had an issue at my visit. They neglected to do something which caused damage to a part of my vehicle. I realized their error about a half a month or so after the service occurred. Already accepting that nothing good would come of it (but fueled, in part, by my absolute hatred for all things Jiffy Lube), I called to complain about their error. I admit, I was caught off-guard when I called. Management was extremely polite, respectful and responsive. Once I explained the mistake that occurred they immediately offered to replace the broken part and remedy the problem. It was not at all the response I expected from some place I expected to be undoubtedly evil. I know a lot of companies talk about how consistent quality performance and strong customer service is an absolute priority, but it is rarely backed up by action. It is certainly an uncommon response when issuing a complaint. I am not exaggerating when I say that I don't think I have ever received such excellent customer care at any time in the past. I now hate all Jiffy Lubes - except this location. I cannot be upset with any business that takes ownership of an error, goes to such great lengths to remedy the issues that arise - and in general, just treats me like they actually care about my business. Given my historical pure and intense hatred for all things Jiffy Lube, it pains me to say it, but I strongly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. Customer service was great from the technician to the manager, and my car felt smoother after the oil change. As expected they offered all the different types of oils etc. for different prices, but weren't too pushy once I communicated what I wanted. They seemed honest e.g. didn't try to sell me an air filter though they did check its condition, and said it might need it next time, didn't try to sell me wipers or anything else. The manager handled a tricky situation perfectly and showed gratitude and respect towards his employees. I liked that the technician was putting himself through school. The waiting room was just so so and showed some signs of age, but it was fine. I'll go to them again for sure. read more
