Without going into great detail, he wouldn't even consider that the problem could be handled by 6 to 6 without having to take it to a dealership. I expected him to offer to have me bring it in so they could at least look at it, but he seemed unwilling to have 6 to 6 even attempt to resolve the issue. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service from a shop I'd been relying on for years. I've found a new repair shop, but I'm really sorry to have to end my customer relationship with 6 to 6 Auto Service. Perhaps they can afford to lose customers over the poor customer service provided by one employee who apparently doesn't understand how to accommodate a client.

Was called to discuss repairs before anything was done and given upfront prices, no pressure to accept/decline services and things were explained in a way I could understand. Completed oil change, front and rear brakes/rotors with brake flush. Prices seemed fair and competitive or better than a dealership that tries to tag on every little thing. Costco discount program was honored and service was quick for pickup/dropoff. Given an oil change discount keycard and car was pulled up for me by them at pickup. I'll be back!

Thank you, thank you! It happened on a Saturday evening and I needed to get to the airport by 2 pm on Monday. An (online) appointment, few calls and texts, and a trip in on Sunday/left there overnight Sunday for arriving tires Monday morning and it was done. They called at 8:30 am Monday morning to give me the status of tires and car, I thought. No, it was to tell me the car was ready to go!! They did everything in their power to make it happen--and it did. They are amazing!! Our family is enjoying my son's visit now. Love their free "courtesy checks" of the car, too. Despite being pretty busy with phone calls, these folks did a wonderful job communicating with me while being incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. They served me hot drinks in this stinkin cold weather and have a wonderful lounge area to wait in. The owner himself, Mike, was very helpful in getting stuff set up and helping me get a ride home quickly. My car is still in the shop at the moment for troubleshooting, but my initial experience was so good I couldn't help but leave a positive review. They've been very communicative regarding costs and a lot of it is pretty standard pricing. I'm definitely confident they care about being a company worth coming back to, who desire to serve their customers well. With that said, I'll update this review in the future if needed, but I'm pretty happy so far.
