They've had the vehicle for 6 weeks!! Best part, they wait until today to tell me the wipers were too difficult and those are still broke. When I described the problem to a staff member, he stated I'd have to go to the dealership, based on what I had described to him over the phone. Without going into great detail, he wouldn't even consider that the problem could be handled by 6 to 6 without having to take it to a dealership. I expected him to offer to have me bring it in so they could at least look at it, but he seemed unwilling to have 6 to 6 even attempt to resolve the issue. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service from a shop I'd been relying on for years. I've found a new repair shop, but I'm really sorry to have to end my customer relationship with 6 to 6 Auto Service. Perhaps they can afford to lose customers over the poor customer service provided by one employee who apparently doesn't understand how to accommodate a client.

Made an appointment for 11am and was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours. I returned at that time and they had not even started. Was told sorry, we are backed up. We will call when we're done. I suggested that the appointment means should mean something but I felt dismissed with my concerns. 2. Received a price quote for 4 new tires. When I dropped the car off they said there could be an additional cost to balance. I believe that is a standard cost 100% of the time with installation of new tires and should have been part of the original quote. Seems sneaky to not give that price upfront.

They charged her over $3000 for various things (1/3 the value of her car....), including "fixing" an oil leak. After driving for a couple of hours, her check engine light came on (this happened right after the last time she went to them as well, and they charged her another $700 to fix it). She immediately pulled over (as did I, following in a U-Haul truck) and called the mechanic (Cory) on speaker phone. Cory said not to worry, the car was mechanically sound and she could keep driving, likely just a sensor fault again. He said he didn't know why this kept happening, and to take her car to a Lexus dealership in California upon arrival, as they would have better "diagnostics tools" for her particular car. The next day, the car's engine seized up and the car is now a brick. She and I have both called Walker Tire and left multiple VMs for the manager, with no response. Walker Tire destroyed her car and then ghosted her. This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond unethical. OWNERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
