The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had. They went over the manufacturer's recommendations, but weren't pushy when we said we didn't want a particular service. They were more than willing to accept coupons and discounts, and actually added some discounts for us during checkout. One benefit of this Jiffy Lube is that it is in the mall parking lot. You can leave your car there, go to the mall or any of the other stores and restaurants nearby, and they will call you when your car is ready to be serviced, and again when they are done. When you're done at the mall, you simply walk back, pay for the service and you're on your way. The only downside to this is that if you choose to wait in the waiting room, it seems to take longer than it should because they do first come, first serve. They service the cars of the people shopping, not just those in the waiting room with you. I've had my oil changes done at Jiffy Lube for years and have never had an issue with their service, prices or guarantees. read more

Awful! Just awful service! They pushed the $45 signature oil change on us. We told them twice we wanted the $29.99 basic conventional oil change service. Twice! And what do we get charged? The $45 for the signature. When I go to talk to the head guy there, he says he spoke to use before and after. He completely lied to our faces--he didn't say a word to us. The $15 off coupon one of his workers recommended to us for a Signature Oil Change service only works in California, so it definitely felt like they were trying to wrangle us into the higher fees. Crappy service took over an hour to get an emissions test at 8 in the morning made me late to work! Not happy!!

I drive a 2014 Audi Q5 with 25,xxx miles. I got an oil change at the north Logan Jiffy Lube on 1/26/17. There have been no issues with my car at all prior to my first Jiffy Lube experience. My car was two cars from being operated on and took over 2 hours for completion. Once my car was finished the oil is low light was on the second I turned it on and it read I was good to continue driving. I had an appointment two hours away in Orem Utah and exactly two hours to get there because the oil change took so long. I left thinking I would return the next day to get the problem resolved. I drove back to Orem that night and down to Orem for another appointment in the morning. These were appointments I couldn't miss. I was extremely stressed the whole time I was driving because I just purchased my car in October and was worried there would be issues although my car read I was okay to continue driving. About 30 seconds before arriving to my appointment the next day the light came on that said turn engine off now oil level is too low. I parked on the street and didn't even drive into the parking lot because I was concerned damage would be done to the engine. Called Jiffy Lube Logan and they had a technician show up an hour later from the store closest to me. The technician showed up and poured an entire travel container of oil into my car until it read that it was full of oil. I asked if he needed to check other things or if my electronics could be incorrect. He stated that Jiffy Lube often hires high school students and it's not uncommon for them to fill the oil low. I assumed my car was now taken care of. I called Jiffy Lube Logan and they refunded me for the oil change. Two and a half hours later after my car sitting for two of those hours my car is completely empty of oil and says to turn it off immediately. I call Jiffy Lube Logan and ask that they pay for my tow to an Audi dealership and they refuse unless they can get a technician there to look at it even though a technician was already sent out to my car. I decide to pay for the tow myself because I'm tired of dealing with Easton, the general manager of the Logan store. My car gets delivered to the Audi dealership just before 5 on Saturday 1/28/17. I call Easton right after dropping off my car Saturday and ask him to have a Jiffy Lube technician at the Audi dealership first thing in the morning today, Monday 1/30/17. Easton told me if someone from Jiffy Lube wasn't looking over my car with the Audi tech, Jiffy Lube wouldn't pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle. It's now after 12PM Monday and I'm just barely hearing from the district manager. This has been an absolutely terrible experience. I plan on posting this same review to google as well as Angie's List so that others don't have to be put in a situation as terrible as mine. The district manager resolved the issue and agreed to pay for the cost of repair which was expected. I do not plan on returning to Jiffy Lube. read more

I have been to this shop 2x so far and their on point with their services. It's quick and efficient, wait time for me was less than 30min or probably less for a oil change. Great attitudes and their not overbearing with offering other services if it isn't asked about. read more

They are unprofessional and dishonest, we had counter checks taken out of our glove box while the oil was being changed. When I called to report the problem, we were treated like we were the dishonest ones. read more

Had a good experience at the jiffy lube today. It was pretty busy so it went kind of slow, but on a Saturday that is to be expected. Was able to do errands nearby which worked out great. The employees were very nice and provided good service. All in all it was a fine experience at this jiffy lube location (much better than the south logan location). read more

Waited for nearly two hours for them to tell me that their emissions machine was acting up and sometimes wouldn't read vehicles. No mention of it when I took it and told them all I wanted was the emissions tested. Never had a good experience at a Jiffy Lube, especially this one, always trying to upsale and telling me things are wrong with the vehicle that aren't. Just an FYI other places that do emissions in Cache Valley are A-1 automotive and M&M Auto - both are good to work with! read more

These clueless kids will damage your vehicle because they think it's funny. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ... FOR ANYTHING!!! I went to this location for a safety inspection. I knew there would be trouble when the technicians all circled around my car and pointed at it while they laughed. I guess my car offended them enough to cause damage to it. It took over two hours to get the safety inspection finished. Other people came for oil changes after me and left before me. They prioritize oil changes first, and will only do safety inspections once they've finished with everything else. They were going to fail the car because they don't know how emergency brakes work and didn't pull the handle up far enough to stop the car. I had to get in and show them myself that there was nothing wrong with the emergency brake at all. I drive home under my own power no problem. Then the next time I go to start my car the battery is dead. I try and jump the battery and it still won't start. I go get a new battery and it still won't start. Somewhere in those two hours of waiting they damaged the entire electrical system enough to cause 1,000 dollars worth of damage. This place will cost you more than time lost with excessive waiting.
