I am very knowledgeable with my Vehicle and knowledgeable with auto mechanics. I requested a Full Synthetic oil change only. Price is absolutely expensive, costing $140 plus. I needed an oil change regardless. While getting my service vehicled, they came up with additional services that should be performed. I need a new windshield wiper, spark plugs, transmission flush, brake fluid flush, radiator flush etc. Over the full synthetic oil change was mandatory and was needed. Price is way overpriced but needed to get done. I have not time to shop around. Jiffy Lube is charging dealership prices these days. Which is way overrated. My pet peeve was the scare tactic being presented. You need this and this and this which adds up $$$$. I undetstand they have a job to do and sales maintenance is a big part of it! Lucky I have some knowledge on auto mechanics to make sense. I feel sorry for those that will be taken advantage of without any experience or knowledge that pertains to auto mechanics. Overall, I probably won't be back. They acted like sharks on my visit here. If you have time, do your research and get a full synthetic service performed elsewhere. Under $100!! The guy clearly lied flat out in my face that full synthetic was always over $130. I had my previous receipts years ago, which was $78.99. Beware, scare tactics are used in this location. They make it sound your vehicle is broken by performing a quick assessment. Said and done. Shop around. They offer free coffee and tea at this location. Salesman and Mechanic is title they all have. They were professional about everything. No arguments no disagreements, just facts to scare you. Another thing that bothered me, they make you initial their services by 1 to 5 stars on the spot. I totally disagree with that, ratings should be observed when you drive your vehicle. My visit all feels forced. Although Jeffrey was cool, the tactics were abit over board. read more

Went to get an oil change on Friday Aug 7th and it was fast but before they were done I asked them to make sure my skid plate was fully on because they've failed to put it on correctly in the past and it lead to my skid plate almost flying off on the freeway. I asked them to please double check which they initially refused to do then when I explained why they went and made sure only for them to once again not put my skid plate on correctly and it almost flew off again while I was on the freeway. I had to stop by the closest one to ask them to please put it on correctly the Fresno location did a great job but the Long Beach location really lacks a any consideration for keeping people safe while driving. I also tried to call management multiple times and they won't answer the phone. read more

This Jiffy Lube provides great service. We live down the street from this location and the guys are always helpful. Not only have they done a great job with changing the fluids on my car, they also did a great job glazing the headlamps which had fogged over. I recommend this location and the very helpful team that's there. I have been there for oil changes, transmission, fluid treatment, and air filter replacement. And they did great with each one. For the work they do, if you could get a coupon, Great, if not, it's a fair price. read more

I really was nervous about coming to a jiffy lube but my dealer was charging 250$ for an oil change and well duh jiffy lube has been marketing for cheaper more efficient oil changes so I gave them a shot. Thats where it all went downhill. 1) on 2/22/26 $120 for an oil change luckily i had a 10$ coupon 2) my car was leaking immediately after i had family texting me noticing it i thought maybe it was residue left over but i wanted to trust that nothing was wrong that the professionals did their job and i had no time to go back given i work two jobs. 3) 2/28 my low engine oil light comes on. 4) i need to take unpaid time off of work to get my car inspected which SUCKS. 5) the drain plug was ABSOLUTELY LOOSE . Which infuriates me even more because a quality assurance check was supposedly done. 6) at the end of the day mistakes are made and i understand but i also know that after this comes trying to get out of trouble no one wants to take accountability and the customers suffer because of it. read more

Be very careful with this location. I was charged for services I did not authorize, including a tire rotation and add-ons like an "oil system cleaner" and "fuel jewels." I clearly declined these at the start of my visit, yet they were still added to my bill. Service was also extremely slow. A simple oil change took nearly an hour, despite multiple employees on the floor and only two lanes operating. I normally choose Jiffy Lube for quick, convenient service, and other locations have always met that expectation. This one did not. The lack of transparency and efficiency was genuinely disappointing. To make matters worse, the manager told me I would need to return in person for a refund. I live nearly an hour away, so now I have to take additional time out of my day just to correct an issue that should never have happened in the first place. I visited this JiffyLube for a routine oil change. The technician tried to upsell multiple services that had already been completed at my previous oil change. I thankfully had record of those services being done recently, but I was persuaded to change the transmission fluid since the technician said it was recommended every 25k miles. I looked it up later to find the recommendation is actually every 50-100k miles. $180 lesson learned. The service itself was fine, but I'd advise anyone to come prepared with their vehicle's maintenance schedule and verify any suggested work before agreeing to it. read more

Went in on 11/17/25 for my Uber/Lyft Inspection and was there for 5 mins... went early. The employees were helpful and polite

They did the inspection check for uber and everything went well. I passed and it past uber check.

I went in for an oil change and had a few problems. First, they put someone in my car with very little experience driving a manual transmissiin. Secondly, when getting my car back, there were fingerprints on my door and only residue on my steering wheel. Once I got my car home I noticed oily Fingerprints on the driver's rocker panel and also a fuse pulled out of the fuse panel. The fuse was incidentally pulled out when they pulled the hood release lever. Unfortunately this is not the first time for this type of result from this store. I arrived for a much needed and over due oil change. I was able to immediately be put into the bay for service. I was greeted by a friendly service representative and the manager Jeff who were both very professional and expedited me through quickly. My vehicle had been sounding strange on start up and making some not normal noises. Jeff recommended an oil cleaning flush $19.99 on top of my regular oil change and it made a world of difference in the way my car now sounds and runs having 181k miles plus. That noise is gone. Unbelievable experience here. I took my car in for a small squeaking sound. My car is taken in at 6pm, and at 6:30 they tell me "oh your rotors are warped and tapping against your brake pad unevenly, so we should change all the rotors and brake pads." Didn't sound like my rotors but ok. Can you provide a quote? Problem #1: I was then quoted $1,300+ for a full set of rotors/brake pads, when I came in for what I thought was a non-brake issue. As a woman, this is all too common and UNACCEPTABLE. How stupid do I look? Problem #2: As I'm getting quoted, the manager (who was NOT working on my car), came out and started flirting with and checking out my friend and I. Around 6 foot, light skinned black man, maybe mid to late 40s, never introduced himself. This is deeply unprofessional and NOT welcomed as a customer needing service. He even asked ME "oh what did he say about the car?" How about go DO YOUR JOB AND DONT PREY ON WOMEN. Problem #3, the reason I am making this review: I bring it to my mechanic (CarMedic in Westminster!!!), and he does a full inspection. He calls me with this: "your brake pads and rotors have absolutely nothing wrong with them". ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BRAKES. Paid $380 for an alternator and serpentine belt. This business and its associates are PREDATORY. I will never EVER be coming back. read more

Wow. Today. Sadly, this is my first negative review. After exactly an hour I had to just take my car and leave. It hadn't been touched, and when I told the gentleman that I needed to go and that it had been over an hour, he replied that I "hadn't been there an hour" and that they had already started on it. He asked another employee who stated that they "hadn't touched it yet." I told him I pulled in at 3.20, he looked at his watch and admitted it was right at an hour. Trust me, I'd been MAKING myself wait for the full hour before I gave up. One employee did apologize to me, to his credit. This was even more aggravating as this was the second chance I had given them, last time I was there an hour and forty minutes. For an oil change same scenario. Sadly, I hadn't pulled my car and left that time as they HAD already started on it. I believe in second chances. They've failed miserably at both. Once convenient and close by, that no longer matters as my dollars will go elsewhere now. Somebody there really needs to get their shit bunched, because with a three star rating, folks are gonna notice, then they're gonna try to find out why. And then, they're gonna go elsewhere like I am. Experience overall was neither rewarding nor "jiffy." Another option is a mile down the street at Wardlow. It CAN'T be any worse. read more

I've been taking my car here regularly for oil changes due to convenience. 2nd to last time I was here staff said that they were out of basic oil and asked if I wanted to upgrade to synthetic to get the work done that day. I agreed. When I returned for the next oil change I was told that since I got synthetic oil prior, I now need to get synthetic oil every time moving forward or it would mess up my engine. I was never informed of this when I agreed to upgrade at the previous service (which I mentioned to staff) and they were totally indifferent. I decided not to get the oil change and called a mechanic who said that you can downgrade back to basic oil and it would not destroy the engine. Will not be returning. read more

When i get to my car my car is full of oil, the dashboard had a foot print, the door handles had oil and the air cabin filter was left on the passenger seat. No leaks on my car what so ever, I noticed after that my car was leaking as soon as I started the car, took it back and spoke to " Eddie" Sunday after they checked it and said it was a " Significant leak" that it was the " Valve cover gaskets"???? Really? No way! I got under the car sure enough looked like a human bleeding out. With some simple looking around i figured it was the New oil filter, to it to a mechanic and had to replace the filter and oil. If I did not notice this leak it would have blown my engine. DRIVE AWAY!!! FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!! Went in for a quick oil change, came out with a broken oil sensor. As I always do, I went to get my oil chance at Jiffy Lube. Unfortunately it wasn't my usual location since I was running errands in the other side of town. I thought they would all be the same but, I was wrong. As I drove away, my oil sensor light was on. I thought maybe it would reset, but it didn't. I returned the following day to see what the issue was. They took the vehicle in. After a few minutes a rep came out and said the oil gauge sensor had broken and presented me a $200+ quote to fix it. Kinda suspect if you ask me. read more

I have come here a few times to get air in my tires, which they do for free. I was here on a Friday morning to get air in my tires and to see if one of them was having issues since it had low tire pressure. They were able to see me pretty quickly. They put air in my tires and noticed one of them had a puncture. The technicians were knowledge about my questions. Since I was not able to fix my tire until later in the day, the technician put in extra air for me to accommodate that. read more

Fraud and scams I came here originally for an oil change and tire rotation. A manager comes to talk to me and says there is important work to be done on the car. The price $1000. He said it was urgent and dangerous so I agreed. The work was done on my spark plugs, o2 sensors and fuel system cleaning. A week or two later I notice my car jerking whenever I accelerate and shaking something that never happened before i thought it was something unusually but since i work early at 5 am i thought maybe the car was just cold. WRONG! i take it to autozone because on the third week a check engine light turns on. Power train malfunction so i take it to a different mechanic and they tell me it's due to faulty spark plugs! spark plugs that should last me 30k-90k miles only lasted me less than 2k miles. Do they sell defective parts?? lousy repairs?? can i proceed with legal action?? there is no way their malpractice is now costing me my entire car . unbelievable! read more

If Jiffy Lube does not care about it's customers, how can they care for your car? Just ponder that for a minute. I will never go here again as I caught them not doing the work I paid for AND not honoring their advertised discounts. The backstory is I have a classic car that has been handed down in my family to me. I understand cars, work on cars, and belong to car clubs however as I have aged it has become harder to crawl under a car to keep up maintenance. So, I took to this location, explained to the tech in the bay I had poured coolant system cleaner in the car and mentioned by all means back flush and put in fresh coolant ($160.00). I also had an oil change. Upon writing of the work order by another tech I showed him my military paperwork and asked for the 25 percent discount, he replied, " I don't know how to do that I don't know the code" I showed him the company website had it listed as MIL25. Then he told me, " well don't worry about it as it will be given at final checkout" The wait was 2 hours and 5 minutes on a weekday, mid day. Wondering why it was taking so long I moved from the lobby and sat at a location where I could view the work bay. Soon after, the tech motioned to me she's ready to go. I did not witness anyone working near or around my radiator so I asked are you sure as I have not seen any work done around my radiator, his reply, " I was told to just top it off." Hold it, look at your work order I am paying for a back flush and fresh coolant. Only at that time did the job get done accurately. So, now I go to pay, the Manager, Vidal, rang me up and I again asked for the Military discount, saw a discount on the bill and left. I looked over the bill after getting home and saw I was given a 10 percent discount not the advertised 25 percent. Soon after, I returned and asked for the correct discount as there was an error in accuracy. No one could help, asked for Manager and he was not there. I returned the next business day, asked for Manager, and was told he had just left. "Hmm ok I will wait" and sat in lobby catching up on emails. Manager came in, I presented him with invoice and he does not know how to fix it . Unbelievable. He then calls someone to get help supposedly (I think he fake called). I am then told that person he called for help also does not know how to fix it. Military members, stay as away your sacrifices and service is not recognized nor appreciated at Jiffy Lube. This establishment brings dishonor to the whole Jiffy Lube chain. I told Manager as I departed he disrespects our service and that I would make it a point to write a bad report on my experience including contacting Corporate. I gave him this one last chance to make it right, He just looked at me, did nothing more to save me as a customer so I walked out, never to return. read more

Of course still no response from anyone from Jiffy Lube!! STOP Do NOT PASS GO!! This place is horrible. They damaged the oil drain plug on my vehicle. I took my vehicle for a smog check and they noticed an oil issue. The told me whoever did my last oil change put an oversized self-tapping screw that damaged the threads inside the oil pan and I had to pay them $900 to replace the entire oil pan assembly because the existing plug wasn't able to fit back into the oil pan. I contacted the corporate office and the manager and they told me I don't have a case. This is the only place I took my vehicle. Take my advice and avoid this place at all costs. Take your vehicle to a place that stands by their work. They claim they have no record of my service but I have the receipts in my car to prove it. They get Negative five stars in my book.
