Honestly a smile and a simple greeting doesn't translate to a good oil change. Long story short, the oil filter was left loose on my vehicle and I kept on losing oil. Overpriced and slow. They try to up sell and charge for things like coolant (which is complimentary at other oil change spots). They oil change itself is already ridiculous price. I will not be coming back. They also treat you like you are stupid if you are a woman. I rarely write bad reviews on Yelp. My coolant was super low. They tried to up sell me on brake fluid, but did not mention my coolant tank was SEVERELY LOW. This is something anyone would notice when opening the hood. My check engine light turned in because of this and I had to fix it myself. I assumed that they would check it. Instead I paid for sheer negligence. I called to tell them about my experience and they said engine coolant is $4 extra, but this wasn't mentioned at the time fi service when it was already low. This is causing extra damage to MY car. The wait on a Wednesday morning was ridiculous. The intake process was confusing and different associates approached and asked for the same information more than twice. In all, it took 4 associates to check in a 2020 Chevy. This was a fleet vehicle and it should have been a seamless process. I've been bringing government vehicles to Jiffy Lube for more than 20 years and I've never experienced such a chaotic and unorganized intake process. The icing on the cake was they don't keep track of which customers arrive first in their 3 bays and I was serviced after a vehicle that arrived more than 20 minutes after me. It doesn't appear that they value or honor their customer's time or schedule. The service took an hour and a half (oil change and tire rotation) on a weekday during non-peak hours. The Jiffy Lube on PCH can knock out an oil change in 10 minutes without pressure. Overall, if I'd known, I'd have avoided this location. Oh, and I won't be back with any additional fleet vehicles. P.S. Once I drove away, I noticed the oil change indicator light is still on. They TRULY missed the mark on this one and I don't have the energy to return for fear of it taking an hour solely to resolve this issue. *instant headache* read more

Got an oil change here and like usual they tried to take advantage and say I needed all types of air filters changed. When I pulled out of the garage I noticed they took my glove box out the check my air filter and didn't put it back. It wouldn't close. I had to pull back in and have them fix it. What is even worse is there are zero reviews where a mis-treated customer actually CHANGED their negative review. What this shows me is a flea circus mentality where a "sucker is born every minute" means another person they can rip off is rolling in any minute. Go see Mr. Kim at Econo Lube and Tune for a fair priced oil change, where a seasoned mechanic will inspect your vehicle and offer a fair assessment of services. So many people use yelp these days, and your poor business practices will eventually shut you down. My whole scrape plate came off about a mile away after service. I just spent over $500 dollars on maintenance and walked out of the shop to a guy pounding on the scrape plate with his fist. When I asked if it was on right when I was handed the keys I was told "yeah that's why it took so long" -___- Along with the scrape plate not being put on correctly 3 other lights came on signaling car repair shortly after i left. But, like many other Jiffy Lubes, they washed my windows, topped off my fluids and vacuumed. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They did tell me I needed an air filter but showed me my filter before hand.. Customer service was fine. Overall, AOK for me. A bit more expensive but super fast and enjoyed the vacuum. read more

I came here for a routine oil change: before my miles were even up. I show up and go through everything. Seemed fine. A little pricey but I figured I was already here. Then when they go to give me my car the guy says "oh your check engine light is flashing so get that taken care of." Hold on... I didn't show up here with a check engine light on. They had given him an incorrect estimation of how long the car was going to take. I would give 0 if I could. I've been coming to Jiffy Lube for years and whatever the advertised price has always held. Just came to one asked him clearly the price for high mileage and synthetic they cited the price. I showed them their online coupons $15 for high mileage $20 for full synthetic and they acknowledged. When he brought something for me to sign before service which they typically don't do I pay attention. Bait and switch! After confirming the $20 discount, there was a never before seen $20 labor charge on top of the standard pricing. Up to this point the pricing has always been all inclusive labor materials, et cetera unless you selected additional services. I asked to speak to a manager and got the age old "there's no manager available" I'm the one in charge. I told them this is bad customer service I've been coming here for years and I'm going to immediately spread this review. Both of them then say it's not me and he literally said "it's corporate and it's like the Illuminati" lol. Came for an oil change and was told it was busy so it's take an hour. I understand being short staffed and busy so no problem. Went to the grocery store towards the end of the hour and came back. Everyone who had come before he had left. Just me and another customer who had come about 5 min after me. About 30 min I asked how much longer so i could decide to walk home or not. Again no big deal. They told me it'd be about 10 min. The other customer after me sho also got an oil changed left. About 5 min later I was told to go outside to wait for my car and could hear the techs yelling that they were about to change my oil. Waited another 15 min. 2 hours later and my car was finally ready. The length of time didn't even really bother me but it was the inaccurate estimates each time I asked. I come to this Jiffy Lube and honestly the people working here are so unprofessional. They are so eager to sell you things that you don't want or need and I've seen them do it to women all the time. It's ridiculous if you ask me. We come to jiffy lube to avoid the scams but they aren't even good at hiding it here. For example this lady left and came back cause they had just did an oil change but her car had a sensor saying she needed an oilchange. There's nothing wrong with the service here, they do a good job and the staff is friendly. The issue is it takes way too long. Every time I come, I ask up front for an estimated time so I can plan accordingly. I've learned to add at least 20 minutes to whatever they tell me, and even that doesn't always work out. I come here because it's close to my house, but probably won't return. Today I was told "it's not busy, so maybe 20-30 minutes" and I've been here for over an hour and still waiting, just be honest about the time, people will appreciate it.
