Asked three mechanics if I had a flat and needed to get it replaced. Had to check the tire myself. One mechanic said "that's just how it is". Finally the only female mechanic there verified that yes it was bald and needed to be replaced. I understand they don't do tire changes here but why even bring up the air filter changed last winter and ignore my concern. I'm driving in snow this weekend and also mentioned this. No one cared. Giving them one star because the option of zero stars is not available. Called them to see if they could change the oil on my car and they said yes for sure. Saw them struggling to remove the bottom plate of my car for about 45 minutes. I told them I would just take my car since they couldn't even take a plate off. The manager saw I was upset and gave me handwritten "coupon" for $20 off. I leave and decide to drive to the dealer to get my oil changed. The dealer tells me that there is oil spilled all over my engine and that the oil cap is gone. I know for a fact that the employees at Jiffy Lube are responsible for this because this is the last place I took it to the dealer. Point for the story is don't take your car to jiffy lube, I rather pay the extra cash at the dealership and know that they will know how to do their jobs the right way. read more

Only making this review so you all are aware and careful. I've been coming to this jiffy lube for the last three years and have had zero problems but this last time that I went they didn't put the screw back into the plate under the car so today the plate fell while driving in the freeway. It was scary and put my family and I in danger as we were driving in the freeway. We had to cancel our entire plans and luckily made it home safely where my husband had to get under the car to investigate and figure out what was going on. Turns out they didn't screw the plate entirely with one screw missing and the other ones left loose. This is so irresponsible and lazy after you pay for a service. I'm truly disappointed as I now have to find a different location to get my oil changed at. read more

Follow the timeline it will justify the 3 stars: So I arrived at 9:25, Saturday morning. I expected a busy day. What drew me in was the '39.99 managers special' oil change deal. I was moded when I finally arrived to the bay (the area where they can actually fix my car) at 10:50 and was told that my car only runs on full synthetic and that specific oil change would cost me $109. Damn. I walked my feet to the corner and read the sign and in small writing is says "for conventional oil only". Idk what conventual is, I was just expecting to save a dollar. Cool. I came from 2 blocks over while making a stop near by earlier in the day, so I understood the waiting that had to take place for my engine to cool down but I didn't expect to be told that both my air filter and coolant needed some maintenance as well.... Life problems, cool. NOW MY NEW SUBTOTAL WAS PROJECTED TO BE $170.... (Thanks to the wonderful yelp app and my googles, I located a $20 off coupon on any oil change) ... at about 11:20 2 of the 3 services had been completed because they didn't have any air filters in stock. I was told to go down the street to auto zone (who I'll be reviewing next) to get my own air filter and bring it back...... went to auto zone, came back, wrong filter... went to autozone, came back, right filter.... The services were completed while I was able to drive out of there at about 12:25. I felt that the staff was decent, but I appreciated their black male associate, I believe he may have been the manager, not sure but he definitely stepped out on the floor and got things moving for me. He also looked out on the filter service due to the fact I had to supply my own piece. 3 stars, they can be better but it was Saturday. I get it. read more

Not only was I provided with professional recommendation as far as services needed, I was treated in a very respectful manner. As busy as they may have been, I was helped in matter of minutes. Came in for an oil change, ford flex 2013... Luis (OG looking man) was very helpful. He showed me exactly what I need to get done. Didn't pressure me to fix it all at once. Offered to write down everything I needed fixed. He explained everything in simple terms I understood. Prices were reasonable. Luis is a great employee. Extremely satisfied with his work/help/explanations. Ended up getting my oil change and air filter replaced. read more

This location is Ill managed and each visit has been at least 3.5 hours. The staff has no sense of urgency and pretty much congregates and converse while there are cars lined up on the street. Avoid this location. 4 times of over 3 hours for a drive thru service is more of a disservice to the community than a service. Avoid this location if you value your time. read more

We are Jiffy Lube Customers, but typically go to different locations. This one morning, to avoid early morning rush hour traffic at the other locations, I decided to give Manchester location a try. So glad I did! I was able to pull in and right away they got started with my oil change. I was in and out in record time. I love how they just scanned my car and all my info was already saved, didn't have to fill out any forms! Friendly service. Pricing is typical but they always have coupons available for use. One minor suggestion, would be to improve the coffee station with better sweeteners/coffee creamer. read more

do not go here. I went to this Jiffy Lube Saturday the 10th oh February. Got home and the following morning. All of the oil was on my driveway they didn't screw in the oil. I was waiting there to be serviced for about an hour because an employee left his car in terminal one to go on a lunch break. I called Jiffy Lube 30 times to no answer no voicemail and when I arrive there with my receipt, the guy spent about 10 minutes looking for the phone. The manager was polite, at least. at $80 for their service you might as well just do it for yourself for a regular oil change. read more

I came here at 3:20 on a Saturday afternoon and it took over two and a half hours for my service (oil change, transmission change, and brake fluid) to be completed. That is just so long and it didn't have to take that long. The workers were nice and did a fine job, but I saw a lot of people cut and get special service because they were friends with the people who worked there. I'm guessing it would be shorter on a week day but I had no idea it would take this long. read more

Stay away from this place! And if you HAVE to have some service done, watch the mechanics like a hawk!!! Because: I bought a used Jeep in 2022 and came here for oil change. Was told that I also needed to flush and replace the brake fluid for $120 as well. I wasn't paying much attention to the "mechanic" and when the work was done (about 30 minutes) I paid the bill and left. A few weeks later I had AAA complimentary vehicle inspection at a completely different place and was told AGAIN that I needed to replace the brake fluid. I thought they just tried to take advantage of me, so I declined the service. I continued to drive my Jeep this whole time (fortunately only about 5K miles since then) and on the 20th of August of this year I had another AAA inspection at a different place done and was told AGAIN that the brake fluid was old and contaminated. The mechanic actually sucked some out and showed me the color and condition of the fluid and said that it hasn't been changed probably since the very beginning and that would be year 2011 and 97K miles later. In other words, Jiffy Lube NEVER replaced the fluid but charged me $120, and what is even worse, they allowed me to leave their place of business with literally driving a vehicle that wasn't 100% safe for the road. I'm posting this here in order to bring an awareness to unsuspecting Jiffy Lube customers, but I will also have to report this place to BBB for charging people for services NOT performed and putting the drivers' lives in jeopardy. SHAME!! If you see the response from the actual Jiffy representative asking me to get in touch with their office...it's all bogus. They never do. They only try to look carrying and nice. NOBODY EVER CONTACTED ME BACK. read more

I usually get my oil changes here on my 21 Corolla, the employees are super kind. They tend to suggest services to maintain your car but it's always optional. I never feel pressured into a purchase and they're very respectful in my experience. I haven't had any problems with them but maybe the wait times can be agitating. When paying, coupons will be your best friend. Other than that I strongly recommend this location as a reliable place to get your car serviced. (: read more

Came to this jiffy lube to get a oil change and it took me an hour and a half to get serviced then took the workers another hour just to do the oil change, shop manager wasn't doing nothing but walking around instead of getting his hands dirty as well since his team took so long, as an experienced tech myself this is not appropriate shop management, techs hanging out, laughing and doing nothing. However this time I was prepared to get more services(the services they usually recommend after the oil change) because I knew my car was in need of these. The person who checked my car in seemed only to want to give me conventional oil or a synthetic blend. I actually had to sell him on the fact that I wanted full synthetic because of the age of my car. Also I told him I wanted to get my radiator and transmission fluids replaced as well. He told me they would check those and let me know. They never let me know. Also they finished my car and told me they called but no missed call or voicemail. Before I went, I called. I asked how much was the mobile 1full synthetic oil change for a Mercedes-Benz. They told me it was gonna be $109. So I though hey, that's a good deal. Let me try them out. When I arrived, I waited outside my car and no one came to greet me or ask me anything. Finally a lady came out with a clip board and asked me if it was my first time. I said yes any she told me that my car needed full synthetic. I told her her that's what I was there for. That I had already called and I wanted the mobile 1 full synthetic. She told me that it was gonna be $150! ... wait what!!? $150? I told her I called and they told me $109. She said sorry and walked away!
